The
experience
of
"dining
in
the
domes"
was
the
draw
that
brought
us
to
dine
this
evening.
The
experience
allows
you
to
enjoy
the
patio
in
the
winter,
in
your
parties
own
heated
dome.
A
very
unique
concept.
Each
dome
had
its
own
above
table
heater,
and
under
the
table
heater
as
well.
The
chairs
had
faux
fur
lined
covers
and
soft
blankets
for
a
very
comfy
table
setting.
To
fully
take
advantage
of
the
experience,
I
would
suggest
attending
early
in
the
evening
when
there
is
still
light.
This
is
a
lake-side
patio
and
the
view
would
be
best
enjoyed
while
there
is
enough
light
to
see
it.
After
dark,
the
view
from
the
domes
disappeared
into
the
night.
The
experience
also
is
geared
more
towards
the
winery
aspect
of
the
offerings.
As
we
were
not
drinking
this
evening
we
still
found
a
few
non-alc
beverages
on
the
menu
that
were
great.
The
service
was
fantastic,
given
the
servers
are
doing
their
work
out
in
the
cold
was
very
impressive.
The
food
is
where
we
were
left
disappointed.
As
did
not
come
to
taste
wine
but
rather
to
taste
a
chef's
creation.
This
is
where
I
found
the
experience
to
fall
flat.
Steak
and
Frites
were
served
with
seasonal
roasted
vegetables
and
a
peppercorn
demi
glace.
No
choice
on
the
cut
of
steak,
a
sirloin
was
served.
The
cook
on
the
streak
was
perfect
although
fairly
under-seasoned
and
relied
on
the
small
amount
of
sauce
for
flavor.
Frites
were
all
store
bought
frozen
veriety.
For
the
price,
hand-cut
and
made
in
house
potatoes
would
be
expected.
Roasted
vegetables
were
tasty
although
over
cooked.
My
companion's
meal
seemed
to
be
on
the
same
level.
The
chicken
was
a
tad
overcooked
and
dry.
The
roasted
baby
potatoes
had
a
herb
seasoning
that
was
a
tad
burnt.
The
servers
were
wonderful
and
attentive.
Always
available
and
very
friendly.
A
fun
experience
and
makes
some
great
photos
for
the
socials.
