A beautiful three-level waterfall near the main road, with a scenic bus route via Nawalpitiya-Thalawakale, definitely makes for an exciting adventure. Although the road may be a bit challenging, the stunning scenery along the way would make up for it. After the approximately one-hour bus ride, you'll arrive at the waterfall. The prospect of bathing in icy water sounds refreshing, especially after the journey. It's a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding you. The presence of a four-arched bridge and a mini powerhouse further enhances the scenic experience, adding extra charm to the location. Overall, this destination seems like a perfect combination of adventure and relaxation, allowing you to connect with nature and have a good time. Make sure to pack appropriate clothing and essentials for swimming and spending time in the water, and enjoy your visit to the waterfall!

Beautiful place, a must visit place if you're traveling to or via Nawalapitiya. You could never miss the scene of 3 waterfalls in 1 place. You have to take the Kotmale nuwaraeliya road from Nawalapitiya and travel for roughly 10km. The road gets a bit narrow and bumpy after a while. You will find a big rock quarry along the way. Kadiyanlena village looks classic old with a few shops around with polite and friendly people. Feels like the 90s. It usually rains there, roads are slippery and less maintained and do not speed up. It would be a real challenge to travel in the dark. But worth going that distance and promise that you won't get disappointed.

Kadiyanlena Fall is situated in Nawalapitiya, a town close to Kandy. Even from the beginning of the journey gives the opportunity to witness many other delectable waterfalls and the aroma of unspoiled natural vicinity. It stands at a height of 25 meters. The name Kadiyanlena is derived from the name of the village where the waterfall is located. It is also called as Ketabula Ella due to the name of the nearby tea estate. The road is narrow. But the ending is amazingly beautiful. There is no charge to enter. There is a hydroelectric plant but it is not working. Highly recommend for all nature lovers to visit this. Everyone who comes here tries to take a photo when the red bus leaves. It's a beautiful memory

A breathtaking waterfall with stunning scenery. While locals mention bathing spots, from my perspective, it's not recommended for bathing. Come and witness its beauty, and please refrain from littering the environment.

The Kadiyanlena Waterfall is situated along the Nawalapitiya Dimbula Road, approximately 11 kilometers from Nawalapitiya. It has upper and lower sections, accessible when water levels are low. Weekends and holidays tend to draw larger crowds, but early morning visits promise stunning scenery, with mist and sunrays creating a picturesque setting. During the rainy season, visitors with extra time can explore the nearby Ketaboolawa Waterfall.

Awesome place to enjoy the national beauty. Cold climate and crystal clear water in the waterfall. Can have a safe bath and enjoy the view. Two three natural pools connected one another but it was safe to have a bath. Powder station is nearby. A few more waterfalls are nearby so you can visit them as well.
