Prativa has been great in helping me choose designs. I already had a few designs in my Caratlane account that I viewed, she quickly pulled those exact ones in front of me. I chose want I wanted in less than 15 minutes. Also, was very sweet and courteous. Excellent customer service. The diamonds are priced slightly on the higher end comparatively, but the designs are great.

Just shopped from caratlane RS puram branch.The shop assistant,Gayathri who initially spoke to us at the door refused to even hear our requirements,just blurted out saying this showroom only for diamonds...blah blah blah...then again I entered the store and asked another person asking for a particular jewellery.Her name is Pratheeba,was soft spoken ,guided us well and purchased a jewellery.Please teach manners for that particular staff Gayathri.
