These guys are awesome! They were able to get my ring just in time for my trip where i proposed to my now fiancé! The ring was a little too big but they took it in for resizing, no questions asked. Great communication with even better customer service. Would recommend 10/10.

I have been burned by several jewelers on a few rings and several time pieces, with remarkably poor customer service and dishonest practices. That is what makes me very very happy and hopeful about J Brooks. MORE SO working with Brooks, he has been very helpful, informative and just as accurate as the watches they have. I am very particular about the watches I purchase and look at and the collection they provide and knowledge with them is absolutely great. One thing that really stands out with them from the rest of the jewelers around the state is they treat me like a client rather than a customer, a person with unique taste, rather than a person with a bank. The jewelry in the store (rings) are very different and the design team seems very professional. I am glad that Brook's has taken initiative to provide great insight and interests to build a relationship, and a good customer service. Glad to have them be my jeweler exclusively, will definitely let my circle of friends and family know to stop on in, the drive for me is for sure worth it!

We got my engagement ring here and both of our wedding bands - they had such a beautiful and elegant selection of rings and the staff was so great in working within a certain budget. They also kept us up to date on orders & statuses. We had such a great experience and I definitely recommend them

Sooooo impressed with this place! We looked for an engagement ring at 11 different jewelers around Utah and JBrooks was the ONLY place that could get our dream ring for an amazing price. JAIME kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and made sure that literally every concern/question we had was answered! Alexis was so patient and listened to what my now husband and I described to her. She had their jewelry designers come up with a mock up drawing for us. Working with this store has been a joke. Everyone is nice but when it comes to communication they are terrible. I have waited for a month for my necklace to be put together. Which, I was told would take a couple days. We constantly had to follow up and ask about when we would get it back. The woman we were working with would not respond back. So we would send another text days later and every once in awhile she would respond. she never apologized or would even text us to give us an update. I told them specifically how I wanted the necklace and they were planning on doing it exactly how i didn’t want it to be. Luckily, my husband stopped in the store trying to get an update as to where the necklace was and realized they were going to do it wrong or I would have to probably wait another month for them to fix it. If your planning on getting jewelry and want GOOD service I would suggest going somewhere else. But maybe you will have a better experience than we did.

I seriously cannot recommend J Brooks Jewelers enough. They’re family owned and operated and really took care of me and made sure I left extremely happy. I purchased my dream watch for myself as my graduation gift and Brooks helped me decide between my top choices. This definitely won’t be my last watch I purchase from him. I popped in tonight to browse wedding bands and had a wonderful experience at J Brooks. The store is family owned and operated and has a beautiful selection of rings, fine jewelry, and watches. While trying on bands we noticed one of the prongs on my engagement ring was bent, and John immediately said he would take care of it for me even though my ring wasn't from their store. John was very knowledgeable and helped me choose prongs that were stronger without significantly changing the look of my ring. He even reminded me to go through my insurance for payment! The J Brooks family is one of a kind! I went to almost all of the other jewelers in Utah and there is only one place that even compares in quality, and tends to be twice the price. Hands down, the best quality, service and overall experience that you could ask for! You may find a bigger selection elsewhere, but their selection has much better options and they offer fully custom rings as well. In my opinion there is no other jeweler that I would even consider! The team at J Brooks is incredibly knowledgeable which made the experience of designing a custom ring amazing to go through! I hate that I am even having to write this. I have been doing business with John for almost 25 years. I followed him when he left Sierra West and started his own business. He has always treated me great and educated me when I was first married over 20 years ago. Since then, I referred my own daughter and her fiancé to them. We are over an hour away but I wanted them to have the experience I had when I was young and just starting out. At first Brooks was great to work with off and on. He was good to help us where they are out of state with the Military. He helped us find the gem color and shape that she wanted in her engagement ring and gave us great recommendations on making it even better than her dreams. We have been trying to work with him for almost a year to get her wedding band created by the wedding next month. He has given them so much push back on what she envisioned for her wedding band. We have given him pictures and even at one time they had a ring close to what she wanted. Now they don't even get a response from him. I even stepped in and texted Brooks and again no response. They have now had to go to another jeweler to make sure she has a wedding band for her wedding next month. Again, this makes me extremely sad and disappointed that I am having to write this and now know that I will need to find another jeweler going forward to purchase fine jewelry.
