So I paid for a 4 piece chicken combo (paid extra for ALL ribs) had to wait 10 minutes because they were out of ribs. After waiting 10 minutes and paying extra for the order they still messed up the order.

Disgusting 3rd time there same experience so never again. This was the worst had to toss out as you'll be closed before i can return it.good ole weatbank kfc avoid this place

The worst KFC I've ever been too. Doesnt even deserve the 2 stars it has. They'll ask you to wait 30 minutes for your order. They only ever have dark meat, and wont tell you until you've paid for your food, then claim "they forgot". I normally ask for a 4 piece meal and they give you 2 legs and 2 wings, the smallest pieces there are. If you ask for white meat, they'll ask if chicken strips are good enough or claim they dont have any. You are almost always going to get carbonated water for a drink. This location is a pathetic excuse for a KFC restaurant.

Purchased a small bucket last night …. YUCK!! Not only was it tasteless (did they forget about 11 herbs and spices?) but it was very greasy and not hot! Gravy is sure lacking flavour also. Very disappointed and will not eat it again!!!

We tried to grab dinner on a Saturday night at 7:30 pm and they had vlosed at 7pm wow really the only KFC on the west side.

Fast service, friendly staff, food was exactly what I expected, and ordered. Was disappointed to find Taco Bell was no longer in the establishment.

The food is not as it should be, the chicken legs look like they are crunchy, however, they are oily and a bit juicy. Fast takeout service.

This is the garbage I was served at West Kelowna location. Instead of the checked being stored on a baking sheet in a a warm oven, tlhey actually stored the chicken pieces in a clear plastic bag where the steam can't escape and makes it soggy. Plus the oil saturated through the breading. This was absolutely disgusting. Owners and staff of this location should be embarrassed and attend a food safe program! When I called to complain the reason for dumping chicken pieces into plastic bags is because it was busy! Seriously! If I wanted soggy chicken I could go to Walmart for a rotisserie chicken. Even that was a better choice!

This has to be the worst KFC in Canada! Its consistently horrible! The fries are always old & half the time , get this....they have no chicken ready!!Avoid this place!I'm giving 1 star only because I have to!

The employees don’t give one care to the world about what you order. Every single time it’s wrong. Time after time. My last order was fill with wrong sauce packets and they were all open and leaking all over the food! How! The employees are there to make there 7.56 a hour and don’t care

Waited 25min for our drive thru but server gave us extra 6pc in our box. Probably wouldnt go again tho.

Ordered here last night . The chicken was terrible. Not crispy ( soggy). The meat was fatty. The mashed potatoes were cold. The corn was terrible. The biscuits were the only good thing in the order and they forgot the butter I asked them to put in the bag. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Oh and there phone line doesn’t work so you can’t even call .

Its KFC, never changes, could you guys stop adding so much sodium to your food it tastes awful. You need to order two drinks just so you don’t die of dehydration when consuming there food. Fries are ok for the first 10 minutes then they turn really soggy. I’m kinda surprised this fast food chain stills exists. 🤮

Got chicken today 10 piece bucket no sides . Was told it be cheaper still paid $40 anyways very disappointing. Very greasy made me sick after never eating there again KFC used to have crunchy chicken . And really good taste they sure went down hill sorry but zero star if could. They need to be shut down letterly and the other KFC to in Kelowna I had them not to long ago 2 and they tested just as awful

Super expensive and tiny pieces of chicken. 6 piece bucket fo $20!? The wings I get at 7-11 are bigger than KFC's, taste just as good and are half the price! The popcorn chicken poutine was good but they really need to put more gravy on it.

Referring to recent Downsizing of the Large French Fries Box, so disappointing! It’s Potatoes,Sheesh! Use to get a large box, now it’s a smaller circular box, with wayyyyyyyy less French fries, Will no longer go for KFC anymore,best to spend your money elsewhere,bottomline!

Ordered their Tuesday special and the CSR talked me into a drink and fries and also a gravy. Drove home opened the box to find the chicken, gravy and no fries. Very disappointed ! Tried calling them to let them know but phone has been busy for 20 minutes not impressed. Had to edit post … tried calling for 1 hour phone still busy, I’m done. !!

Ordered 10pc regular recipe with all white meat and 3 lg sides. Chicken was bland and flavourless, the potato salad was the same and potatoes were firm. Gravy almost water and also tasteless. Only thing that was at all edible was the fries. For close to $60, expected a lot better. Could’ve gone out to lunch for two and had a better meal. Last time ordering from KFC. Horrible

BEST CHICKEN EVER!!! i love how greasy the chicken was, it was pretty cold but it was hot outside so it cooled me down. got to enjoy this dinner with my dog who loved it although she threw it up after. definitely coming back!!
