Completely ridiculous experience. Waitress was nonchalant and seemed to not care about our order. We waited for over an hour without any updates of why it was taking so long. Music was unnecessarily loud. Once the food finally came, it was actually really good. However, I asked for tater tots, and got French fries. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Amazing. First time there. Sat on the patio in front of the fireplace and it was perfect. Food was hot. Service was great and a good beer selection. We'll be back for sure. Looks like a great place to watch the game as well.

We went for the entertainment which was very good. No complaints with our service. It was a packed house and our server was fairly attentive. The food is another story! It was mediocre at best. My shepherd's pie lacked any flavor and I was highly disappointed! The corned beef was dry and over cooked and their prices are too high for the portions! Next time we will skip the meal and just come for the band. 🎶

Not a bad spot. Bartender was super nice. Came in late with a coworker after a day of travel. Got the Cajun chicken melt and it was decent. Potatoes skins could have came out a little warmer but they were pretty good as well.

I won't nitpick about how long things took, or that the waiter was new. I fully understand the state of things. But oh God what did they do to the coleslaw? Also how do you ruin fish and chips? It took 45 minutes for our Moscow mules to come out, and they had about four shots of vodka in each one. Oh but that's not the worst part, the vodka was on top not mixed with the mixers. How do you forget to bring out silverware? I'm at a restaurant. What do you think I'm going to be doing? Why was the band so loud? I thought appetizers were supposed to come out before dinner? Now if you've read this far, I want you to know, that the last time we were there it was an amazing experience. What happened with this place? Why is a new guy being left to his own devices and not having a manager making sure he has the tools for success?

During my visit to Hooley House, a Sports Pub Grille, I had a fantastic experience with the staff. Not only did one host approach me, but multiple staff members made sure I felt taken care of. They kindly guided me to the area where I could pick up my takeout and made sure I had all the necessary condiments, napkins, and utensils. The corned beef sandwich, Cleveland style, was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The cheese curds were perfectly toasted, adding a delightful crunch to the dish. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich and platter, and I will definitely be returning in the future. #Skraitup

Always amazing food. I have to leave room for dessert because of the fried chocolate that is even better than it sounds. Plenty of parking and didn’t feel rushed on game night (Go Browns!). Good idea to call ahead to get your name on the list when a game is playing. Always friendly staff. Shout out to an amazing waiter tonight, Emiko. He was super busy but made sure we always had what we needed and described all of the options when ordering. Very friendly and made a great experience.

Service was good. The husband had the hooley burger he said it was very good. I had the sliders. They were very small. More bun than meat. The pickles were bigger than the meat. Don't recommend them.

Stopped in hoping for a quick bite before heading downtown for a show. While a busy Friday night, our order was taken promptly, and food was timely. Generous portions, delicious, and salad had good stuff in it (not just burger filler like many pub restaurants). Priced reasonably, attentive service, top marks, thank you 😀

A fun place to watch sports. Our server Ashley was terrific. Lots of drink choices and meal choices.

Service was excellent. Food was average to good. Tots hot and crispy! Corned beef was tender but bland and salty. Reuben was not grilled well so just soggy with tasteless sauerkraut and too much dressing. I would not recommend if you want authentic corned beef. Boxty was also just bland and salty. Our waitress was kind enough to lower the music volume so we could chat and brought extra sauces quickly so we appreciated her efforts. Not sure if I would return.

Our group of 14 was extremely well cared for by Jackie! I can’t say my food was any good and probably wouldn’t go back to eat there again. My corned beef boxty wasn’t what I’m used to from other Irish pub restaurants. It was way overcooked. The french fries were awful. I give Jackie a 5 star rating and the food a 3.

Food was delicious; waitress was pleasant. I specifically asked for no pickle, but one was placed on my plate anyway, and my French fries were plopped right on top of the very wet pickle, thus making the fries inedible for me. However, my waitress promptly provided a clean plate and a new order of fries. I would actually rate the food a 4 1/2 because of this. My sister got the Rueben and loved it.

Great place to try out! Cajun chicken melt tasted great although there could be good amount of Cajun sauce to taste. Tots are a definite recommendation

Went there on New Years Eve and had a great time. The food and appetizers were awesome (as usual) and the service was beyond compare. We sat at the bar and watched the Ohio State game (😔) and totally enjoyed ourselves. And... they have music on Friday nights! Ya gotta go!!

We had a patty melt & the Cleveland Corned Beef Sandwich. They were delicious! There are plenty of TVs to catch your favorite sports broadcast. Service was very pleasant.

I ordered food off of Uber Eats, I had never been to this place or had anything from there. I must say that I am very impressed! Food was excellent and hot! I will definitely order again for my night shift lunch at work! Highly recommended.

Quiet day, walked in and waited quite a bit before making it known we were there before someone came to seat us. Warm beer , Irish pub but out of Irish Stew, $13 dollars for a piece of fish , that looked big but mostly breading. Tex-Mex salad was good as was the non alcoholic strawberry margarita for my son. Would be open to give another chance but will probably not be back anytime soon.

Typical bar/restaurant food menu. Had BBQ Chicken Wrap & Tater Tots that were terrific. They offer flavorings for the tater tots. Atmosphere was nice. Had a wood fired pizza oven, but did not try the pizza.

We've been here before. We got right in on a Saturday night. So that was nice. The waitress was great. The salad was very good and fresh. Me and my wife both got the Sheppards Pie. It wasn't very good at all. Not sure we will go back

Wow I must say impressed. From the time I walked in to time I left, everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great! I was highly impressed with the size of the pretzel. The salad was great, and they had no problem customizing my salad. Great all around highly recommended.

Cold food, ordered no onions due to allergy... Fixed it by moving everything to another plate and bringing the same food on different plate onions and all... Upside. Husband's food was better except fries were half cooked

Went there on St. Patrick's Day and was greatly surprised at the food choices on the menu! We had the Irish Spring Rolls and they were delicious! They had plenty of staff who did an outstanding job of serving their guests in a timely manner!

This was my first time here. Ashley was a wonderful server and very attentive! I had the chicken hunks (tenders) and they were very good. My friend had a patty melt and said it was the best she's had! I'll go back!

We have enjoyed Hooley house several times. It's great for large groups, families. Sports enthusiasts and live music fans on the weekends. The food was quite tasty. My only complaint was that the appetizer, soup and entrees all came at the same time. Though tastey, the only thing we could eat HOT was the appetizer. Soup was already cooling off quite a bit once we got to it, and the fish and chips was room temperature. The fries/chips were not even palatable. They were cold and hard. Being understanding that kitchen service may have been short staffed, we did not return the food. Our server was very attentive and efficient.
