Great gym with new and well maintained equipment. Gym space is well lit with both natural light from windows and artificial light. The gym is never overly busy and the members are respectful. Staff are engaging and attentive.. Would definitely recommend the gym to anyone looking for one

WOW ! Is all I can about gym! Not only does it have ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH EQUIPMENT, but the the staff?!? ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. The most friendly, caring, cleanly and genuine people I have ever met ! You walk into anytime fitness knowing the staff as friends. But you leave with them as family. Ahmed is incredible! Thank you so much for having me in your gym. If I could rate this 6/5 stars, I WOULD.

Coming this gym nearly 4 months now They charge maintenance fees twice a year after membership fees but so many machines are out of order every single day for so many days They do not get new machine Even they have less machines compare to kelowna location One of most expensive gym with no regards to quality

Honestly just do yourself a favour and do NOT go here. For the price there is a way better 24/7 option in West Kelowna that is much more worth it and any extra time to get there. The equipment is very minimal with machines are often broken for months at a time. The facility is always disgustingly dirty as they only have their staff do some very basic cleaning and don’t contract out to anyone professional. During my time as a member there was no upgrades done to the facilities although they collect a biannual fee for this. They change staff every other month because clearly they are a terrible employer to work for. Spend your money at a gym that actually cares about its member's and providing a clean and well maintained facility that they actually have pride in and treats their staff well. 0 stars. Oh and bonus the fob they make you buy in the beginning for access isn’t refundable.. way to contribute to killing the environment

I don't want to get into a whole thing but this gym is absolute rubbish, especially for the $15 drop in fee. It boggles my mind how all these five stars reviews came about. Go to Iron Energy and join for just over $50 per month or get a punch card that equals out to $13 per visit.

For a gym that charges more than double other gyms in the area, I expect everything to work. I have unlimited suntanning BUT the bed had been broken for over a month. Fix the GD bed already.

Incredible place. Incredible staff. I never thought I'd be consistently hitting a gym like I have been. I've tried so many gyms in the past and this one just makes me feel at home. I don't feel judged or uncomfortable. The staff are always happy to help you with whatever you may need :) It's also super clean, rather quiet and has great equipment too. They also offer incentives to motivate you and or challenge you and your friends , if you like. If you're anything like me, not sure where to start, kinda shy and self conscious... this is the place to start. I promise you won't regret it !

Tried a week pass here and I have to say not really impressed. There’s a few things to list as to why i feel this way, firstly not near enough equipment ! Like one of each type of bench and one cable machine thats insane when you have a full gym , equipment they have though is good quality. Second is the poor staffing hours 11am - 7 pm is abysmal, and then we have have the third problem and that’s the exorbitant monthly membership fee of $70. Which in itself wouldn’t be that bad if it were attached to a larger facility with more equipment/ better staffing hours. Can’t say I can justify that monthly fee when compared to other bigger gyms in town that offer all the above and better monthly rates.

Multiple pieces of machinery is always broken. The leg press has been broken since the summer and still not fixed/replaced. The cardio machines are constantly breaking down, I can’t remember the last time when there wasn’t a single cardio machine broken. This is one of the most expensive gyms in the okanagan and it doesn’t feel like they care about the members.

This gym used to be nice but over the two years I’ve been coming it just gets worse and worse. Dirty and disorganized, machines that have been in need of repair for almost a year… the only reason I still go is because of the 24/7 access However today they left the door broken and I would’ve been unable to get in without a kind gym goer letting me and my fiancée in and informing us that the door is broken as there was no signage. Wondering when we will start to see improvements as the rates keep going up!

This gym was awesome the equipment was new and they have everything you need! Super helpful and friendly staff I just wish we didn’t have to move away so soon AND they were super easy going about cancelling when we no longer would have a anytime fitness in our new area. Definitely signing up again when we are able!

I've been working out here at Anytime Fitness for almost 2 months. Just loving the atmosphere and the friendly happy people who work here. The gym is kept at a really nice cool temperature! They have a great variety of cable machines and other work out equipment. I noticed one machine was out of order and was quickly repaired! Kim the manager will always greet you with a smile and something pleasant to say on your way in or on your way out. You'll always hear laughter coming from her office when she speaks to new customers or presant customers. You'll see her happily keeping the place spotless, she likes to make you feel at home. Nice place to be. 😁

Awfully expensive for a tiny gym. $41.99 biweekly for a student is absurd. Been trying to cancel following a 1 year contract, yet they still want an extra 2 payments. Even though the contract is OVER they need 30 days to cancel apparently. What a joke. Do not recommend

I love the atmosphere here. The personal trainer Sharon was very knowledgeable and welcoming and helped me to develop a workout plan that is made for me. Kim and Paige who work in the office are extremely friendly and make me feel like the gym is a place I can look forward to going to. It’s always clean and never so busy that I have to wait for equipment. It’s not an intimidating environment at all so it was easy for me to feel comfortable, and the members seem to be diverse in age and fitness level so I easily feel like I belong. Keep up the great work!

Awful gym, super small space and poor customer service. Wasn’t offered a free trial like most others. I signed a year membership and I’ve been trying to cancel it for two months but no one will respond. Way too expensive for how small it is and poor service. Not happy at all

I moved to the West side and hadnt been to the gym in a couple months, I called and asked if I could come in and have a tour, the lady was really nice. I had some questions about a specific machine and she was available to help. The gym has everything you need, and a nice little stretch room. One star missing just because of the price.

Morbidly overpriced and doesn’t show the information on the website. Very untransparent with a rediculous sign up fee/fob fee of over 100 dollars. Memberships are 100 a month and the facility is tiny

This club is way more expensive than the other clubs. I’ve been paying double what my friend is paying at her anytime. Switched to a different location and price was reduced significantly.

Bully gym. Used it for 7 day trial as I'm new to kelowna. Returned my fob. Unfortunately lost my bank card during that week so I had to get a new one/new number. They refused to return my deposit on fob because they "only return deposit to original card" as per company policy. Brutal. Tried to work out them returning my money. Refused over and over. Theft. Straight up stole my deposit in an effort to make me join. Brutal tactics from a large gym. And great way to tarnish the reputation . Horrendous customer service. Refused to make situation right.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, gym is clean and has all the equipment you you need for a solid workout

If you're looking for a personal trainer, Archer @ Anytime West Kelowna is phenomenal! I've had a significant amount of PT's in my life, yet none got down to the foundational basics of posture, form and alignment like Archer has. He has a contagious energy, he's detailed, fun, and has the education to boot. We've had three sessions together so far and I can absolutely already say he's the best trainer I've worked with to date. Run, don't walk!
