Absolutely amazing... We Ordered Nova Scotia haddock. 2 one piece meals and the quality of the fish and chips was next level. By far the best fish and chips we have order in Niagara. The restaurant is absolutely impeccably clean and organized and the staff was so friendly and outgoing. This is from now on going to be our family's go to spot.

We LOVE Sue's. It is the best fish and chips around by far. The crab cakes are to die for, the tartar sauce is amazing, and the seafood chowder is my absolute fav. It is slightly more expensive than other fish and chips joints, but the quality is so far beyond other places that you know your getting the best bang for your buck. Go there. You'll get it.

Walked in on an afternoon where there were no other customers. I walked over to the menu board on the wall. It was clear as day that I was reading the menu. The person in the kitchen came out, asked me what I would like, and when I did not immediately respond, went back into the kitchen and I never saw them again. This review is a few weeks late, as I didn't much enjoy my limited experience there and leaving a review was not on my mind. Edit: Spelling

First time ordering, the lady was so nice on the phone (I don’t know if it was Sue 😄), helpful and easy to understand, and when I got there to pick it up, it’s not sitting under a heat lamp, she packaged it all up right in front of me, so it was hot and fresh. Home made tartar sauce is very unique and delicious. Not greasy, and just overall, I think this was one of the best fish & chips I’ve had.

Moved out to Niagara Falls area two years ago, been looking for good fish and chips since moving, this beats everyone else to date by far. No one else rated a second visit. Fish portions were large, crispy, and not oily. I will be back to try the perch.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Website says that you can order online. Called to ask if they did deliveries and Cheryl picked up, spoke quickly saying that they don’t and hung up right away, didn’t even get to ask any other questions. Called back to see if I could place an order and was rudely interrupted by Cheryl again saying they only take walk in on Fridays. Nowhere on the website does it say that Friday’s are walk-ins only. Heard so many good things about this place, too bad my family and I will never get to try it.

Great fish and chips, absolutely classic and delicious. Sue is super nice and all prices are affordable, will be back next time I’m around and hopefully dine in is back soon

New to Welland and looked at reviews to find good fish and chips. Choose Sue’s seafood from all the good reviews. Did not disappoint! Halibut dinner was fantastic. Nice light batter and fish portion was a good size. Will definitely return

What a wonderful experience in the Niagara region. Best fish hands down.

The best seafood in town. The scallops and calamari along with the lobster bisque soup are my absolute favourites. They also have weekly specials. It's take out but they also can have your order delivered for $8 locally and $10-$12 for out of town.

Best fish in Welland. And I have tried them all! So good. Crispy hand battered battered authentic fish and chips. Made with really good product. They also have lobster bisque, side salads,cole slaw, sweet potatoe and regular fries and alot of other really good stuff. Sue the owner is so sweet and greets her customers from the fryer just so they know she appreciates and loves seeing them. All the ladies in the front on cash are just so sweet. If your a regular than you know what I mean when I say I feel so loved going there! They all say Hi amber! And gladly come out to the car to bring the order to me if I am not inside when it's ready.❤️ A true Welland gem❤️ Sues family has been serving fish in this area for many years and in many locations. And they have perfected it! I am drooling as I speak of this place ❤️

I absolutely loves Sues Seafood, the best by far, only problem no more dine in so far, living in Niagara On The Lake, I’m forced to eat in the car ( no fun Sue), will be back when weather permits eating at picnic table. Miss my Fish & Chips

The lobster Bisque is watery and honestly the canned stuff at zehrs tastes better. But the fish and chips are really good, but the prices on Google haven't been updated to the new unreasonables ones.

Had it for the first time today and what a good decision it was to go here. Amazing Food and huge portions. Highly recommend... Staff is so very nice as well. Definitely going back
