Not as tasty as other Penn Stations. They could use some pointers from the location on W 117th.

I love Penn Station but will not be back to this location. The fries looked about 2 days old or were cooked in very old oil. My cheesesteak spilled everywhere because it wasn't wrapped correctly and my large sandwich wasn't cut into sections. The sandwich was mediocre at best. The only good thing was the lemonade which you really can't mess up. There needs to be some retraining because there were failures at multiple levels. For a $20 meal I expected a lot more.

This is my favorite Penn Station. My boss and I frequently eat here and the crew knows what we normally get :-) Friendly fast service, and good food consistently.

Such a great experience at this Penn Station. Was there around 12:30pm today for lunch and the staff was awesome and the food was fresh and tasty! Will def be back!!

French fries out of thus world delicious. Cold cut sub we actually ok, it would have been much better if you went light on the mayonnaise. It was to much that, that's all I taste and my face looked like I was in a bukaki film all over my face not a good look. I took them for flight ✈️ to L.A and it was to late to complain..I hope you can make this right I'll be back home around the end of july.

I stopped in and ordered two subs today, we loved both. Special thanks to the young man who took my order and prepared it. He did a wonderful job! Brandy’s name is on the the receipt.
