Not sure what happened to this place, it used to be a gem but seems to be going downhill fast. We have been here multiple times and always enjoyed the breakfast wraps that were made fresh to order with real ingredients. Now with a new menu change the only breakfast option is really an overpriced breakfast sandwich, with what appears to be a processed egg patty, on a bun loaded with mayo. We also noticed at least 5 flies in the pastry display...The only positives were the friendly staff and a nice view.

Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere (there was live singing today) very friendly staff. Food was amazing and the view ...wow! If you're not a member of the wine club expect that you may have to wait to be seated as you can't make reservations. Definitely worth a visit though. I will be back.

A hidden gem. The food and coffee is amazing, probably some of the best pastries in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Pair that with the amazing lake view and you've got one of the best places to sit and have a coffee in the area!

We will definitely make this a stop every time we're in Kelowna. Only beach front winery in Kelowna (or maybe anywhere?)... Grab some great food and a bottle of beer reasonably priced wine ('cause they make it right there!) from Annie's and go sit by the beach for a casual lunch. Beautiful spot right inside the winery. Forno pizza was amazing... We had the vegetarian pizza and it was anything but boring.

The only winery with lake access in the Okanagan! The outdoor patio with a direct view of the lake is beautiful. The only way to book a table ahead of time is to be a member of the Frind Estate Winery. The tasting room is great fun?

There were 3 of us for lunch on the beautiful patio & everything was perfect! My friend & I both had a Caesar Salad, and I did the add on of 4 Prawns & a perfectly chilled delicious glass of Rose! The dressing was nice, the house made croutons were delicious & the chef wasn't shy about the garlic!! There could have been more shaved Parmesan, and we were not offered any fresh pepper. My husband had the 3 Meat Pizza and a pint of IPA. The toppings were plenty and the thin crust amazing. They have an authentic Pizza oven outside that was imported from Italy. Our server was very good. This is our 2nd time having lunch here & we will definitely come back again & highly recommend Annie's to our friends.

Wonderful setting, good food, good wine, all-around great experience to have in our neighborhood. A beach front winery with a vacation resort like feel. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜‹πŸ˜

It is a great spot to enjoy your meal after sampling Frind Wines. A pizza oven on site makes amazing πŸ• pizza as well as super sandwiches. Enjoy lunch on the patio or at a picnic table by the beach. Also, the bakery makes amazing pastries and baked goods to start your day with.

Wonderful views and delicious food and wine. We took our 16 month Golden retriever with us. You can order take out and then sit on picnic benches on the grass or beach. Very friendly place for dogs and people!

Joanna was great! The pastries were flawless, the drinks were yummy and the wine was terrific. The Pizza was to die for, wood fired, tasty and priced well.

I took my wife here for a special occasion dinner. The ambience in the domes had such a unique and romantic vibe. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was just okay. I ordered the steak and lobster, which was subpar. (at least do a filet mignon with lobster) The Salmon was not bad yet cooked properly. It was a cool experience, I would not do dinner again however I would give the brunch a try.

The experience of "dining in the domes" was the draw that brought us to dine this evening. The experience allows you to enjoy the patio in the winter, in your parties own heated dome. A very unique concept. Each dome had its own above table heater, and under the table heater as well. The chairs had faux fur lined covers and soft blankets for a very comfy table setting. To fully take advantage of the experience, I would suggest attending early in the evening when there is still light. This is a lake-side patio and the view would be best enjoyed while there is enough light to see it. After dark, the view from the domes disappeared into the night. The experience also is geared more towards the winery aspect of the offerings. As we were not drinking this evening we still found a few non-alc beverages on the menu that were great. The service was fantastic, given the servers are doing their work out in the cold was very impressive. The food is where we were left disappointed. As did not come to taste wine but rather to taste a chef's creation. This is where I found the experience to fall flat. Steak and Frites were served with seasonal roasted vegetables and a peppercorn demi glace. No choice on the cut of steak, a sirloin was served. The cook on the streak was perfect although fairly under-seasoned and relied on the small amount of sauce for flavor. Frites were all store bought frozen veriety. For the price, hand-cut and made in house potatoes would be expected. Roasted vegetables were tasty although over cooked. My companion's meal seemed to be on the same level. The chicken was a tad overcooked and dry. The roasted baby potatoes had a herb seasoning that was a tad burnt. The servers were wonderful and attentive. Always available and very friendly. A fun experience and makes some great photos for the socials.

There were 3 of us for lunch. We ordered pizza, Cesar salad, and halibut all were delicious! We had a bottle of Big Red and it was fabulous. The service was great & so was the ambiance, sitting right by the water. β™₯️

The dome dining is a cool atmosphere. It was a bit chilly, and it was only 2C outside at the time with a light breeze. The food was very meh. The chuck burger has pretty charred, and the bun was quiet dry. The chicken Alfredo was standard, but the pasta was slightly overdone. The drinks were good. Considering the food cost, we were expecting better. Unlikely we’ll be back for their dinner service.

OMG pasta was absolutely terrible. Our group ordered adult pasta and kids pasta, it was one of the worst pasta we've ever had. Kids pasta. Pizza was bit better, fries were really good.

Amazing food. Great service. Inviting and friendly. We were able to share a pizza and Caesar salad for lunch and then grabbed coffee and cookies out on the beach in a seating area:) I come here often and am never disappointed.

Review re: Dome Dining (Winter) I think, at 130 dollars you are paying for the β€œexperience”. I was very underwhelmed with the food - considering the price I thought it might be a bit more flavourful, hearty, rich …. And it just didn’t hit any of those points. The first course had a heap of bread and crackers and a small amount of cheese and a tub of mustard. It was missing condiments and enough toppings for the bread and crackers. The salad was boring. It had few berries, like 2 slivered almonds and a dressing that tasted like bland oil. The main, salmon was over cooked and not complimented very well by pilaf rice that came with it. A member of the group requested a vegetarian meal and was served a baked squash with bland lentils in the middle. It’s 2022, vegetarian options have progressed far beyond dry, bland lentils. This meal probably cost $20 to make. The saving grace might have been dessert, the macrons and profiteroles- however, it didn’t bring us back because we were so underwhelmed. I feel poorly at having to deliver this feedback but it was echoed by the entire group. It was beautiful scenery - would have been nice to be complimented with a great meal.

Excellent quality food, pizza wood fired and very tasty, thicker Crust than traditional Italian wood fire, truffle fries excellent, 2 types of charcuterie very impressive, red wines are excellent, average ranging from 20 to 50, wait staff are excellent. Scenery amazing, has a dock for boat up entry, lots of picnic space and the restaurant only takes reservations for club members

A lovely place that should be visited! A wee gem worth exploring! Excellent fare presented in style for a decent price. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I will go back if I'm in the area!
