Ordered from here through DoorDash. Was the best option for a decent not fast food meal. Got my food really fast and received everything I ordered. Tried the funnel stix for the first time and they were pretty good. They gave me more than enough butter to enjoy my cob of corn. Wished I would've gotten about a spoonful more of rice to go with my fish. But I got the extra broccoli and added shrimp skewer, so 5 stars!!! Will def order from here again!!

Just left captain d’s and I had to pick over my food. My fish sandwich was fried so hard my bread was hard as well. I tried calling the store and they never answered.

Captain D's is a place I come to for 2 things a good fish sandwich and those jalapeno bits with 1 ranch package. I've had 1 bad experience but that trash no longer works there.

My sister and I dined in West Memphis at the location on Broadway. We never got waited on in drive thru. We left and came back only because she wanted the whitening fish. Fish not seasoned and the okra was warm but not hot.

Traveling through and we were happy to see a Captain D's. Unfortunately by their food and service they weren't happy to see us. The shrimp were okay the mozzarella sticks were sad, the rest of the meal was bland and disappointing.

I ordered the original fish with 2 sides and a drink.The meal was good they have a good team on that shift the green beans an broccoli were steamed just right.

It is always hit and miss with this location. I chalk it up to a miss this visit. I will wait a few months, they will change staff, and then might be good for a while.

3pm on a Thursday and the place was deserted but that didn’t deter me. The fish was tasty, hot and fresh and the service was fast and friendly. What more can you really ask for?

Ok 1st didn't recieve my gallon lemonade. 2nd the fried okra was mushy and bad, the broccoli tasted like fish. The 6 piece oyster was small and tasteless, the fish was way over fried and tasted bad. The stuffed crab was bland. The shrimp didn't have a good taste I think the oil they fried everything in was rancid.

My companion ordered the whitefish and fries, it was really hot and he said it tasted good. I ordered the Cajun fish and shrimp. My fish batter was really weird and gummy. It had a good flavor just thick and gummy, wasn’t crisp like the whitefish. The shrimp were really good.

Food very expensive. literally took over 10 minutes to order bc I'm guessing staff is short. I received a piece of catfish so small that looked like a shrimp literally. I couldn't believe it. Won't be returning no time soon over $30 wasted.

I love Captain D's, the northern version is long John silver but they aren't nearly as good in my opinion. I ate Capt the whole time I was out of town lol. They were clean, fast service tasty food. 🙂

Food was good and staff was good also. Just a little slow because it looks like they are always short handed.

I wasn't impressed with the catfish piece I received.... I ordered it as a single item and the fish was clearly missing from the batter in the container... The employee would have noticed this immediately...

I was in drive thru so long I just drove off and pulled forward to the window. It was only one person working and he was taking order, cooking the food, bagging the food and taking the money...running the whole store...it has to get better

Usually there food is on point but my Saturday meal was the worst Catfish was soaked in grease look like it wasn't cooked long enough just horrible...then my bread sticks I paid for 2 wasn't in my bag I goes on the inside the girl in the front end back was towards me.she turned around looked at me then waited a few minutes before asking wat could she help me with smh humans

Been there 3x in the last couple months & the fish hasn't been hot either time!!! I tried calling the store & there wasn't an answer either time .I shared my concern with the manager who told me he was filling in for somone @ that store & he was a manger from the Bartlett store in Memphis Tennessee and he would make sure my food was hot, he lied it wasn't!!! I haven't been back since!!!

Asked for the crispness and cheerfully given in separate container. I ordered the fish and chicken combo (sans drink and fries). It was meal selection only. Fresh and good

The entire process took 30 minutes from waiting in drive through queue to actually getting food. I am not even sure I got the right order. Part of the delay was waiting for more fish to be cooked. One would think a seafood restaurant would be better prepared.

I got to captain d at 8:50pm they don't close till 10pm the sign says inside open but the door was locked so went and sat in the drive thru the workers didn't take my order or any one else I was there till 9:45 pm when I left I had counted 11 people beside my self drive in and leave because they did not want to take people orders

This is my favorite place to stop when in the area. Always clean inside and out, food prepared right and never had an issue with the staff they've always been courteous and on point. I'm always getting take out but the dining area is always clean and fresh, would eat in if I had the time.
