This happened in the Kelowna store.. . Be advised to check how many coils are in your pack before leaving the store. I bought a three pack of freemax triple mesh coils, and there were only two in the package. So it seems like the staff are helping themselves to store merchandise. Way to go guys....

Horrible customer service experience numerous occasions. Staff member hardly looked up from his laptop or even had the courtesy to pause his show (must have been important as this was the same issue the last time I went in there) on top of that he was very short and seemed annoyed that I was asking his opinion on various products. Unfortunatly I have given this place enough chance and been consistantly disappointed.

Brutal, shopping next door and the "DJ" at this shop is blaring tunes at max shaking out the whole place. I would absolutely hate working next to this place, so disrespectful.

Very friendly, Dave is the bomb Highly recommend.

Kristin was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked! Had a great time! Huge amount of Devices and products with lots of variety of juice selection and smelled great in there! The prices were great and I love how they can price match any other store out there! Was very tidy will definitely be coming back :)

I wanted to go in to buy things 20 minutes before close and they weren't open

Jessie was a good guy to talk to, even beyond general vape stuff. Had a good experience with him and he was clearly more dedicated to getting the right product for you, then trying to maximize on the money he could get from you. His product knowledge was on point and he made sure to get a laugh from you as well.

I called the store to inquire about a an organic sugar free salt nic... Jessie was super friendly and open to ordering the line I requested. I have been to numerous vape shops in Kelowna and have noticed that they are not so friendly/helpful. I was pleasantly surprised and this place will definitely get my buissness! I like dealing with/surrounding myself with good people and I def. got a good vibe from this store:)

Medium to large variety of vapes. Good prices and service. The girl was nice and knowledgeable regarding the products. She was also wearing a mask. To give them 5 starts, they would need to have more vape options thou as they didnt have a product I asked for. But overall a nice experience at West Kelowna vape street
