I love the new blizzaks ! Got me in new tires fast and a next day appointment . They were a bit busy so it was an extra hour wait but hey nothing to fret about ! The lady I spoke with was super amazing Christine ? Good to see a female tradesperson in the shop as well 👌👍I will return !

It’s very unfortunate we have spent tens of thousands of dollars in this store. Always loyal. Went in got trailer tires and got a quote that I was not thrilled about. Asked for a better priced. They assured me that’s the best they could do and we’re already loosing money… I drove over to the store on Elk just down the street. That kal tire gave me a much better deal! Same tire. Same ply. Ect ect. And they didn’t know me at all!! I will never shop at store 40 again. Elk is my new store and I beg anyone who reads this to do the same.

I recently had a tire repair on a dump trailer at the Hwy 97/Industrial Road store. Despite a waiting room full of people getting their seasonal change-overs, the staff got to work on my tire without requiring an appointment. I appreciated the quick service, as it allowed me to keep to my work schedule for the day. I and my family get all of our tire service from this Kal Tire location, and always get great service.

Had a really positive experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful and actually got me going the same day. The problem was a single fix and they did way more than I expected. They didn't even really charge me for every little thing they did. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get thier vehicle serviced.

Got a price on tires as well as information on previously bought tires and rims. Employee helping was extremely helpful and explained my options. Definitely will be dealing with this store on future tire purchases.

Had my wheels aligned at Kal Tire 2 weeks ago. They said they couldn't warranty my alignment cause I had parts that needed to be replaced. They also said some things were seized so they couldn't completely align everything. Alignment was still slightly out but better. Took it to another shop and they inspected my parts and alignment. They told me nothing else needed to be replaced and fixed the alignment. Kal Tire charged me over 150 dollars for a incomplete job. I will not be returning.

Ordered new tires, they came and were installed as promised. Great service as always. I’ve been here many times before and I’ll keep coming back.

This location does not understand appointments. Make an appointment and you still have to wait 2 hours. They need to improve their scheduling.

Easy to get to, friendly staff, and excellent service from Eric Y. Also have coffee and free internet while you wait for your car, will come back again for sure.

We have been using this Kal Tire location for over 10 years, every single experience is outstanding!! There is no employee there that doesn't stand out but Clint is visibly exceeding customer expectations every time I go there. He has wowed us at every visit, I would hire this guy all day long!!! Great service , but it would be great to be familiar with hybrid vehicles when requesting a follow up after a sound coming after tire install from the wheel area and not transmission as was mentioned as it is just the regular sound of a Hybrid vehicle. Great service, but wasted time and money on an additional visit with nothing resolved... So at least I got the winters , but would not return.

Our family was on holidays visiting Kelowna. We had a nail in the tire that needed repairs. We brought the tire to Cal tire because it was close. Upon arrival we were greeted in a friendly and timely manner. They carried the tire in for us. Within a short period they texted us to let us know it had been repaired. When we came to pick the tire up they simply said there will be no charge. Would highly recommend.
