Hands down THE BEST breakfast in West Kelowna or Kelowna for that matter. Food was amazing and fresh. You could taste the love that went into it. The greatest server , thanks Lee. There was also a young man refilling coffee cups and kudos to his parents. So sweet and great social skills. Finally found a breakfast spot after living here for 4 years.

Quite the quaint little local hang out. Reminds me of the old fashioned breakfast joints of long ago. Service was quick, friendly and plenty of hot coffee. Food was plain hot and tasty. Nice size portions. I would recommend everyone go here at least once.

I think it’s worth keeping my post up if only to highlight their professionalism and sincerity. We love the Cherry Pit. Poop happens and we will be back soon! —Original post below— We love the Cherry Pit, but unfortunately today was a gong show. Not ready to eat indoors yet, we ordered breakfast for pick up through their site. Paid online with tip and got no response from the site saying when the food would be ready to be picked up. Tried calling for twenty minutes but continually got a busy signal. I drove down to see where the food was at and if they had my order as I had already paid $45. Was informed they didn’t see my order and would put it in right away. I appreciate they’re slammed today and sh*t happens. After getting my order over an hour later, I go home to find no hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict. Tried calling but their phone line seems to be permanently on busy. Guess we’re eating dry eggs Benedict.

Wonderful place to stop and rest, eat and enjoy. They have amazing pies, and the breakfast is simply excellent. Old fashion diner, consistent and excellent service. If ever in West Kelowna, do not miss out. Oh, and you can order whole pies to pick up also!!

I'm glad I stopped here for breakfast, just what one would expect from a diner. Tables were on the smaller side so seating is cozy with your group but that's not a negative. The food was great, portions right on the money, definitely left with a happy stomach. And the service was excellent, the waiter was on top of his game making sure everyone had what they needed.

We read the reviews and they said the place was excellent and best place for breakfast. Ya .... Ummm . .. What? It's not so great at all. The rye bread was marbled and tasted like salmon. The bacon was tiny. The service was passable. It's not like I would rather starve than eat here but I'll probably never return.

One of the nicest breakfast place I have visited in West Kelowna. I have had the breakfast quesadillas and wife had the house special. Their potato squares were the best in town. Don’t go with the look of the restaurant. The food and customer service is second to none. Love this place. I will visit in future for sure.

If one is looking for a reasonably priced breakfast on a patio or sit in, this is the place to go. The eggs benny was great with cubed potatoes (they also have shredded fried potato option). This is the last restaurant before leaving west Kelowna. Great option for many who want to get past the morning or afternoon traffic (they offer a wide variety of lunch/dinner options), take a break and then hit the connector or points South.

Fantastic, great service, excellent portions and really good food. Casual diner with small town vibe. Really busy and could see why. Would make this my go to spot if I was local. Thanks!

Wonderful restaurant I highly recommend! Very accommodating for Gluten Allergies they even have a separate toaster for their Gf bread. I will definitely go back soon.

Amazing diner food! I will be back again and again. Service for pick up was great, the food was hot and still well presented in the styrofoam. Only request!!! Please make chicken fried steak with white gravy :P Chicken and waffles would also be amazing <3 Y'all rock :)

Right on hwy #97 in west kelowna (winfield) food was tasty. Sat on the patio as it is dog friendly.

Server was excellent. Coffee was hot and good. Food was tasty but not eye appealing. Toast was nicely buttered. Good variety of dishes. Nice enclosed outdoor patio area that appears to permit well trained quiet dogs on leash. Prices were higher but not unusual for this time. Music was quite loud but when mentioned they did turn it down a bit. Near highway but designed so road noise didn’t disturb our meal.

Cute little diner, great variety of menu items to pick from. Breakfast, burgers, sandwiches etc. Our server was awesome, professional and efficient. ( guy with a beard). The pancake platter was huge and both my teenage kids couldn't even finish it.

Been coming here for over 20 years now and love every bit. Now I have introduced this place to my wife and she loves it just as much. Low turnover of staff, a friendly family experience and great prices is key to this business being so great and established. Keep up there great work!

Great little breakfast place, very popular with locals. Food was great and our server, Mark, was outstanding!! Far better option than any chain restaurant, definitely recommend on your way thru.

This is the best breakfast place in West Kelowna hands down. Servers are amazing every time. Never had a bad meal and we come here quite often. If you live in West Kelowna and haven’t been here you should be ashamed of yourself 😝.

Great place for breakfast.. and lunch and dinner. We went there for their omelettes which are great. They do get busy, so either make a reservation or be willing to wait a few minutes. Great service, food and atmosphere. We sat on the shaded patio, and noticed patrons brought their dogs. Dogs were served a bowl of water.. happy canines and their parents woofness 🙏🏼🙏🏼😁😁

I’ve travelled all over the world and ate at some of the best restaurants and I have to say this place got one of the best breakfast I have ever had. My daughter and I can’t put our forks down. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover as the chief knows how to cook. Keep up the good work

A quaint little place. Lots of things on the menu. Prices reasonable. Food very good. Service was so so. Some people got more attention than others. Would come back again.

Went here with family this morning. It was super busy, but service was still great! My eggs Benny was delicious! My brother had a 2 egg omelet that he said was huge and my dad had bacon 🥓 and eggs 🥚 the bacon was a large portion. Everything was great!

Friendly folks and delicious western fare. Great selection of foods. My breakfast was so good that I brought two friends with me for father's day brunch.

This is a local place in West Kelowna and has been my must stop everytime I visit West Kelowna. Everything is made fresh and service is great. Perfect place to have breakfast while enjoying the sunshine at the patio. Food was made perfectly to order and tastes great. I highly recommend this local place for your breakfast for you and your family.
