In my opinion, this establishment does not even deserve 1 star. My boyfriend and I were interested in a car on their website and so we made an appointment to come in and look at the car. We met with Johnny who told us that the specific car we were looking at was not being sold from his lot and that he was just doing a friend a favor. First off, when we asked for the car fax “the website was down” and he could not provide us with them. He spoke down to us and was extremely rude the entire time we were there. When we asked a few REASONABLE questions Johnny snatched the keys away from me and goes “you are making this too difficult” and just closes the door on us. All we wanted to know was why only 1 person was able to test drive the car at a time, as every other dealership we went to took us both together. He obviously didn’t care about this sale. I’m happy he didn’t because I wouldn’t have wanted to purchase a car from someone like that. Hopefully he apologizes to his friend who would have made the money off the car.

It the world of small business there is nothing more important than a shop keeper’s word. The staff at Reiner’s represent everything you wish the used car business could be. Owner Johny and his sales person, Joe, really helped make this a smooth transaction. Everything was upfront and the pricing never changed. No hidden fees. Not bait and switch. No “financed” pricing. Thanks for helping my daughter get a quality vehicle.

I had the BEST experience with Reiners. They helped me as a single mom without much automotive knowledge get a reliable used car far my 17 year old daughter. Im always worried as a single woman with to walk in to dealerships and be taken advantage. Johnnie was incredible to work with. He helped me get the right car for the right price. He even had their mechanic make some adjustments at my request before the purchase. He is very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we were happy. Bought a jeep from here in october and it has been nothing but a night mare apart from my purchase the amount of times ive had bring the jeep into jhonnys mechanics to get parts fixed it had cost me almost an extra 400$ in rentals costs because they have no loaners available.. i also voiced my concern about a fuel pump issue and jhonny had constantly overlooked it saying that the fuel pump isnt i just had it diagnosed by another mechanic turns out thats what it was.. do not buy from this dealership if you dont want to have to change your work schedule around to constantly go to a mechanic that will fix parts that have nothing to do with your problems… and when i ask for paperwork showing the parts that he fixed on the car i get nothing sent… this is a scam

Things that ware agreed to be fixed wasn’t. Breaks, oil change, front wheel bearing ball joint,front two axles.

Bought a Wrangler for an awesome price just recently. The owner was totally awesome, open about the vehicle and assisted promptly with any concerns we had. He'd go out of his way to make sure we were happy, and even checked in with us over a month later, to make sure we haven't had any problems or concerns. A+ for Reiners! We scored a great deal, and I couldn't be happier. We'll keep them in mind for any future vehicles we're looking for!

My dad recently bought himself a F150 from Reiners auto sales and had a great experience with Jhony. Jhony, was very helpful honest and polite. I purchased a 2013 Land Rover LR4. Within the first 2 weeks it had transmission issues. I called Johny, advised him that I couldn't drive it to him. To my surprise, he said, he'll take care of it immediately. He arranged for a tow truck to pick it up @ my home, & within a few days due to the holidays, he called me to advise that it was ready & what was done to repair it. I've never received this level of service from the "big guys", I would absolutely do business with Reiner's again. You should too. Thank you Johny for your excellent customer care........
