This place knows what’s it’s doing. Team is always happy and polite, food is always hot and I’ve never had an issue with my order. Wait times are max 5 minutes. Really well organized and well managed location. Harvey’s needs to take a lesson from you.

First time at this Wendy's location. We were at Nickel Beach and my son was asking for fries. I Google it and it brought me to this Wendy's. The fries were very fresh and delicious. Our burgers were also delicious The staff member was very patient and helpful when we were deciding what to order. Fully recommended 😉😁😎🤟🏻🇨🇦🍁

After waiting almost 20 minutes, had to ask for a refund because no one made our order. Skip the dishes were served one after the other quickly. Totally disgusted

Came here at 10:30pm on Thursday march 30th 2023. Girl by the name of Leona has a very nasty attitude. Poor customer service. If we are spending our money at any establishment we expect to be treated nice and with the same respect we give.

Only for the sole purpose for Kiana. She gave us the the greatest experience for being 12:20 in the morning on March 18th. She was amazing with us. There delivery truck came so was blocking the drive threw an the doors were looked so had to order by the window. She was beyond kind an listed the menu off to as the stuff we wanted they didn't have. She definitely needs a raise and become management. 5 stars to her

Disgusting. Today, (Date of review), was my first time eating from this location. I ordered a large fry, crispy chicken sandwich, and a JBC. The meal was fine until I got to the chicken. It was by far the worst chicken I have ever eaten in my life. It was like biting into rubber, and I spat it out as it was inedible and gross. As this is my first time eating here, I will be choosing other locations going forward. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

I had a great experience at this Wendy's location. The service was friendly and prompt, making my visit enjoyable. The food was delicious and met my expectations of the Wendy's standard. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider returning for another meal.

Many times, when ordering out the food comes not quite what you ordered. Other than that food is really good. Server's have always been kind.

They are one of the best restaurants in this street. People always order from them. The workers are nice

I ate here they handed me a cup with a slit in it when I put in my cup holder on the way home it flooded my car with lemonade I was like screw it I’ll break my losses when I go upstairs to eat they forgot my fries that I paid 5 or 6 dollars extra for this stupid combo and didn’t even end up getting due to their incompetence. Would not recommend, drive to St. Catharines location for better service + better food. This place definitely needs new management.

I’ve been here several times and they really need to stop being stingy with bacon. Anytime I buy something with bacon, they either don’t include any or just throw 1 or 2 tiny pieces in. You can barely taste the bacon because it’s so scarce. Stop being stingy!

I just ordered thee most complicated order (mods to every meal) and they got everything right and it was ready super fast, no waiting! I love this Wendy’s. Everyone is always super friendly.

the lady at window at night is very rude. i was at drive thru for pick up order for door-dash. for the first time she talk with very rude way. me and my husband was very polite to say her then we went again for pickup and same thing happened. she is very rude. this is not good think. it’s very disappointed.

Has to be the worst location, employees don't care about service. Waited at the register for someone to take my order and they didn't seem to care. Ended up ordering on the mobile app as it was quicker. The kitchen was littered with fries and veggies on the floor. Once I got the food the fries tasted like the outside was cooked and the inside was still raw. Better to drive to another location because the employees here could really care less about how the service and food is.

Had breakfast with the newest sandwich, "New Egg Blt". Was perfect with good taste nor sloppy and portioned good for a fast food breakfast. The potatoes were crispy wedges perfect for dipping in the ketchup cups. Coffee was enjoyable. Customer service was good and no issues at all today.

I ordered a single cheese combo and advised order taker that I had a coupon. I also ordered a bacon and cheese potato, which I thought would be another item. For home to eat and I had a cheeseburger and a baked potato with not much cheese and one strip o cut up bacon, if that!! Girl who took order said she was so tired because she was there until 4:00 a m. Was not very pleasant and messed up my order without clarifying. Did not give me the total either. Not the first time aWebdts had screwed up my order!! Manager just said she was sorry about that!! Wendy's has lost my business😡

I don't recommend ordering chicken late at night...last night at around 12:30am I got two asiago chicken burgers and they were absolutely disgusting. Like dehydrated car tires...I absolutely could have waited for fresh ones but they chose to serve something I had to spit out. Went to bed hungry...

Everytime we go here something from our order is missing. In the past we usually double check before we leave but tonight we didn't. Get home and the fries are missing.

Wendy's coupons come out. Woohoo...nope! They scammed us. 2 cheeseburger meals for $12.49 plus taxes. Nope! They charge the full price for each meal (9.79) each and take off $5.44 for the two meals. It's actually $14.14 plus taxes. Rip off! Plus our fries were cold.

They were excellent, we came with coupons for a free Jr. Frosty and a small fries and even though the coupons were slightly outdated, they were still honored. Thank you Wendy's!

First time visiting the new Wendy’s in Fonthill last night Friday October 21st. There were 3 cars in front of me and in took over 25 mins in the drive they to get my meal. I don’t know if I’ll be back.

I try to be a supporter of Wendy's but they're making it hard to do lately. First of all, they seem to run out of vegetables every week. Not sure how that happens. Either someone is stealing veggies in the back or they have horrible logistics. I ordered a bacon deluxe burger on 2 occasions in the past month and both times it came with 2 beef patties, bacon, and cheese. No tomato, lettuce or onions. Also ordered a spicy chicken burger one time and was told they were out of lettuce. Also, not sure if they all get high in the back room together but they seem like they are all stoners who work there, which wouldnt be a problem to me except I was given incorrect change after I gave a $50 bill. Unfortunately I didnt notice until I drove away and I was ripped off $3 for a $14 combo.
