😠 Very much disappointed with kushal's today. I'm an regular customer of kushal's for about past 12years and this is my birthday month and i purchased for 30k and still din receive any offers or discounts. When i asked about it in the store they saud its due to Server problem. Very disappointing

Bought diamond earrings and 1 stone fell off within a month of purchase and when I took it to the store, instead of apologising for poor craftsmanship they were accusive saying that I must have dropped it. Well, first of all I didn't and even if I did a diamond doesn't fall off...

😠 Even one star is not worth for this shop.. Rude behaviour of the lady makes us not to take any jewelery from this shop. Jewellery were old not upto the mark too. There are PPL with reasonable pricing in Gandhipuram and their customer service is so polite. Don't opt this shop and waste your time.
