I’ve only ordered pizza from here 3 times and I’ll admit it’s been nice in the past but today I got a pizza that was cooked with some sort of paper in it. They denied it but I obviously kept proof and I just gotta say, not a good experience. (Note the dark thing with letters was cooked into my pizza and connected to the other dark spot in my pizza and I originally noticed when I pulled a piece out of my mouth.)

I had only given a 5 star because there wasn't 10 stars available. Slice of the 80s is the most amazing pizza ever. Brings back all those memories from the 80s. Taste great never raw doughy or burnt perfect every time we've ordered. They also throw in their special chocolate cookie that is great as well. Love this place. So if you ever want AMAZING tasting pizza order here. 😋

This place is really cute! We came here because we heard great things. My kids loved the bread sticks. We were going to sit inside and eat but it was super cold. We just ordered a cheese pizza and their breadsticks. For those who eat halal this is not a halal pizza place that’s why we ordered cheese only!

Pizza ok. Price Ok The night shift manager needs to be replaced. Had a few questions about “extra charges for using card” the response I got was crazy and unprofessional. As a business owner if I witnessed any of my employees conduct themselves like the trash I witnessed tonight they would be looking for a new job. (Blonde, glasses) Of course no name when asked

I just love this place. Good food, really cool employees and how can you not love stopping in to see the place! Always yummy, always fun to check out. Only thing I would change is I wish they would toss their wings in your sauce of choice, but they're still delicious all said and done and I've enjoyed everything I've gotten here!

The pizza is always great. The Italian Calzone is to die for. Best part about it all is how the store is decorated in an 80's theme. So nostalgic and such a good feeling every time the wife and I eat here!

We have loved Slice of he 80s pizza since the first time we have tried it 8 years ago. The pizza hits the spot when you are craving a good old fashioned, large slice greasy pizza! The flavored crusts are amazing too, and they do very good at honoring a multi flavor crust request! We have had up to 4 flavors at one point due to picky eaters, they didn't ask any questions, and nailed it on the pizza!! The store is awesome, there is all sorts of old movie posters and an arcade game. Everyone we have met that works there is very nice, and in our experience, the delivery times are always faster than they say or the app tells you. We have never had an unpleasant experience here! They even re-made our pizza for us, when we got stuck in a traffic jam on the highway on the way home. My favorite pizza for more than 15 years was Hungry Howies, and tho very occasionally I will still order a pizza from them, Slice of the 80s has become my favorite. Their pizzas are amazing, the breads are amazing, and sometimes we will order a ton of wings only, because, they are amazing! We will get the bone in wings. We have not yet tried the boneless. Overall, this is an amazing place, and if you enjoy a true old fashioned, grew up watching horror movies and racing commercials back to the TV pizza, Slice is where it's at!!

This place is simply the best around. I work at a near by summer camp, and for the last day we had a big pizza party. The manager at this location worked with me to help me stay in budget and make the day special for the kids. They all loved everything! Pizzas, breadsticks, cookies! Can't wait to make this an annual thing!

This is our favorite local pizza place. Their pizza/bread/ranch/ everything is delicious! Even as day 2 leftovers, everything tastes great. It's decently priced for our big family as well. Everyone is kind and helpful and their service is quick!

We absolutely fell in love with this gem!!! The pizza was so good, decently priced and a not a long wait. Not to mention the cute shirts we bought for cheap! Will definitely be back!!

We had a great experience on a Saturday night, even though it was late and an hour before closing. Ordered some cheesy bread, some bread sticks, a calzone, and a chicken bacon ranch pizza. Loved everything we got. Place is small and I can't really see it seating more than 8-10 guests, but it's clean and loudly decorated with a real enthusiasm for the 80s vibe they're emulating. Interesting menu with selections you won't find just anywhere. Definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area.

Pizza is delicious, chicken tenders even better and that pretzel? Literally amazing. They have a great menu for options other than pizza. Highly recommend. All 6 of my kids approve which is honestly, pretty hard to do lol they were all fighting over that pretzel.

The nacho cheese breadsticks are amazing. Just wish I would have known an order of breadsticks is the size of a large pizza. Also the ranch is expensive but worth it.

