My dad and I ordered for the first time from the West Kelowna location and this seriously was the BEST pizza we've ever had. We have tried a few other pizza places locally plus I'm from Vancouver and have tried countless places over the years. This pizza crust was awesome!! Not too thick, not too thin, not too doughy and not overcooked. It has this wonderful slight crunch with a soft inside and it makes you want to eat the whole slice. The flavour was great. They don't short change you on toppings either like most other places nowadays. The wings were delicious and everything arrived exactly at the time they said, plus the food was piping hot. This will be our new go to pizza place in future plus we will recommend it to others. Well done team!! I wish they had a location in the Lower Mainland! :0)

I don't know the story of why they had to change their name from Mr Mozzarella to Villages... But it's just as good, if not better than before. Love their crispy yet chewy crust. It reheats really well in the oven, too, which everyone knows is bound to happen when you order a big pie.

It's good pizza, but their debit machine asks for tips on take out orders and I'm not going to play that game.

Have to say this was my 1st time and only time to order from here i ordered a large x2 pepperoni with mushrooms pretty sure i didnt get the extra pepperoni lack of sauce and to be honest it really made domino's pizza taste good i am very disappointed i did enjoy the thin crust which is why they got the xtra stars

Villages is hands down one of the best places to choose for your next pizza night. Formerly “Mr Mozzarella”, for anyone who hasn’t tried since the change to “Villages”, there is no distinguishable difference between the two. Quality & consistency of the product is always on point, with fresh & delicious ingredients. Bonus: they have a loyalty program so you can get money off your order from time to time, along with great deals to take advantage of throughout the week.

Super expensive for such low quality pizza, paid 28$ for a less than large pizza. The parmesan chicken pizza was so dry, one must use ketchup to even tolerate it. Not even worthy for leftovers, even our dog wouldn't eat the scraps.

I mean seriously, can this place get any better?? Great price and great service. The Kelowna Club is hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve had and I love pizza!

Always fresh and impressive! Comparable pricing for any good quality za. Just so good! Loaded! But not bloated :) real food. Always a pleasant experience with the staff :)

Hands down the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is perfection. The toppings are laid out perfectly and are of such quality. On top of that. I didn’t feel bloated or sick after eating 5 slices. 10/10 recommend!!!!

So I used to get pizza here when it was Mr Mozzarella and we really liked thier pizza. Since they have changed to Villages Pizza i think the pizza has gotten better but the last time we ordered they did get one ingredient wrong on a four topping pizza. But other than that they have been great!

Wouldn’t deliver when I called at 835 saying they stop deliveries at 830. I lived 8 minutes away. Pizza is delicious but found that kinda comical.

This is our new fave pizza place hands down! It's fresh, flavourful and not greasy. The wings were excellent too! The team is super friendly and the customer service is absolutely above average. They also have a loyalty program so you can earn money off your next order. I highly recommend trying them out!

Unfortunately telling your customers that their order being late and that 45 minutes to an hour is a rough estimate (which it is not, the 45 minutes to an hour is actually an estimate within those two set numbers) is not actually an industry standard (many many years spent in the same business). When speaking with the individual on the phone I asked for a discounted price on late food (discount amount not even stated) as that is actually standard in the restaurant industry (dealing with the food industry on a massive scale currently within my own work as well). The same problem with a different company produced an entirely new fresh order with the addition of a free item (which was not asked for and the driver received a large tip for driving back out). Truthfully after given two opportunities to apologize with not even an attempt I was done with the company. I would have just accepted an apology would have taken the food. But that apparently was even too much to ask for.

Ordered two pizzas for the first time under the new name. Excellent excellent.. the crust is to die for. I found our new go to pizza place
