This was our first stop after the long drive from Vancouver. We were here to support an indigenous restaurant and try the bannocks. We got the bannocks to go and had the taco bowls to eat there. The staff were all very friendly (which we don't get that often in Vancouver 😅) I got the deer taco bowl and it was pretty good, the portion was just right 👍 the bannocks were so good I wish we could get them here in Vancouver 😍

My wife and I dropped by the west Kelowna Kekuli Cafe yesterday for lunch and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked into the cafe the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were very knowledgeable of the menu selections and very personable throughput our stay. The cafe was clean and nicely decorated with an outdoor area for those wanting to enjoy their meal outdoors. We had the marinaded chicken tacos as well as a chicken salad salad for our entrees and the ingredients were extremely fresh and the flavours were vibrant. The tea, coffee and cold drink menu was varied and delicious from the first to the last sip. Wonderful experience all the way around. Two very high thumbs up.

We arrived this Monday, not realizing it was a holiday and the cafe was closing early. Although they couldn't serve us food, the staff kindly gifted us the last bannock, which already gave us a little taste of the great food at this place. We came back the next day for lunch and ordered the bbq chicken and venison tacos with Saskatoon berry smoothie and lavender lemonade. Every piece tasted incredible! We ended up taking two dessert bannocks to go because we just couldn't get enough.

I've heard good things about this locally-owned cafe and finally had a chance to check it out! My group ordered the venison blueberry nachos, Saskatoon BBQ chicken tacos (served bowl-style over rice), and a S'moreo's bannock. Everything was fresh and flavourful - even the plain bannock the tacos came with! A cozy establishment with a lot of care put into their food.

I'm not a taco fan but I kept hearing about Kekuli Indian tacos from so many people that finally I decided to try. It was soooooo good and delicious that I even ordered for our company's event. Everybody absolutely loved it and enjoyed the dishes. Kekuli did a great job managing that big of order, I was so happy and impressed.

We were in town for work, and this place came highly recommended by our local staff. It was good enough that we came back the next day, too. Excellent coffee, and very good breakfast sandwiches. The Saskatoon Berry bannock was delicious without being overly sweet.

Oh WOW!!! 👌 Mom and I truly enjoyed our late lunch here! The food was absolutely amazing! The cook was so awesome! She was so nice and pleasant! The guy at the till too was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant! 💯 The cook took it upon herself to make a food over sight, right. ✅️ I am an Okanagan Indian woman and very proud of this establishment! Keep it up, crew! Our people are amazing individuals, especially when we establish our purpose here on earth and apply it! Thank you so very much for an overall outstanding lunch!! 👍💯❤️😇 Ps... I recommend everything on the menu because it is all delicious! *THIS IS BASED ON OUR JULY 4,2023 VISIT!! 🥰

Absolutely LOVE this place!!!! The Best bannock ever (with so many sweet and savoury varieties to choose from) and incredible indigenous foods. I had my first Saskatoon Berry latte - delicious! Good prices, easy to find, lots of parking, lovely staff and some great gift items too. I live an hour away and now that I’ve been there I’ll never pass through West Kelowna without stopping again. Limlmt to the Kekuli cafe for a great experience!

Brought a friend for her first time. I had the venison(deer) taco, and she had the salmon. Both were amazing and large portions. Ordered some of the "specialty" Bannock to go. There was so much variety that I had a hard time choosing. Saskatoon berry, maple glazed, cinnamon and sugar, and a baked cheese Bannock all made their way home as well. Staff were amazing and very personable.

Quiet cafe with good food, delicious drinks, and a beautiful atmosphere. The Saskatoon berry late is a must have! Amazing traditional food. The chicken mushroom cheese and wild salmon on Bannock are my top favourites. And the potato’s for the side are delicious. Top it off with very friendly staff, love to support an amazing local business!

The Chai Freeze was a great option for me as I do not care for coffee. So smooth and very good! The bannock is insanely delicious! Went back 2 more times during our week trip. Tried the Skor freeze and maple bannock... DELECTABLE!

