    Pretty sly when serving drinks. I ordered the Galixy fish bowl drink, and they served it ungarnished and half empty until I complained. I ordered Penne Oasta with Italian sausage with banana peppers and there was more banana peppers than pasta. Ok and great taste but portions are all wrong.

    Visited here for lunch today - I frequent this location quite a bit and know most of the staff. Today we sat at the bar for lunch - upon sitting down , the hostess came over and gave us menus . The " manager " (lauren ) was at the computer at the other end of the bar , completely involved in her phone not paying attention to anything but that . They had one server on for the whole restaurant . The server ended up having a larger dance group on the dining room side . The manager delivered the food for us and that was the last we seen. The poor server got stuck at the larger table , and the manager wasn't helping her with the other tables . My food was cold , drink empty but couldn't say anything as no one checked. Again not the servers fault , the manager should be picking up slack and helping instead of hiding. I mentioned it to the server when she came over after finishing with the table. She sent the manager over and all she could say was " well I served it when they put it up " The rice was cold , the meat was cold , the bottom of the bowl wasn't even warm which it should've been if the food was hot . I mentioned to the manager politely that since there was one server on that she should be more attentive to help her out which you can see she didn't like . Been in the restaurant biz long enough to know when and how to help. This same manager left kelly high and dry at the end of June as well one lunch . Took off to deliver something and was gone an hour and half, Kelly got smoked and she had zero help. Even when she came back the manager was less than helpful. I know because I was sitting there. If you're going to cut staff , make sure you staff your strongest people , not the weakest. Secondly - her attire was not professional at all in terms of management . She should not be wearing a belly shirt and what looked like slippers . Not a look for management at all. Overall the experience today is not a reflection of the server , or the staff that's normally there that know me . The manager needs some serious training and staffing should be addressed .

    As a assistant manager of a Restaurant/bar I am familiar with the ins and outs of customer service. Needless to say my experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing to say the least. We (3 people) got sat in bars section and waited 10 minutes without a single interaction from our server besides dirty looks and side eyes. There was also a table of 4 sat in a booth 5 minutes after our arrival… as we waited they got greeted right away as well as had their orders taken. To say the least, again very disappointed and I nor any of my companions will be returning. As someone new to the area CHUCK Roadhouse was very accommodating and I would recommend driving a bit further down the street for great customer service.

    We were a party of 3. One had Nashville Chicken Sandwich, one had pizza and one had Memphis chicken sandwich, and one sangria. All were yummy!! Server was helpful and friendly, food came out fast, even though they were very busy. Thanks for a nice dinner.

    I got the big dipper and I didn't finish it it was way to salty and the all the french fries from all four meals were spicy so they were contaminated by something spicy. The kids chicken finger was pink and had a weird yellowish white layer needless to say that one went in the garbage and have to mention the price of a fountain soda at 3.79 is a rip off total was almost 80 dollars and a big waste of money I will not be going back

    Dined in with friends after the movie and the service was fast and good. The wings were hot n fresh and most importantly juicy. Really enjoyed the jalapeño dip with potato chips. It was perfect for our spice level.

    I will never return to a Boston pizza again. I want to start by saying I don't do reviews unless I'm wowed beyond belief. This was a complete opposite. I'm not one to complain about food or service, everyone has bad days. But this was my entire family's meals. The food came out after 35 minutes, cold. They even threw cold cheese on my sons burger. I asked them to melt the cheese and the burger came back black and charred and the cheese wasn't even melted but they added more cold fries...my meal was supposed to be gluten free but they've apparently added quinoa to it now without labeling it on the menu as a change. My other 2 kids meals came out cold. My husband's pizza was an afterthought as they threw on semi cooked red onions on after the pizza was already cooked ( which was also cold) but the onions were warm. Absolutely ridiculous I'm going to spend over $120 for the "meal" I wouldn't feed a dog. In short, don't go here unless you want cold, small portioned, burnt food.

    I was there last week and ordered the square pizza. And the royal Hawaiian. Both where really good I gave 5 stars. A week later we order the same items. The square pizza was good. But the Royal Hawaiian was completely different than the one last week. It was more like a Hawaiian. You forgot to add the royal part. We where disappointed.

    I've been to this location multiple times and the service has always been excellent. The quality of the food is consistently great, and we know we can't go wrong with going to this location.

    Just left Boston Pizza. French Onion soup was meh!!! The onions were still kind of raw! The the Thai bites were ok but over cooked. No happy medium here. It seems the cost is expensive yet the quality of the food went down hill. Huge. Couldn't believe the bill for a few appetizers. Sigh. . Will not be coming back.

