I had the double chicken burger and added cheese. There were no fries available and the drinks are expensive at nearly £2 extra for fizzy pop, so I just had the burger on its own for £8.19 which I think is a very high price for just a burger made with two chicken breasts. They appeared to be mass produced from the look of them and maybe cooked from frozen. The flavour was good and it was reasonably filling. Service was OK and quite fast. I dined in and was annoyed that a beggar was going round from table to table begging food from people. Also there was two more beggars outside the door. Quite off putting. I wouldn't go back due to the very high cost, for £8 I could buy and cook probably two whole chickens at home!

Foods were good, but not as good as the Jollibee PH. A bit disappointed, coz there was no peach mango pie during our visit 😢. That's one of my favourites. But the whole experience was still good.

Definitely worth a try. Chicken is better than KFC, French fries are as good as McDonald's, Pineapple juice served (very nice) And they serve spaghetti with sausage. Lot's of seating and very clean.

Finally found a moment to try this place. It was good. I wasn't overly impressed with the food, especially for the price. The food was in no way bad, but it was very basic. For the value, I believe you could go somewhere similar and pay slightly less for the same experience. There wasn't anything unique about the food served that I couldn't find within a 10-minute walk in the area. It was nice to visit to get an idea, but I doubt I'll be going back any time soon, not out of poor quality food or a devastating experience, I just know places where I can enjoy a more interesting experience.

Food was what we expected it to be. Been told by many people to try the spaghetti and it was decent for what you pay for. Don’t know if I’d order it again but it was enjoyable. Also had the loaded fries. The chicken was very tasty but I’m not sure why the spring onions were ‘cut’ into such huge pieces. Didn’t particularly like the mango ice cream. But be prepared to wait for at least 20 mins to get your food. Definitely not a ‘fast’ food restaurant

ORDER NUMBER 288 - Friday 6th October Ordered a Sriracha Chicken Loaded Fries takeout and order was ready in just 2 seconds so took the bag and went back to my car as I needed be somewhere else. After stopping to eat my food I opened the container only to find just under half of fries with hardly any chicken, cheese or any topping and literally no way idid it appear to be “loaded” in any way at all and appeared as if someone had literally eaten over half of the food and they gave me leftovers from someone else’s order. I tried contacting the restaurant multiple times without any success as after a few rings the automated system kicks in to say the call cannot be answered and cannot leave a message and to call back later! This was the same response on each call that I had to send an email to their customer service which as yet hasn’t been answered. Only if I could add a photo to show how much the portion was as it was ridiculous for £4.99 even a kids portion would contain a better size. I suggest you change the image of the Sriracha Loaded Fries to show exactly how much the portion size actually is in the box and not deceive customers by putting barely any food in the box.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Jollibee for the first time, and it was truly a delightful surprise! Walking in without any expectations, I discovered an inviting Filipino fast-food haven that completely won me over. From the crispy fried chicken to the comforting spaghetti bolognaise, savoury rice, flavourful gravy, delightful mango pie, and refreshing pineapple juice, every bite was a revelation of unique and delicious flavors. It felt like each dish was personally crafted to offer a big, warm, and utterly satisfying culinary embrace. The chicken, distinct from what you'd find at KFC, was a symphony of crispy, juicy, and utterly delicious flavours. And that mango pie. Oh, it's an absolute gem! Think McDonald's apple pie, but with the added magic of juicy mangoes that elevates it to an entirely new level of deliciousness. I can't recommend Jollibee enough! Especially to those who, like me, might have been disappointed by the food quality at other fast-food chains. Jollibee truly saved the day with their exceptional offerings. It's a place where unique flavours and heartwarming dishes come together to create an unforgettable dining experience 🥰

Spicy chicken is my favourite. The balance of hot and crunchy chicken is spot on. However, meat is too dry and a bit hard to bite on. The thigh, which is normally tender, also was dried to the bone. It's my first time at this place. Is it really this way? The wrap was tasty again. The meat was overcooked. Comparing to kfc, it's a bit too expensive

We went to this restaurant for a meal at around 8.30pm, but the three male employees were washing and putting away cooking utensils in preparation for closing, and only two female employees were lazily, slow preparing fried chicken and burgers, which were either leftovers or were served, The fried chicken, burgers and spaghetti were all very lukewarm and unsatisfactory. The staircase entrance was blocked with chairs to prevent access to the toilets on the second floor and the disabled toilet on the ground floor was covered in filth, had no toilet rolls and the floor was wet, oh very uncomfortable.

I have been to this branch like 6 times already and the way they cook the chicken hasn’t changed! It’s way way better as well that what i have eaten in the Philippines. The chicken are so crunchy, tender and moist. Yesterday most of the popular one’s are out of stock though. I don’t know what’s happening as they didn’t have any peach mango pie, any kind of burgers and no fries as well. We saw a staff that’s sorting and cleaning all the tables, i forgot to ask his name. Thank you for keeping the place neat and tidy. He’s a middle aged tall man.

Very polite staff especially Ivan. He keeps the seating area spotless. The food was amazing the Asian rice bowl was our favourite. The loaded fries and peach pie was also delicious.

Incredible service cannot be faulted. All food arrived on time and piping hot. Miles better than any other chicken spot and for a limited time you get a free Jollibee Jumper with orders over £20 (the jumper is very warm and comfortable for the winter months)

Their fried chicken is superb, though sometimes overcooked. The burgers are also recommended, but the pasta is average. Overall a good place to eat in the city centre

Went there on a Friday evening. The place was not so busy, had plenty of seats. Ground floor was a bit cold, but the next level was very nice and toasty. The crew were very friendly, especially Ivan. We have been to other Jollibee restaurants here in the UK, but they seem to have the perfect Chicken so far and the rice is perfectly cooked. Too bad the burgers were not available that time.