I was so excited by the way their menu looked on line. But what I got was fast food. I have had other indigenous cafe food and was so happy with it. This was so very disappointing. One of the meals was a veggie sandwich for a 28 yr old man. This would have fed my 5 yr old grandson. So overpriced for a fast food style restaurant.

I liked that this cafe was unique and made many items with a Bannock base. It was laid out like any coffee house. They do have a patio which wasn't being used which can be attributed to heat. We purchased a 6 pack of Bannock based pastries. I thought they were a bit pricey at 25.00. Overall a good experience.

We stopped by here earlier this month for a quick bite to eat. We shared the chicken nachos and I'd say that the portion was generous enough for the two of us, though to be fair, we don't have particularly large appetites. The chicken was nicely done and not dry. I do wish that they had given us more salsa and sour cream. The cafe itself is cute with lovely art on the walls. I'd go there again to try other things next time in I'm the area.

A friend from SK told us about Kekuli Cafe. The Bannock is absolutely delicious and fresh. The service was great and the. atmosphere was perfect. We will be coming back when visiting again.

Saskatoon Smoothie is an absolute treat. We come into the Okanagan every summer from Calgary and make a mandatory stop here! Love it!!

Want the best bannock breakfast sandwich then head to Kekuli's have a coffee and a bannock desert. I recommend the blueberry or Saskatoon berry.

This place was great, good food, good value. I had the veg bowl, so good! I usually find onions over-powering in most veg dishes, definitely not the case in this one, just great flavours, simply loved it. Will definitely return.

ordered Canadian back bacon, Grilled chicken taco as our breakfast. It was okay nothing much special. And for the drink I tried Lavender lemonade it wasn’t sour I liked it! And Canadiano coffee was good too.

I make a point to come to this restaurant whenever I'm in the area. Can't get over how good the food is.. Would recommend getting a Saskatoon berry smoothie with your order - otherwise you're missing out! That being said I give 4/5 stars as when I was there last there were a lot of people lining up inside the restaurant. It felt like it was a bit too much (because of Covid). Hopefully they have limited the number of people allowed inside since then.

Nothing really special. The service behind the counter is inconsistent, sometimes poor. The buns and pastry are tasteless and overpriced, but they seems popular with the oberse regular customers. We normally just buy coffee because it's marginally better than other local choices

Just have to try it! My mom had accidentally ordered my breakfast sandwich with no tomato AND no egg but I loved it. Bacon was delicious! Maple glaze bannock was my favourite.

Stopped by for a refreshing smoothie on a hot summer day. I really enjoyed it - not too sweet but super flavourful. Ample parking available in front as well.

Excellent local indigenous cafe. The BBQ chicken bowl, Lavender lemonade and Saskatoon berry ice tea, were outstanding. Friendly service and super fast too! We will definitely be back!! 5 stars.

Tried the tacos, iced latte, traditional Bannok and a cinnamon one; everything was delicious and the staff was super friendly. They were also thoughtful to help us navigate the menu with dietary restrictions. Will definitely return to try again!

Very cute little spot to pull over for a casual lunch. Simple menu that still appeals to a wide range of people. Every dish here comes with a Bannock- their traditional bread

Stopped in for breakfast on our visit to Kelowna. Conveniently located, reasonable and great food. A venison scramble with bannock is something different and well worth a try. Will definitely recommend

This place is amazing. Such a cool vibe and delicious things to offer. We went here twice! I had the Saskatoon berry smoothie and fry bread taco with Saskatoon berry chicken. The chicken was so good that sauce is amazing! They also had other small bannocks that were made up like donuts. The maple walnut and skor were so good! I would highly recommend this place!

😠 Arrived for supper with my daughter for her birthday. We were seated and we were never served after waiting 20 minutes. The table beside us became occupied after we were waiting and they were served and we were completely ignored. We were very disappointed at the lack of service and probably will...
