Wonderful people own this place. They helped me pick out the headstone for my son and did a beautiful job for half the price of the other places around. Dolores makes you feel welcome, unrushed, and shows you many options. It wasn't all business, quick or pushy like a couple of other places nearby. I would highly recommend them.

On behalf of Hector We cannot express in enough words the sheer gratitude to Dolores @ Esposito Memorial. My wife and I were in the process of buying a head stone and were becoming frustrated with the whole process. We had gone to two other places before and were not treated nicely, and it seemed that they just wanted our money and to be done with the whole thing. When we walked into Esposito memorials Dolores greeted us and explained everything. She was caring, thoughtful and sympathized with us as we were still grieving. She told us stories about her losses, it was nice that she felt comfortable to share that with us. At no moment did she rush us into anything and to tell you the truth Esposito's pricing was $1000 less than all the other places!. Within the weeks that it took to get the head stone she made us aware of everything that was going on and when things would be ready. We enjoyed visiting her at the office - kind of like visiting a friend and not just doing business. The headstone turned out exactly as explained and was even far better than expected. It is absolutely beautiful! We cannot thank Dolores and her staff enough. We highly recommend Esposito Memorials they are the only choice to us!

My family has been a customer of John Esposito Monuments for 60 years. They have taken care of all of our burial needs for three generations of Baglios. Their compassion, empathy, and sincerity take so much of the burden off of what is a most difficult time for all - and in addition - their honesty gives such a sense of security and reassurance about decisions that need to be made. They have never steered my family in the wrong direction, and often suggested a less expensive way of getting what we needed or wanted. Stone is ok but they put it in facings the wrong direction. I’ve been calling every 2 weeks since it’s been placed and they keep reassuring me that it will be fixed within the next few weeks. It’s now over 4 months and nothing has been done to resolve the problem. They also tell me it’s the company they use to place the stone. We paid Esposito. If they subcontract that portion of their business that’s their problem. We signed a contract with, and paid Esposito memorials. They need to make it right.

At a horrendous time in my life, my son's death, Dolores helped us through the complexity of the final part of the funeral; a monument for our son's grave. She was patient, professional, knowledgeable and caring. God bless her and family!

Talented, patient and understanding. Wonderful family to work with at such an emotional time. We could not be any happier with the end result- my father's memorial stone is breathtaking. May he rest in peace. Highly recommend, their work is outstanding.

Went to Coram location, very unimpressed, the male sales rep very secretive about what each color monument cost, and annoyed when we asked multiple times, we are grieving and hard to remember things...why was it a problem to repeat yourself, would have been easier if you simply handed us a price sheet, etc. Could not get a straight answer. Sadly for emotional reasons, we could not bear to walk into another monument place, so we ordered...not the kind of item you go around shopping for routinely. Even the mailing was unclear. So far would not recommend, stand by for final result, I will provide yet another review.
