The dollar store offers better quality jewelry than this place. Spent good money on earrings for my nieces first communion. Literally took them out of the box to put them in her ears and the back snaps off. Came to the store to exchange them and he old lady "helping" me said they didn't have any of this kind left and that they would need to be sent off to be fixed. Meanwhile the exact same pair was sitting in the showcase. While waiting for the paperwork to be done a second employee approaches me to tell me that I should just but another pair. I asked her if I could exchange them for a different pair? She said well no I can't go to Honda buy a car and then when it breaks bring it back. Well no, but if you bought a car and the wheels fell off as you're driving off the lot you could. Guarantee this place won't be open very much longer. So I paid an additional $45 to have them sent off to be fixed. Terrible quality and terrible customer service.

I recently inherited a gold ring from my father after he passed away. A gold ring with a black onyx backing. The ring was in rough shape to say the least. It was worn so thin at the bottom it had broken and a piece of the little A on the black onyx backing was missing. I had originally taken it to another jewelry for repair but was told it would cost a lot to repair and it wasn't really worth it. I decided to take it to Tianna's since I'd heard good things about them. The Goldsmith there was amazing!! Not only did i get a very reasonable repair cost but the work was incredible! She showed a level of professionalism, courtesy and compassion that went well beyond just customer service. I cannot express how satisfied and impressed I am with the Goldsmith at Tianna's Jewelry!! Thank you thank you thank you. This will be my jewelry store from now on for sure. I strongly suggest you check them out for all your needs and repairs!!

Customer service was terrible. Incredibly rude and condescending. Their product knowledge is poor. I visited twice about the same item and was told completely different stories. I would absolutely never purchase from this place again. When I asked a question regarding their statement from a previous visit they were quickly defensive and began to embarrass me in front of the person for whom I bought the item as a gift. I cannot express how terrible their service was just go somewhere (anywhere) else, don't bother with this place.

My boyfriend bought my ring to big, the store told him the first downsizing is included. My only complaint is he had to pay $25 +taxes to have downsized as well as they kept the gold (The cost wasn't the issue more a point) How is it fair to the consumer, yes I understand paying for the work to be done but then shouldn't the extra gold be offered, at very least back to customer or keep the gold and don't charge (i know its not alot of gold roughly 3 sizes but again just the point) my actual ring is lovely and so far so good . Just had a concern had I had to air .

They were very professional and helpful. Even when they made a mistake on sizing my rings, they fixed the issue promptly and made everything right. I strongly recommend them

The staff...Laurie and Sun Tan girl..think her name is Lisa were so professional and helpful in understanding what I needed...Tony..I will call him the " Master Jeweller" sure knows his stuff. I brought in a bracelet I needed to be resized..I expected to come back at a later date to pick it up...but WOW..he said to wait 10 mins and it would be ready...yep..it was and the fit was perfect...Thanks Tony and staff...you are all what customer service is all about!!...

Nice place. Biggest selection of reasonably priced men's watched around. I went in with a picture of the ring my girlfriend wanted and the lady working actually found the ring and got it for me when some big name stores just looked at me and shrugged. Will definitely go back.

I am absolutely amazed at the professional and expert job the jeweller did cleaning my grandmother's locket that is over 104 years old by putting a new clasp on it for me . The chain was so oxidized it looked almost black and the locket had lost some of its shine. It looks amazing now. Thank you so much.

Hi I just got my ring picked up 20 min ago and and it was supposed to be in for a stone replacement and polish on one side and satin on the other side I just got my ring out of the bag and I was very disappointed with all the small scratches on it from replacing the stone and once I tried to put it on the stone fell off immediately. I’ll come in store tomorrow to get a refund for my $163.85 and hand you the stone thanks for the service but very disappointed.

So nice amazing service will be returning for future jewelry So my boyfriend bought me a promise ring for Christmas from Tiannas so beautiful I'm not one to wear jewelry but it was perfect well almost they accidently gave him a 6 instead of a 9 and me being a 11 was a big difference I was gona pay as if it was a 9 to size it up to a 11 but with caronas virus shutting things down again affording even going from a 9 to 11 wasimt possible so I was gona get them to just give me a 9 as it was what it was supose to he instead they are covering the charge and ordering me a 11 so thankful for places and people like this when the world is falling apart

Tianna's is simply awesome! Over the years, they replaced my watch battery several times and even made small adjustments for free while doing so. In the spring, my 15 year old beloved Movado watch stopped working all together while I was splitting firewood. The movement needed to be replaced and Tianna's did an amazing job and an absolutely reasonable price to say the least! I honestly thought I had to buy a new watch but now I am happily reunited with my old one! Thanks again for such great service!

Best jewellers that I have ever dealt with. I rated a 5 star for customer service and friendliness. All staff including the manager and goldsmith, who treat you as if you are #1 client, helpful with suggestions on my settings and assisted me with the chose of my chains for the pendants, attentive, very friendly, and most professional at all times. Called and communicated many times to let me know the order of the chain had not been received, and the goldsmith (Lisa) called to suggest a longer chain, which was a perfect fit. Very happy and would continue to go back and would highly recommend to all my family and friends.

Lost the diamond from my engagement ring (after 34 years) !! Went to Tianna's and was very impressed with their service. Not only did they do a great job repairing my ring, they assisted me in upgrading to a bigger diamond, and checked my other rings. While doing so, they discovered a loose stone on my birthstone ring which they cleaned and fixed as well. I love the selection and the different levels of pricing Tianna's offers, and am one very satisfied customer !
