Excellent! Attentive, friendly and helpful staff giving good service. The position is very good and the furnishing and equipping of the apartments is very good and well maintained. When bookings are available, it's a good choice for a peaceful holiday.

Awesome as always.... Friendly staff... Place always kept clean by the cleaners awesome awesome awesome only 1 thing that I found was that the headboards were not user friendly always seemed to bump my head on the first ledge of the headboard other than that all I can say is wow wow awesome

The unit was very nice, unfortunately not as clean as we had hoped. It was generally a bit dusty and we found some of the previous guests' wrappers in the bedrooms, the bath tub was not properly washed. The unit did have all the appliances and utensils we needed, although some of it had seen better days. The washing machine and dryer, along with the location were the biggest advantages. We've stayed here twice now, and were honestly disappointed by the cleanliness, especially considering the pandemic, as this was not at all our previous experience... Service was neither excellent nor poor, simply average.

You deserve a 4 star! Really well equipped rooms. Location is perfect. It is also near most of the restaurants and the ocean. The view is spectacular! We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks!

Spent 4 nights. Truly top class accommodation. Fully serviced by friendly staff. A short 10 minute walk to the beach.

Best place in the garden route, we were friendly greeted by all the staff with smiles and a joke or two. Safe secure complex with large parking and a heated pool!! Accommodation is tops, super clean and neat, very well maintained. I don’t want to go home. My favourite holiday spot!! Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You feel part of a family from the moment you meet the the first staff member. Exceptional service. Guanita at reception went out of her way to assist with any query. The furniture needs an upgrade. No drawers in rooms makes it difficult to unpack clothes.

This was the first time that me and my husband visit Perna ,Perna but believe me we will make iths each and every year. We were sceptical but we were welcomed by such friendly and lovely stuff,believe me each and everyone.The flats were spotless and furniture well mentaind.Respect and discipline to keep their guest happy is their main goal.We will definitely recommend this place for sach one. This has been our holiday spot for over 10 years. Staff are always friendly. Apartments are well equipped for self-catering, and are kept clean daily. Loving the heated pool. Walking distance from the sea point, caves and restaurants.

I'm sure the view was lovely, but we weren't there during daylight. The upstairs shower in unit 1 was ice cold even after running for 20 min x2. Had to take short showers to have enough hot water for everyone in the tiny downstairs shower (we still didn't). Upstairs absolutely reeked of cat urine. Very nice staff at the desk, but this wasn't a pleasant stay with the smell and cold showers.

Except for the stairs to the rooms, our stay was wonderful!!

Friendly admission staff. Units nice, big and everything you need in self service. Furniture is a bit dated and needs to be updated and modernisation, but still in good condition and functional. Table to big for the Unit, a counter will work better in this unit

Had a lovely stay at Perna Perna in Mossel Bay. Clean and well maintained. Loads to do at Perna Perna with the kids. We all enjoyed the outdoor activities as a family. Close to the point and town. Will visit again.

The driveway is very narrow but otherwise the stay was enjoyable.

Friendly staff. Parking a bit problematic as if a unit is advertised to accommodate 6 guests, arriving in 2 vehicles creates a bit of a problem. One parking is allocated per unit... however street parking is available as well as a small 2 vehicle bay behind the building.

The best holiday accomodation out of the 3 places i visited. Will surely recomnend it to others

Perna Perna Mossel Bay has met our expectations over and over. It is so suitably situated among the restaurants, beaches and places of interest in Mossel Bay. Parking was a dream, after a long road trip of many stays in establishments with very limited parking. An added bonus was the in-unit washer and drier, allowing us to catch up on weeks of laundry. Henry, in Maintenance, keeps the buildings and facilities in tip-top condition. We will gladly recommend Perna-Perna for your stay in Mossel Bay.
