Had an outstanding breakfast experience at Panerottis this morning! The breakfast pizzas were delicious, perfectly balancing flavors and freshness. The service was great, making our meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the place adds to the overall charm, complemented by an incredibly nice children's play area which our four-year-old enjoyed. It's a place I'd highly recommend without hesitation. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating!

Friendly service and atmosphere. The Duo option is great - you can choose your favorite 2 pizzas and combine them as one ! Lovely variety pizza and Gourmet options. The newly renovated restaurant is a value add.

The restaurant is at a good location, they have day specials and safe play area for kids. I did not enjoy the Sangria but the pizza was good.

Very pleasant experience! Food: the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was high quality and fresh! Service: the staff was very friendly, i feel that our order could've been completed faster. But it didn't take long enough to complain about. The management was visible at all times and very friendly. The decor is also very modern an good looking. The restaurant was vert quiet for a Friday evening and i really hope this does not hurt the business in the long run.

What wonderful service ! They went out of their way to make sure that my dietary needs was met due to my on going health struggles they adapted everything even got special almond milk for my coffee. The gluten free pizza was one of the best i have had so far. Absolutely amazing service. Will visit them most definitely again

I'm really disappointed about my delivery tonight. I ordered it at 18:48 and only received it at 20:30. I phoned and they said that the delivery guy left '' nownow'' but could hear him talking in the back. Same guy end up delivering the pizza and tells me the pizza just came out of the oven when I phoned, when in fact the pizza that I receive was cold. I can appreciate communication. Phone and say there's a hold up. I can't stand lies. But clearly by the question marks and the cold pizza my order was placed somewhere and forgotten. Wish I can post a picture here of how damaged my pizza looks.

Went on Wednesday evening to takeaway a pasta, while on a business trip. The food took over an hour to be prepared, was a small portion (but the manager did add when I complained - I was hangry at that point), which then gave me food poisoning which I’m still suffering from this evening (Sunday). Definitely noted in my avoid-list forever now.

The upgraded Panarottis is even more inviting, and watching the Boks win their first match in the test, was the cherry on the cake! I also love that the menu offers delicious vegan options! Thanks Panarottis, for an all round great service to Welkom!

The pizza is bland this time and I always order the same flavour of pizza. The crust keeps falling apart and is messily shaped. The pizza was cut unevenly too. Disappointing.

The food was good, the service was horrible. We waited for over 15 minutes, no one came to even give us menus. And as if that was not bad enough, we waited for another good 15-20 minutes to get our bill so we could leave. We practically forced to pay for our meal because no one wanted to help with giving us our bill. I am just so disappointed with my hometown Panarottis staff.

My son just came to get pizzas at 10:50 didn't know they only open at 11 opened door and got screamed at by staff at back get out we not open one in front was on phone. Well you lost a client now to perfect pizza in welkom they were very helpful and friendly and pizzas are Devine won't be going back to Roman's again

Everytime I order from panarottis the delivery is a problem I wait forever for them to deliver every single time this is not the first second or third time I think its like the 5th time this happened...

We bought that pizza special they advertised on the TV, there is nearly nothing on it, we bought 4 for R315. Don't waste your time or money on it. What a waste

Wouldn't recommend this branch of Panarottis to anyone. They never have any desserts in stock, ordered cherry cheesecake for dessert last night and was only told at the time I went to collect my order that they don't have stock. If it was known to me earlier I would have canceled the whole food order and ordered elsewhere. I used to order pizza from Welkom Panarottis once or twice a week, and also stopped in ordering my pizzas from them, because when you place the order telephonically you are being told that you can collect it after 20-25 minutes and when you arrive there you must stand at the paypoint and (WAIT ANOTHER 20 MINUTES ! FOR OBVIOUSLY CONFUSED AND UNORGANIZED STAFF TO GO AND LOOK FOR YOUR ORDER) that is very narrow and other patrons at the restaurant CAN'T enter or exit the restaurant because the paypoint is congested with people coming and going and bumping into you as you are trying to get your order from the front desk! Takeaway delivery from them is also not an option for me with Panarottis in Welkom, that is why I rather prefer to go and collect the order myself, because they are always very late and food arrives ice cold and spoiled! The restaurant is in serious need of a revamp and the furniture and decor is outdated. Furthermore they have a total disregard for smoking guests and you must stand outside of the premises, next to parking bay infront of the building next to a children's playground! I don’t think it is fair to the smokers and to the children in the playground. I would recommend the following 1) Try to carry all menu items, that will increase your turnover 2) Allocate a designated smoking area outside the building so that guests don't have to stand in a parking bay looking like street beggars. ( even smokers have dignity ) 3) move the playground to the back of the building! Not everyone likes children screaming in their faces all the time! ( respect people with no children as we respect them ) 4) Get rid of your delivery service and rather contract with Mr. D 5 ) Renovate the interior 6) move the Takeaway counter closer to the kitchen with a seperate entrance- that is more spacious and to increase workflow. 7) Train staff and educate them on basic manners and etiquette.

Food is okay...but the alfredo pasta is sauce is thick, supposed ti be runny a little bit plus they shoudnt cut the pasta into small pieces coz the way to eat pasta is to roll over the fork, struggled to eat . Pls dont cut the pasta next ...

The service is non existent. It was great once, but lately it doesn't even deserve a single star. The Manager told us to sit anywhere he preseded to to chat to everyone and not send a waiter to our table, we where I plain view from the counter where two waiters where standing they did not even acknowledge us we waited for 20min and decided to get up and leave I spoke to the lady at the counter and told her that we are leaving because their service is terrible, she just raised her shoulders and showed us the door.

The food wasn't bad but definitely not up to standard. One pizza was made in a hurry because they forgot about it. The other pizzas got cold and lately it's never cut properly. Always a struggle. The service on the other hand is superb. You can't complain about that at all.

I love the restaurant made order yesterday but i have to say i didnt enjoy the chicken pizza it was wet couldn't eat it i dont know if it was packaged still very hot so the steam got it wet on the way to be delivered to me i had to throw it away☹️
