I use this car wash whenever I need to get my car cleaned up. I drive by two other car wash places to get to it. I think the facility is great, very easy payment options, and the vacuums actually work! (unlike some of the other places around town). I always use the self wash bays and vacuums each visit. Nice to go to a clean place where everything works.

Our kids loved going through this car wash. The light show was cool. The soft cloth brushes combines with touchless and all the options you could ever wish for at a car wash made this one of my favorites. One spot was missed on my tire shinning coating and they offered me go go through a second time. I said no if they supplied the spray I can quickly do it but the staff was motivated to do it for me which was super great customer service wise. They have manual wash bays that are well kept and the place is magnificent. Thanks for such a great experience. Free vacuuming afterwards too! Powerful vaccumes! Thank you. Look forward to returning soon.

Terrible!!! worst drive through car wash in Canada by far. Spent 25 dollars on my truck. It was half washed. Dirty spots all over the truck. I thought maby just because it was a truck. Took my car today and same thing. Never again.

used the Sonic Wash since I Moved in West Kelowna for the last 1 years ago. Wasn’t a member . Went inside to buy a car wash but Staff named Koldip recommended me to Try our membership . Their subscription to be an exceptional value for money. The facilities were well maintained, and the staff was very friendly. I would say this is the best carwash in west kelowna.

Absolutely dumb payment system. No cards in the stalls. Have to go to the front and preload your stall with a specific amount of time or use tokens or coins. Huge waste of time. Not convenient. Edit: The owner says this is being fixed, I'll return and update this review when/if that happens. As of now, I will be using a car wash that lets me tap n' go.

Absolutely love this place!!! I use both the Kelowna and West Kelowna locations on a weekly basis with my monthly pass that allows me a car wash a day!!! Totally worth it and my brand new 2022 Honda CRV is always looking brand new and marvellous!!!! I had one issue with the machines not reading my pass so I paid for the wash. I went in and mentioned it to the staff and they quickly refunded me the car wash I had just paid for without question!! A super friendly place with excellent service and results!! Delicious frozen yogurt (that my kids love) and a great time for my kids in the automatic wash!!! Thanks Sonic, keep up the great work!!!

First time I used their wash services in Coin Wash Bay Area a few weeks ago. Noticed the bay wash areas were very clean! Soap function had sufficient soap during wand wash which is how I often judge a carwash - hate when they don't add enough soap. After I was finished, my truck didn't start as my battery was starting to lose it's charge last few days. A couple of employees were leaving for lunch and I told them about my predicament. They both helped me to start my truck, one of them bringing in their personal vehicle to the bay with the other connecting the booster cables. Started my vehicle and I thanked them. Its nice to still find considerate people who do kind things for others. They refused to accept some cash for their trouble. This is now my go to carwash. I will try out their detailing services next.

Great car wash. I had a problem with the machine In the wash bay, it ate my money but there was an employee named sage that was very helpful and apologetic that got the situation sorted out right away making it an overall great experience. Good high pressure hot water that can get the job done well. Will be coming back again👍🏻

$280.00 that I'll never get back. Immediately after going through this automatic car wash, my rear, drivers-side tire got punctured. Manual wash only from now on. If the company would do something to compensate for the damage done, I would change my review.

I’ve been going to sonic since they opened in west kelowna, both the automatic wash and hand wash. The manager, Marlyce has always treated me awesome . Recommend people to use that wash all the time

A few times the kiosks froze so I had to get out of my car and go inside to get someone to reset it because the Help button didn't. Price and results are good, though, so I have no other complaint.

I dropped my debit card in the grating after it fell and bounced under my vehicle. I was on my way to make a purchase and I needed my card for after the car wash and I asked them for help to get it back and Vyrat and Alyssa came to help but we couldn’t find it in the water below. I was super stressed and Vyrat and Alyssa saw that I was getting stressed as I needed it and the banks were closed and they continued to search in the water for my card. And finally they found it. I was so happy and relieved. Who ever owns this car wash should be very proud to have Vyrat and Alyssa working there and being the best employees ive ever ran into. Thanks again. I’ll forever keep going to this car wash 👍🏼

I went through the tunnel one day and came out with a bunch of dents on my driver side of my car. Have tried to inquire with them multiple times taking pictures of damage and even filling out a form for them and they have never got back to me despite saying they would. Horrible customer service.
