Blenz Coffee

Cafe Coffee shop Coffee store

😐 Coffee was great , also the lemon bread. Place was dirty, washroom garbage can was full, tables area was not swept and tables were not clean let alone the chairs, dusty. it is only 10:15 AM. Im sure they could do better with their house keeping. People often mention coffee, staff, great, shop, friendly,

I just ordered a sausage roll and the meat inside of it was completely molded, green and white. That thing had to have been sitting there for at least a week at room temperature. They gave me a refund and wouldn’t even throw out the rest of them when I asked, because I wanted to know that no one else would bite into one of those. I’m never coming back here again and I highly suggest you avoid ordering any of their food items. Absolutely disgusting.

The staff is very friendly. They have a wide variety of drinks and foods to choose from, suitable for a wide range of food/drink intolerances (gf, lactose-free, vegan, etc). Coffee, tea, snacks, and even a small corner with local art for sale. I highly recommend this place. Either you choose to go or to consume on the patio, this will be a beautiful experience.

Sorry Guys, but the quality and the cleaning have nothing to compete with Starbucks. Tables and washroom are not clean at all. The employees are friendly and the coffee is ok. I took a medium roast ( darkest one) not too bad. Anyway cookies looks good. I 'll try next time. The cost is identical as others brewing brands.

Best soy latte I have ever had. Wonderful family owned business. Very kind people. They put Starbucks to shame. Ilive in chemainus on the island wish they were near me. 10 stars not just 5 🙏❤️🙏

Excellent coffee and food! They also have a really nice table with a nice assortment of locally crafted things (I think the selection changes but jewelry, cards, napkins etc). The staff were wonderful

Skip Tim Horton’s and spend your money here. Coffee is fantastic and I’m personally a big fan of the maple macchiato.

Best coffee place in town, went there during my trip to this city. Staff is great, so friendly. They showed us different varieties of there coffee store, we tried latte machito, and it was great. We met Neeru, turned out she has ownership as well, and she makes sure she and her staff knows how to treat there customers and make there valuable till they are at Blenz !!!

Latte was weirdest flavour for gingerbread I ever tasted. Not only bad coffee but the little lady working needs some customer service lessons ! Won’t be getting my business again 😝

Friendly staff, clean and warm environment. Few times on our way back to Vancouver from Kelowna have made stop to load up our caffeine dosage before hitting the road.

I don't think anyone had ever taught the staff how to do their job properly. They only take one order at a time, they do everything in the wrong order and it ends up taking an extremely long time to get your order.

Lovely variety of coffee/tea & other drinks, and food. Get a muffin, or a quiche. How hungry are you? Tables feel too close together when dining inside.

This place is really underrated! They make amazing coffee and treats. If you stay in the area, or are driving through Westbank to the South, stop and give them a try!

I'm not familiar with blenz and simply wanted an iced coffee. The women taking my order were absolutely wonderful and made some great suggestions where we landed on a caramel machiato to satisfy my sweet tooth. Great coffee but it's the staff that really make this coffee shop stand out!

The staff are pleasant, the coffee is good. However, the operation is not very smooth and efficient. Same staff have been running for a year, but they are not properly trained and even when you are the only one in line, it seems like there is no method to how they do things and often they forget things. I keep coming back because it used to be a great place. Now mostly empty. Please train staff! They have potential and are nice people.

I came into here and found a decent coffee shop. My Macino was very tasty and they had a variety of gluten free snacks that I picked one up. It was sweet and tasty and I enjoyed it very much. Staff was friendly and professional. Price was also fair.

Popped in for a coffee and treat. Really cute gift selection near the back. Nice selection of treats to go with your daily coffee

Drinks made improperly, stale food, slow service, shop is not clean. This Blenz used to be a great place to go with great staff and regulars. At least 10 employees have left under the new owners who clearly have no idea how to run a coffee shop or value the employees that helped make it a community coffee shop. Hopefully Blenz corporate steps in and helps save this local shop from being run in the ground.

Staff was wonderful. I went at noon of July 11; the two baristas working were nice and super attentive with my orders. I did not feel rushed at all like at most cafes where the customer interaction is only a really quick transaction, so they can go on with the next person. Great overall!

The restaurant has good coffee, seating, and parking. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty clear the staff would have rather been somewhere else.

Ice coffee was disgusting. Donuts were burnt. Terrible hours for a city coffee shop.

Today my friends and I encountered two West Bank Kelowna Blendz employees who had a bad attitude. On the sign outside of Blendz, it stated that they closed at 5:30 p.m. At 5:10 pm, the male worker informed our group that the door would be locked, but I was confused since I thought they were closed at 5:30. Since my friend's meeting was going to end before 5:30, we thought staying until Blendz closed would be fine. We were told by the male employee at 5:22 pm that we had to leave and that they were closed. I told them we have 8 minutes. According to this male employee, the reason why they wanted to kick us out was that they needed to clean up the back of the building and where we were sitting. I believe that the cleaning could have been done after they closed, not before.

This used to be my favourite place to meet my Students and friends. The art, the staff, exceptional quality products, and the baking was superb. I have been in 2x since the new Ownership. They didn't have the Dutch Cocoa. It tasted like the package Cocoa you get at any Grocery Store. The baking was hard and frankly tasted too old to continue to sell. I loved going and went there frequently, however I haven't gone back. After a few times of poor quality products, it's not worth the time or $$ anylonger. The owners are friendly and want to accommodate. They are lovely but what they sell is substandard. Sad to see a favourite neighbourhood place change up ownership with outstanding service and products to be another Tim Horton's quick pick up when you're in a hurry and just some thing to fill the gap.

Way too expensive! And then they want a tip! Coffee does not cost $10.00 for a cup!!! To Go Cup from home from now on...

Go somewhere else. Seems like there are new/newish owners. Coffee was okay (didn't order food but it looked good) but the two guys serving could use customer service training and clearly did not enjoy serving the public (no hello, no greeting, very little eye contact). We sat outside surrounded by cigarette butts. Bathroom was gross and needed cleaning. We were asked to go back outside and bring our cups in. Very poor customer rapport.

Always amazing, seems to have changed ownership but the quality hasn't changed. Best coffee I've had anywhere in the WORLD.
