Best Japanese in west Kelowna by far. Can't wait to return to try their ramen options, but this time we went all out on their special rolls. The ocean sunrise special roll is absolutely worth the couple extra bucks... Man was that good. I also highly recommend the tempura Sakuri roll. The squid karaage was crispy and delicious with the spicy house sauce, not chewy like many other places. For those who love a good hot sake, they've got very good pricing at only $10 for a large (9oz) which usually goes for 13-15 elsewhere. They clearly take pride in their quality and their plating, too. All in all an excellent experience.

Both times we’ve been here we were pretty disappointed. The sushi does not taste fresh - it reminded us of the sushi you can buy at WalMart. The prices are pretty good, but you can get way better sushi for a similar price at many other places. The sushi menu felt a bit repetitive and boring as well. We have not tried the other styles of food here, but overall I would recommend going somewhere else if you’re looking for decent cheap sushi.

Easily one of our favourite places to eat in West Kelowna. So many fantastic options on the menu. The food is extremely tasty. Can't wait to go back!

Delicious! They have a huge menu with so much variety it was hard to pick, will have to return! All the food was delicious, we tried the pad see iew, the firecracker wok dish, and a couple rolls(the salmon skin roll was especially good), appies, and another wok dish. The service was great and overall a great meal. They also give out candies with the bill, love it when places still do that! Would recommend!

Been here a couple times and only had good experiences!! Kaiso excels at both Japanese and Thai cuisines with amazing sushi and pad Thai. Service was nothing but top tier especially from my server Markus!!! Definitely would recommend for everyone in the Okanagan!!

Been coming here for awhile I always have a good experience except for when I am served by the taller blonde server. She’s extremely rude rushes you through your order is not friendly when you make a mistake. She rolls her eyes walks away mid sentence and this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with her. Love the other staff love the food but that server not so much. She’s known for being rude I’m not the only one in my circle who was dealt with her behaviours.

Have to say the green curry sauce tasted good it was yummy, but it's the contents that threw me off. Green peas, broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini in a Thai curry seemed weird to me. But hey we are in the interior and I was hungry. The rolls and dumplins were enjoyed by my daughter.

Kaiso is an exceptional place to satisfy all your Japanese and Thai food cravings! We came for dinner and were pleasantly welcomed by friendly staff, a beautiful and clean interior, and a chill/mellow atmosphere. The ramen, sashimi and Pad Thai (with the seafood mix) we had at the table, were beyond amazing and some of the best food we have experienced. 10/10 would come back here again for multiple meals!

Very tasty food and so nice to have all our favourite Japanese and Thai plates all under one roof. I had Massaman curry, and though tasty, it had very “western” vegetables - it could have used some basil, eggplant and bamboo shoot instead of bell pepper, celery and zucchini to maintain the authentic Thai flavour.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner tonight at this restaurant. Tempura was light and crispy, the shrimp and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. Seaweed salad was served on a bed of crisp lettuce and drizzled with soya. California rolls and the Philly roll were awesome. Great service and the ambience was just right.

My husband and I fell in love with the dumplings, very fresh and delicious taste. We like the sushi, especially the calamari sushi roll. It is definitely our favorite sushi restaurant.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

One of our favorite restaurants in West Kelowna. The red curry dish is always a top pick of mine, their ramen bowls are also quite delicious. Their sides of rolls, gyoza, tempura are always fresh.

Good sushi for better prices. If you order teriyaki for here, be careful not to burn yourself on the special hot plate! I nearly did. Wish I took a picture to share. Curry was good but if you order spicy be prepared for it to be spicy!

Ordered twice in the past week here. Great food!! Tonight was the Massaman curry fabulous taste but could use an extra vegetable and a little more cooking on the carrot as too hard but otherwise so glad we found this place as best Thai food on this side of the bridge.

It's in a small mall but it's an excellent Japanese Vietnamese restaurant! Our favourite, excellent sushi rolls, pad thai curry, great gyoza dumplings, great service and good value, compares with the best Japanese Vietnamese in the city!

Hands down one of the best restaurants in BC. I am from Vancouver, and you can't find a restaurant like this with sushi, Japanese, Thai, raman, and a bit of Chinese food. My parents go here often and are so well taken care of. So, my mom children and I went in yesterday. The food was fantastic, the service was top notch and the menu selection was massive. Every time I visit I will go here! THANK YOU

Ordered sushi here many times and it's always been decent. Just ordered Pad See iew For the 2nd time and again I got some weird version of pad Thai...... cmon guys I thought you'd just miss heard my order the 1st time but this time I ordered through your online ordering And still got this weird version of pad Thai. Pad See iew Translates essentially to fried soy sauce I believe And a soy sauce based noodle dish is what it is supposed to be. Super tasty but not Pad See iew OK back at Kaiso Spe8nf 2023.... Can't forgive then the pad See iew but the Sushi has been decent, go in and see the newly highlighted (or new raman menu) and I order the Kaiso Raman (Shrimp spinach dumpling raman) EXCELLENT! some of the best Raman broth ever along with nice perfectly chewy noodles and ample dumplings! Enough said 10/10
