First order I got a burger and Caesar salad. See pics for the disgusting brown lettuce in the salad. Burger was OK. Second order my son and I both got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and fries. Again the lettuce on the sandwich was brown (no pics that time). The bun seemed stale, the chicken was thinner than a McDonald's pattie, and the fries weren't great either. Never again, sorry. If the person making/serving salads and dressing burgers doesn't realize that brown lettuce is disgusting, then what else are they doing to their food????

My Steak was perfectly cooked. The waitress was awesome. I'll definitely go back!!.

Just ordered take out here for the first time ever. While the service was very good and the food was very delicious I'm a little disappointed at the lack of French fries that came with the meals. Most places pack the fries in with their meals. $54 for our family meal, that is quite a lot to ask for such little return on one of the cheapest ingredients. I will come back again but I will address this before I place my order.

Had an amazing experience. I received my appetizers and beer very quickly, the actual meal came very fast aswell. I expected everything to be an hour and a half, 2 hour experience but we were literally in and out within the hour. I recieved excellent service included with this I would recommend this location to anyone and definately would come back.

Me and my lady came to this chuck location and order Wings and the quesadilla .. when the meal came.. the food was cold... we eat 1.5 quesadilla slices and left 3... asked to have everything returned since it was to cold to eat... the waiter came back and said her manager Kristy is charging us half price for quesadilla because we eat 1.5 slices lol... I'm so disappointed with the service.. who eats cold food.... no one...decided to leave... Kristy yhe manager should have no charged us for the cold food.. it's not our fault...

I always love this location. Everyone is super nice, and the food is great. I always receive drinks quickly. Its only a five minute drive from Niagara College. On St. Patrick's day, the staff took great care of us despite being under pressure with a completely full restaurant. We received our food quickly, especially considering the high number of the people in the restaurant. The cocktail they had to offer just for St. Patrick's day was amazing! The franchise's half priced appetizers after 9pm deal is the best. It lets you try a few things at a way cheaper price. The bruschetta bread is probably my favorite appetizer! Sadly, some patrons like to throw their cigarettes all around the entrance. I don't remember seeing an outdoor cigarette receptacle though.

In general, the quality of Chucks has come down. But I was super-disappointed going for dinner tonight! I usually getter better food and drink service at a fast food shop. The waitress was apathetic when we put in our order. When we received the sweet potato fries, they were obviously burnt. The waitress commented before we did at how burnt the fries were, but continued, that she does not work in the kitchen. We ate part of 1 fry and sent the rest to the garbage, but were still expected to pay the $1.99 upgrade. The hamburger was pretty good. The Chuck's Philly Cheese sandwich looked pathetic and small... and it was dry! The only thing this restaurant did to my expectations... charge the extra 3% Honest to Goodness fee. I came home and ate a salad.

Went twice this week, the first time was on a date night and the second time I brought my 4 year old nephew who had literally never been to a restaurant before. Both of my meals were pretty good, especially when you consider the prices, my boyfriend got the porterhouse and was very impressed. The restaurant is really big, and seems to be understaffed, so be patient with the servers! They were all very pleasant and apologetic about the wait times but since I was there with people I enjoyed, we didn't mind. Kiona and Stephanie were really sweet and patient with my nephew who actually ate his dinner (minor miracle!). 10/10 would recommend. love the cactus juice drink!

During our visit, Chuck's premises were quiet, with just about 4 tables occupied. There was no line, and we had an interaction with the staff immediately. The staff was all smiles and friendly. My Canadian Beer 🍺 was totally awesome👌 and chill. But the burger meat🍔 was not juicy enough as it should be. Anyways overall, it was a good experience for me to be in Chuck's at Welland from London.

Wasn’t the greatest. The loaded cheese fries on the left were awful and loaded with sour cream, barley any cheese and super soggy. Would not recommend, not worth the money. We got the sweet potato fries for extra cost, but really wasn’t worth it. No spicy dipping sauce for them either. The ribs and chicken fell off the bone. Honestly only good thing about this meal. The chicken sandwich was meh. You could easily go McDonald’s and get a spicy chicken for a third of the price. What you don’t see in the photo is shrimp tempura and steak bits. Those were okay, but nothing to write home about. Overall, the only thing worth ordering is the ribs and chicken thigh.

Half price appetizers after nine! Our server Brittany was very nice and attentive, and food was good especially for the price you’re paying!

I ordered surf&turf and he the smoke house burger.....it tastes better than it looks ... came fast a little cold for our taste server was amazingly sweet and accommodating all and all I'm happy ... it's Welland..... 🥰

Just ordered takeout from chucks. We ordered 2 chicken parm one with marinara sauce the other with butter parm sauce. The order with marinara the sauce was good. The chicken was way over cooked hard and dry. The sauce was only on the spaghetti part not on the chicken. The other one with butter parm was gross spaghetti was over cooked and the chicken again was dry and hard. For 15.99 a plate they should be rethinking a way to make this dish better. Anyway we barely ate any of this food that's how bad it was. Never again.

We so wanted to like this place as your prices are terrific. Took friends out for dinner 3 of us ordered med rare steak, one of us had lamb chops also ordered med rare. 3 steaks were well done (2 were sent back) lamb chops well done also sent back. Waited about 30 minutes for the meat to come back ...fries and salad long gone. Lamb chops were again well cooked, not med rare, so they were returned again and cancelled. Ordered two brandies after dinner that came in a juice glass. Only consolation was our server Cathy, she was amazing, and did her best to make it up to us. We will not be back.

