Very rude staff. To be exact Steven was in the back by the clearance and I had a question on a pair of pants I purchased and he had a major attitude and I asked to speak to a manager. Whom I never seen because she told him that the 60% off exclude jeans, which the sign was on a rack that had nothing but jeans on it. So I returned the pants. Honestly I’ll never go in there again. I’m a customer and I do not appreciate being treated like that!!! I will be calling a few other places! To the management, when a customer is requesting to speak to you, you should see what they need instead of having your rude staff tell them something. Worse experience ever!!!!

Confused by this BOGO deal. Could someone breakdown this promo to me. I feel like my bill should have been about $179. I shopped during my lunch break while it tax free so...lol the entire outlet plaza was nuts, but the store was decent everyone was working hard. I'm just confused with this receipt.

Jaclyn was AMAZING! I went into the store with an idea of what I wanted, and she gave me options and I left with things that were better than I expected. Super helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and liked. Hannah helped me as well and was super helpful and sweet as ever. I love aerie’s products but this shopping experience has been the best yet because of the amazing staff!

Went to buy 2 swimsuits on a buy one get one free promotion. One of the swimsuits rung up for $55.20 (it was discounted from $138) and I asked if the sale still applied since it was in that rack: they said yes, but that the sale had to be put in manually. Went to pay and the screen where I went to put in my card had the price of the suit for $69. I asked and they said that to put it manually they had to up the price back to $138 and then it discounted the suits to 50% off. So now the suit was more expensive than the price it rung up. Not to mention that the promotion was not buy 2 get them at 50%, but buy one get one free. They kept telling me about how their system worked, their system issues are not the consumer’s concerns: but manually increasing a price from what it rings up to the time you go to pay is not acceptable. And no matter what: they would not do anything about it. Also a pair of sweats were supposed to be 50% off per the rack, they said at the register that it would only be 40% off and wouldn’t check what their own rack said. I had never has these issues at a store, definitely did not expect it from American Eagle. We just walked away.

(1-28-22) felt bad for going in an hour before close on a friday, but just needed to grab a couple pairs of boxers. but i felt for the employees, knowing how retail works and how annoying it is to get customers out. but the girl who checked me out, emma (blonde super energetic and sweet girl) and made it feel that it wasn't any problem at all, so nice and sparked so much side-conversation, and made me feel like someone wanted to have a conversation with me for once! if we all had emma's at our work i think we'd be able to solve about 95% of the worlds conflicts. be like emma :D

me and my friends had so much fun here! cute stuff and really really great customer service!!! a worker there named Alyssa was super super helpful and fun to talk to! would definitely recommend going :))

Was that American eagle looking for shorts. They did not have any of the shorts I was looking for some of the clothes just were not my style however they were very packed with those that wanted that style of clothing. Customer service was great had people walking around asking if you needed to find anything or could help. Store was very clean.

Major deals for back to school, shopped for 5 kiddos spent less than $1500 and came out with each student at least 3-4 outfits!

The general manager Ashley, at the TPA premium outlet mall is so nice and helpful! She helped me place an online order when the stock was a little low on what I needed, and gave me a coupon for a free bra! I am so happy with my experience and really appreciate such great service.

The staff here is the best. Was greeted with a friendly smile the young lady with dark hair pleasantly scanned a dress for me. They had a large selection available. When I came to the register another nice young lady answered all my questions about what perfumes were on sale and signed me up for the real rewards program. The employees made my experience great.

The staff was not nice. They had a checkout area with balls and stuff and one staff member got angry at me for bouncing the ball while I waited for my friends to finish shopping. Don’t understand why they are treating a budget bin outlet mall American Eagle like a posh, lofty upper class establishment. Let people have a bit of fun in your store.

They should put a sign outside that says only white people allowed because when I was there this past week none of the 4 employees greeted me and I was ignored when I asked for help. It constantly happens to me as a person of color and I will not support a business that has employees that do this.

Staff member greeted us when we walked in, didn't hover. Place was clean, very nice displays.

You can find some bargains. Good to go on weekdays. Weekends are to crowded
