Nice place close to the beach, very clean and friendly owners. Good for a quiet night and a sound sleep. You have access to a guest kitchen as well which is nice to put a few things in the fridge. Price is very good for what you get.

The location of Villa 2B1 is perfect and only 50 meters from the beach ... with its own beach area and surf school from the owners. The rooms are recommendable for the price and are always cleaned if you want ... in Cafe villa 2b1, the owner Fernando and his wife will pamper you every day with handmade food ... I didn't just feel like a guest but like a friend of the family .... the father is a very reliable tuktuk driver and you only pay local prices ... I will definitely be checking in again in villa 2b1 and can only recommend it

We loved this guesthouse. Everything about it. Super clean, big beds with mosquitoe nets and a super delicious breakfast that was cheaper than restaurants nearby. The family running this are especially amazing and welcoming. Big thanks to Fernando for taking care of us and great chats. Wish we could have stayed longer but we'll be back. Thanks so much

Nice and clean room. The owner and his family were very friendly. I had to say that the mattress was a bit hard and I didn’t have hot water in the shower. Anyway good value for money! Recommended

Very friendly surf camp:) We had been staying for two weeks. There weren’t a kitchen and Nuan arranged a cooking stove and gave us a pan. We took lessons with Gayan, he is a good teacher

Absolutely a really nice place! Friendly owner, nice property. The room is very clean, hot shower , ac and wifi (which isn't too fast actually). Just a little walk foyrm the beach and town centre.

Villa 2B1 is a wonderful place with a wonderful owner Nuwan and his family. The rooms are always clean, we especially liked the hard beds as it is very good for the back and we were very comfortable sleeping. This is a place where you can always meet interesting people, and surf in a big company.

Such a nice place to stay! Nuwan and his family are super kind and will support you with everything. The rooms and the property are clean and quiet. You're in walking distance to everything you need.