Staff is super attentive, kind and provides a bunch of options... Food was actually really good and surprisingly the meat was at the right term. A couple of beverages came few minutes late and that's why 4/5 but other than that everything else was good. I lived that they have some cocktail with Clamato and it's saucea... Similar to Michelada 🥰🌶️ 🔥

Questioned the bill and got big time attitude from our server. My buddy and I ordered another round of drinks and he got a bigger glass than his first one. Thought nothing of it … maybe no small clean glasses. The bill comes and there’s a $5 surcharge for a drink that we didn’t even ask for! When I asked for an explanation, the server grabbed the bill from my hand and headed off to the bar. She then came back to our table with the explanation that it was a tax on the alcohol! Buyer beware! By the way, a server with two weeks of experience should be better trained on how to talk politely to customers, to admit that a mistake was made and to rectify it on the bill. We will be going to another establishment next time. Too bad … the wings were pretty good!

Service here is impeccable compared to the St. Catharines and Niagara Falls locations. All the staff work very well together as a team and are extremely personable.... until the owners show up.. then the ambiance changes drastically. Great place to unwind and watch the game with amazing staff. Great vibes all around.

We come here all the time because we live close and it’s hit or miss with the service, but the food is always okay for what you pay for. Tonight was awful. We waited for a while at the door with no one to offer us a seat. Everyone looked at us and no one came over. We finally went to one of the girls at the bar and asked if we could seat ourselves to which she replied “Uh yeah sure” and mentioned that multiple people saw us waiting … When we did seat ourselves, the other waitress at the bar brought over waters. 15 minutes went by with no menu. We finally asked the dining waitress if we could move to her section. She apologized and told us she would get the bar waitress. The bar waitresses seemed annoyed and apathetically took our orders and brought us menus without an apology. My boyfriend and I both worked in restaurants for many years. We are sympathetic when places are busy but the bar waitresses didn’t even seem like they were trying. Very disappointed tonight. Edit: They also overcooked my steak and I am now sitting here waiting for a new one as my boyfriend is basically done his food. Another edit: The steak came back raw and the waitress disappeared. We had to stare down another waitress before someone came over. Our original waitress didn’t even apologize and we had death stares on the way out. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Safe to say we won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Went here last night. Took a very long time for my partner and I to even be acknowledged at the door while waitresses walked by not saying anything. Ordered the wings rings and fingers as well as the nachos. Nachos were seemingly fine, however, the wings rings and fingers gave me food poisoning. Chicken must have been undercooked or left out unrefrigerated for a substantial amount of time. Still feeling awful today. Will not be going back.

I went to Chucks tonight with 2 friends. It was extremely busy however our server Sara made it all worthwhile. She was absolutely fantastic, she made our night. She needs to be paid more for how divine she was. If you go chucks, make sure Sara is your server

Absolutely amazing! No words can describe how amazing our experience was here. We had David as our server and he never disappoints. We had him previously and had the best service to the point that we always make sure he’s working when we come and get a table in his section. We get greeted within the first two minutes of sitting down and getting orders taken right away. Drinks come out in under a minute and our food orders are always perfect. Never have to wait longer than a half hour to get our food plus any extra drinks if they get low. Comes over to the table with a smile and gives 100% focus to his tables. He makes sure that all of his tables are aware of last call. Every time we come in and he’s not here, there’s always problems and no one seems to care. When he’s here and we have him, everything is perfect and there’s never a reason for anyone to complain. He needs to hold a training session for the rest of the staff to show them how it’s done! Thanks David for always a great experience when we go out!

We've been to the Welland location a few times. The first time was around when they first opened and it was okay. Just okay. We just assumed that it was because they still needed to iron out some things because of just recently opening. We just went last night again to give them another try, and it was kind of frustrating. Once seated, no one came to check on us for a while and when they did, we were met with a unfriendly waitress. I ordered the peppercorn steak and it was probably the worst steak I've ever had. I understand that it's a peppercorn steak so there will be a lot of pepper on it...which I like. But, the whole steak was literally crusted with peppercorns. I had to use a ton of steak sauce just to get it down. I'm still tasting the pepper the next day. My wife ordered the fish and chips and the fish was rock hard and had a weird after taste. The beer also tasted off. The service was kinda horrible. We were always waiting for our server to check on us. Kind of a weird thing was that their one server was walking around without a mask covering his face.... I know masks are annoying, but when customers are not wearing masks...you gotta wear one! At other Chuck's, we've really enjoyed the food, and the service. So, we were excited to see one come to Welland. Sadly to say, we will not be going the the Welland location anymore. We will drive to another one or go anywhere else.

Great food, great prices! Crystal was our waitress tonight and she did an awesome job. Will definitely ask for her next time we visit.

Took my father tonight for his birthday 3 steak dinners. Salad then waited till we were done took plates then oh sorry you wanted drinks brought the drinks shortly after dinner came as my husband was eating his supper a spider went across his plate killed it left it on plate server came back I told him what happened Oh nothing off bill just nothing so ya won't be back

My wife and I went here for dinner last night and everything was great! The place has a really cool vibe to it, sleek and modern. The service was spot on, servers were friendly and efficient. We had calamari, chicken, ribs, with caesar salad and baked potato. The portions were large and all the food was very tasty. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices for what you get, very reasonable indeed! Thanks!

We have gone 4 times now and we like it. It is reasonably priced and we always had good service. We will be going back.

Love it we were really hungry, got our drinks in like 3 minutes after sitting , we order steak bone in and sirloin steak , we got them in like 10 min max 15. Was really fast. And delicious. Girls were friendly and attentive. Overall great experience. Recommend it. 100 %
