Placed
a
deli
order
for
a
cold
cut
platter
and
salads,
not
for
a
new
year's
e
e
celebration,
but
to
feed
a
houseful
of
people
taking
family
photos.
Placed
the
order
4
days
ago,
uneventful.
Called
the
store
this
morning
to
see
if
order
was
ready,
uneventful.
As
a
matter
of
fact,
the
young
lady
that
answered
the
phone
said
"
oh
I
just
finished,
come
anytime
to
get
it".
Drive
to
store,
ask
for
order...eventful.
long
story
short,
no
order.
Then
we
are
told
we
are
in
the
wrong
store,
when
I
show
my
caller
id
and
it
is
this
store
I
am
told
no
woman
works
in
the
deli
dept.
2
walk
right
behind
him
(I
believe
his
name
is
David).
He
tells
us
that
there
are
2
stop
and
shops
in
West
Babylon.
That
is
true,
but
unless
the
other
store
is
using
this
stores
phone
number,
as
it
shows
in
my
phone,
for
both
placing
the
order
and
verifying
it,
the
order
should
be
here.
Being
told,
sorry
check
West
Babylon
and
West
Islip,
was
there
way
of
ending
this
conversation.
I
go
up
front
to
speak
to
customer
service,
20
minutes
of
my
life
I
will
never
get
back,
ends
the
same
way.
Not
once
did
any
of
the
3
managers
offer
to
fix
this
problem.
It
was
only
after
we
told
the
we
want
it
done
and
done
now,
did
they
say
they
would.
If
I
didn't
have
15
people
in
my
house,
I
would
have
left,
never
to
give
stop
and
shop
a
penny
of
my
money
ever
again.
I'm
only
giving
1
star
because
an
hour
and
a
half
later
I
finally
got
my
platter.
Sigh...happy
New
Year.
