Amazing. Brought a gecko and enclosure. Rose and her son are amazing and very patient. I was there asking lots of questions repeated to make sure I got it right, they even set the enclosure up for me. Amazing shop, they have always been so helpful. All the animals are well kept and look very happy. I would always come here first for any of my pet products or advice. Can't rate them highly enough, always friendly and always offer help where they can. Very clean and well stocked shop. I have pets of all kinds from geckos to cats, inc rodents. There advice is always spot on. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else. :)

I have yet to find a single animal that Jason and Jasmin don't know how to care for, and according to my gerbils, "their seed mixes are to die for" best pet store this side of the Thames!!!

Used their pet sitting service for my bearded dragon while I was on holiday. Really easy to call up and book, and a really good price. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and my dragon was cared for really well, will be using it again! Thank you!

I didn’t want to leave 2 stars, I wanted to leave 5. I’m not local to the area, some of my family live in Hertfordshire so I was visiting. The owners only seemed friendly and welcoming to locals - I went in here to purchase live food for my Tarantulas and Iguana because I want to support small independent businesses. I was sold two tubs of livefood, one tub were ok and healthy, the other tub was poor and only had 3 alive ones but was sold to me at full price.

I recommend it to lovers of cats, dogs and other animals. They will find everything for their pets.

I visited tails and scales I wanted a bearded dragon and set up, I got a beautiful 1yr old male and full set up, I received the highest level of customer service and such nice people, thank you so much

I thought I’d update my review for the gent who seems to believe the reviewers are buddies with the stores staff and owners. This is one of the first places I go for my fussy ball python for mice/rats I’ve never had any poor quality rodents. They were awesome and have a boarding service where they perfectly took care of my snake. they’re always happy to help me find a white rat/ mice. Recently my snake had a stuck eye cap and where able to help me and give me brilliant advice and information/recommendations on if it doesn’t loosen a good reptile vet. I have never had an issue with anything I have brought and can see every time I’m in they’re not stuck in time and are always improving. I couldn’t recommend enough

We always put our Guinea pigs here to board when we go away, reasonably priced and great to know they are in safe hands.

Very helpful people! They took good care of our parrots when we were away and they obtained bulk quantities of the particular parrot food our guys were used to. Would keep going there but have moved a few hundred miles away! Excellent, clean shop with well looked after animals.

I have been leaving my pet budgies for a while now with them during my travels. I could ask for more friendly people. Satisfaction everytime.

Always give the best care advise, on hand any time if there is trouble with my pets, help with rehoming if needed. They know all the vets and animal charities in town. They have any animal rescue charity of their own.