    I called this location asking if they could accommodate 8 people. The girl on the phone answered me by saying they're very short-staffed and would prefer if you didn't come. So I asked her. Are you saying you don't want me to come? She responded "Yes don't come". This woman and whoever trained her on answering the phone should be fired. I will also be filing a formal complaint with corporate.

    My wife and I and two children went to Boston pizza it’s been a long time since I’ve been and I enjoyed the service. This time I went I was not impressed at all. Every table if you looked had food splattered on the walls food encrusted into the bench seats fruit flys were disturbing are dinning area so we moved to another table. Which put us in view of something I felt very uncomfortable where we sat due to all the young employees acting like it was a hang out while they ate there food in the prepping area and were staring at my wife which made her uncomfortable and my 11 year old daughter . It was very dead in there as they said it’s been like this all day but yet the floor has old dried up food on it no house keeping was done just lack of respect for a restaurant. Also two elder woman who entered the restaurant where greeted with a punk with his hat on backwards saying what’s up we’ll be with you in a minute just rude tone did not like it blah won’t go back server was excellent though very nice nothing bad to say about her the rest not impressed not coming back

    My friend and I stopped for a bite here. Our appetizers were good, but I had finished my drink and our waitress was nowhere in sight – nor was the other half of our order. After another 10-15 minutes, she came by our table to let us know our food was coming soon, and that the kitchen was backed up. As she started to walk away, I had to ask her for a refill on my drink. Another 10 minutes passed before a gentleman came over to ask us how everything was. At this point my friend and I had been debating on leaving, so we mentioned to him that we were still waiting on our food. Within three minutes, our food was served. My friend had a goat cheese salad and I had an individual pizza – I had asked for just cheese, but they put pepperoni on it, and it was just barely warm as though it had been waiting to go out. Not the end of the world, but at this point we wanted to leave so we just asked for some takeout containers and our bill. Now, I understand working in a fast-paced industry and that things don't always run smoothly, and while we did appreciate them comping one of our four plates, as well as offering a $6.00 discount, what I did not appreciate was what happened when our waitress brought us our bill. My friend offered to pay for us both, and as I told him I'd pick up the bill, our waitress said "I don't do this game, so one of you guys can pay and figure it out later." I felt that that was ABSOLUTELY uncalled for, and it left an awful impression with us as we left. I've now sworn to myself that I will NOT return to the Welland location.

    Basic usual chain restaurant food, with a decent sized bar area, separated from the general dining area which was nice. Got the “meatloaf” and 100% is not meatloaf but more like a dried out Salisbury steak. Server/bartender was nice, as well as attentive to his tables when he got a break from making the drinks for rest of staff. Possibly will go back when in the area, but definitely staying away from whatever that “meatloaf” dish was

    Decent food here. Staff are friendly and attentive. Music was too loud at first however someone other than us may have complained as it was suddenly turned down, thank goodness. Noise pollution is not needed in the background when you are visiting with others for a meal! When are restaurants going to start realizing this! We chose Boston Pizza as it's usually not too bad however we will stay away if this becomes the norm here. We already stay away from M.T. Bellies and others nearby because of the loud music! The buttermilk crusted chicken sandwich was yummy!

    Terrible experience, if I could give 0 Stars I would, we first arrived there and were seated on the patio on a very hot summer day. ( we went there because we had our dog with us ) so a++ for allowing dogs. I asked for a water for everyone right anyway because it was 30 degrees out plus as the hostess basically ran away. After being served our drinks and food my wife found a dirty piece of plastic in her water we brought it to the waitress attention and she offered to comp us our free water (thanks) After we complained again to the manager we received a discount of $2.50. (Thanks BP) and a friend of ours went in to complain again and we got kicked out. We had a lengthy discussion with the manager on who told us that’s the best she could do. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at BP and will never go back. Hopefully it closes and opens as a new restaurant under new management.

    Absolutely terrible service. Tried to take my kids out for dinner. Sat at the booth for 40 minutes while the servers walked passed and looked right at me and never took our order. After 40 minutes of sitting there a couple gets seated and the server went and took drink orders almost instantly. Just left with 2 starving kids and I won't be back

    We had a very enjoyable time while here at Boston Pizza. Was my parents very 1st time here. Our waitress was very courteous, helpful with food ideas, and continued to ask how we were doing.

    I feel bad but this was like the worst service I've gotten in a while. Would have gotten dessert but ran out of time because it took so long for a take out container. I grabbed my own salt and pepper from inside (was on the patio) and napkins cause there was soooo much time in between checking in on us. The girl was nice enough, but yeah, just not good service.

    I had the NY Strip Loin Steak. It was fantastic. Very juicy, tender and only seasoned with a little salt. This is the way a good steak is to be prepared and served. A steak is supposed to speak for itself and this one did just that. We ordered a lot of other food and everything seemed great.