The food is always great, the staff is helpful and nice, AND the atmosphere is unique and awesome. Bill A. doesn't know what he's talking about. You don't have to "respond" to a tip, especially when you're busy. Also, you're disgusting, Bill A...Slice of the 80s will be around forever because they're that awesome. I hope the next pizza Bill A. eats from anywhere other than slice of the 80s gives him IBS for life. IsaidwhatIsaid. 😏

Was our first time trying Slice of the 80's it was actually the pretzel 🥨 everyone is raving about that got us to try them out. Pretzel was really good most definitely getting another in the near future!! But the BBQ chicken pizza was amazing!! The service when I picked up was really good friendly smiling faces and great atmosphere!!Keep up the great work!

BOOM! What a surprise find. Had it at a neighbors house and it was AMAZING. Went there again a couple of times and it is always great. I have never been disappointed. This is our new go to place for pizza

Good pizza and the breadsticks are made and seasoned well too. Every time we order from here we wonder why we don’t get it more often definitely check it out if you’re in the area. Definitely go check out their lobby looks really cool

I love this place! The inside is very retro, there’s tons of old action figures, records, slaps, and things of the like. It’s very unique! the food is always good (good ranch is a must for me, and theirs is phenomenal), and they’re always super polite… and who doesn’t love supporting a small business?? Especially a good one!

I'm a stage for cancer patient, I got a hold of an old menu that had a New York style pizza on it so my heart was a little set on that, but to my surprise I ordered just a regular pizza with extra cheese mushroom and old world pepperoni this is the best pizza I've eaten in Michigan in so long cuz I was out west and pizza generally is not good out there but different story different day. this pizza is amazing and what I'm talking about their pizza they delivered it and it was still this good the crust was still crusty and The portions were generous. The mushrooms were fresh and cut and chunks not like they use those canned mushrooms the old war world pepperoni was to die for I would recommend anyone to this pizza place. I'm glad I took a chance with all the mixed reviews but truthfully if it was any better than this I can't even imagine it, give this place it shot.

If you’re looking for a delicious greasy pizza, the pepperoni trilogy is the one. I wasn’t alive in the 80s but it reminded of what could’ve been lol. The giant cookie was also super delicious!! The cookie was 5 stars, pizza 4. Would definitely recommend to try

We’ve gotten their pizza, bread and salads so many times and each time it is PERFECT! The crust options are so good and the cheese bread (that they give you marinara and their amazing ranch with) is so so good! Excited to see they have two more locations now! My in laws raved about the Waterford location and we didn’t even realize they had one there.

It was my first time ordering from the slice of the '80s. Received my pizza, it was hot but tasted like they forgot the sauce. Very bland. But the crust and toppings were top quality. I like the texture of the dough and the butter garlic crust. Just needs more sauce for flavor

When my bf and I started ordering from Slice of the 80’s in July we thought we’d hit the jackpot. We were obsessed and made it our cheat meal every once in a while. Then suddenly about a month and a half ago the quality went to shambles. It tastes like a completely different pizza, but we never stopped ordering just hoping we had a bad batch every time. But we never succeeded in receiving that same pizza we fell in love with. It is very obvious that it’s due to staffing.

Classic in every way. Many pizza places are very light with cheeze and sauce, the flavors are there but not like they used to be. Slice of the 80's has the classic "pizza night/sleepover" flavors. The crust isn't too thin and the toppings are generous. My favorite part is being able to place my order in the app early in the day, then stop on the way to work with my daughter and pick it up. Walk in and it's all ready. I can be in and out in about a minute!

This place is phenomenal didn't take any pics very tasty with a nice semi sweet pizza sauce fully cooked not burnt not well done not doughy . They have their oven and dough down to a science .only had the pizza next time I'm going with nacho bread or sticks and wings . Pizza was filling so I think I just want to see. So if you went Westland mall and from a city a way or so definitely worth checking out

The bread sticks are delicious (warm, soft, and buttery)! The pizza was a little bready (too much bread compared to toppings) but was still good. Next time I'll try thin crust. Pricing was a little on the high side compared to their competitors.

Looking for a new place for pizza and found them, name says it all! We grew up in the eighties which was the best Era ever so... The pizza is delicious and glad we only ordered one because we could have probably finished another!! Awesome name, awesome place and now hooked!! It is a must try!

So this pizza is not only delicious but it’s tubular! Our family loves ordering here. The bread is righteous and the desserts are so yummy! We love getting t shirts too with the Slice of the 80s logo and bragging to our friends and family about this place. 🍕 ❤️ Thanks slice of the 80s!
