I
got
my
winter
tires
changed
over
here,
although
sadly
it
was
not
a
great
experience.
I
scheduled
the
appointment
using
their
website,
choosing
a
set
of
well-reviewed
Sailun
tires
that
were
listed
as
"In
Stock".
No
visible
problems
at
time
of
scheduling.
The
day
before,
I
get
an
email
reminder
that
has
a
small
note
stating
the
tires
are
out
of
stock.
Odd,
but
I
bring
the
car
in
anyhow
and
ask
about
it.
The
Sailun
tires
are
completely
out
of
stock
except
for
3
in
Delta,
apparently.
This
meant
I
got
some
off-shore
"Mirage"
tires
I
can
barely
find
more
than
6
reviews
for
and
half
of
those
are
written
in
Russian.
If
the
replacement
tires
hadn't
cost
less
or
I
hadn't
been
on
a
time
constraint
I
would
have
walked.
Why
are
you
advertising
tires
as
"In
Stock"
and
letting
me
schedule
the
appointment
for
them,
if
you
don't
have
any
of
those
tires??
I
checked
at
the
original
scheduling,
the
day
before,
during,
and
the
day
after.
At
all
of
these
times,
your
website
listed
the
tires
as
in
stock
and
I
could
go
through
and
set
another
appointment
for
a
set
of
four!
And
yes,
I
double-checked
that
my
store
location
was
set
to
West
Kelowna
each
time.
This
is
more
of
a
general
Fountain
Tire
problem
rather
than
this
location,
but
it's
still
very
frustrating
and
definitely
left
a
bad
impression!
Not
to
mention
that
the
staff
at
the
counter
was
rather
flippant
and
I
had
to
call
the
store
to
check
whether
my
car
was
ready.
They
did
tell
me
it
should
be
done
soon
while
pitching
me
new
lug
nuts,
but
there
can
be
delays
so
I
was
waiting
for
a
text
message
or
email.
I
don't
see
why
you
would
have
customers
call
you
to
check
and
waste
5
minutes
instead
of
taking
3
seconds
to
send
a
text.
