I cannot fault Carwash. The Team is absolutely fantastic!!! The most caring and understanding team. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed help managing our booking date. This was done hassle free and they helped me out so quickly, as soon as they received my email I got a call. I just want to thank them for all of their help and amazing customer service!!!

Our first visit in May for bottomless brunch for 11 was great. Our second booking not so much. Train strike meant travelling from Essex was impossible. We were allowed to reschedule but only for the same month. Difficult trying to juggle 11 of us but we managed. Unfortunately yet another train strike announced for the date it was moved to! How's your luck! Carwash were unwilling to let us move our booking due to this despite emailing evidence of the train strike and giving over 2 weeks notice! They initially stated there was no train strike and then stated there was alternative transport. Sent evidence showing that the website clearly stated otherwise but they were not interested. To say we are disappointed with the lack of customer service from Carwash is an understatement. No customer service department by the way. You have no choice but to deal with the sales department. We are out of pocket over £400 now. We will Unfortunately never book there again. Clearly only interested in the money not their customers. Shocking treatment. If you book pray that you don't have travel issues with the strikes or any other issues for that matter as they are clearly not sympathetic at all.

Was supposed to be going to Carwash today and was super excited to get out and enjoy it.. but with the current circumstances of rising cases of COVID, myself and a group of NHS workers were unable to attend. We were advised by our Trust to avoid busy places. We had no choice but to not go but having paid for a £400 package which we were not able to get back or to even transfer, we have been hugely let down and disappointed. I would not recommend.

It was my first time there and I definitely don't recommend it! The music is nothing special, the security is very unpleasant, I don't know if I would give you even one star, there are definitely better clubs in London! they themselves ask everyone to give them 5 stars at the entrance, don't go there!

good vibes, fun music. I want to truly commend the security team. I had an uncomfortable experience with a guy (at least 15-20 years older than me) hitting on me and when I rejected his advances, grabbing me from behind at the bar and trying to grind on me. I told the bartender who was an absolute stand up guy (didn't get his name) and security kicked the guy out of the bar immediately. The head of security asked me if I was okay several times and reassured me the issue had been taken care of. I had a great rest of my night with my friends. I do not recommend wearing heels; it's standing only unless you book a table and my feet were killing me by the end of the night. Overall, I would recommend carwash nightclub.

Fun club! Went there with my friends for the “disco anthems” night, where music is supposed to be to change every hour to hits of the decade (from 70s to now). However after the 80s music, the concept just stopped? Not sure why, and the songs played after that were a bit random, mainly house remixes of modern hits. The cloakroom is £2 per item. Don’t expect to be around many people. The two others floors were completely empty. Loved the LED floor and the disco balls. Great atmosphere although they are always a few creepy men just standing there and looking at girls, just like in every club in London. Good security. Toilets are relatively clean.

There tables are a fab idea and we were so looking forward to going tonight , we had a £400 table booked and 6 of us work for an NHS trust, we’ve been advised by our Trust to avoid socialising because of the record number of covid cases rising daily and so we can protect our staff and patients. Under the circumstances really disappointing Carwash are unwilling to give us a transfer of date for our ticket 😡

Awful security guy. Absolutely rude, unwelcoming, and snobby. Arrived just before the allowed entry time and he made his decision not to let us in as soon as he saw us. No words, just flat out refused to let us in. When I told him there's still time and asked for an explanation he tried telling me I'm "intoxicated". I tried to get more explanation and he refused to even talk to me. I hadn't had a single drink at all, and drove all the way from Birmingham just to get there! When I had explained to him that we arrived at the time we did because we had a very long drive and break-down along the way just to get here, and that we may look tired because of it, he responded saying "so?", then turned around and walked away. Paid for tickets and drive all the way down for one snobby and rude doorman to decide he's going to make this about him and his show of power. Never coming back, went to Shoreditch instead.

We were booked to go here and we’re very much looking forward to it, we had booked and paid for a £400 table. 6 of us work for the nhs and we were advised by our trust to avoid socialising due to covid at the moment, so we cannot attend now and car wash are unwilling to move our date or transfer our tickets so now we lose the money too. When we left a Facebook comment we were asked to contact them but Nikki from the office was most unhelpful and not at all impressed that we left a review on Google and refused to transfer our dates. So the drinks package we have paid for they get to keep the money for 👍🏼 Definitely would not recommend.

A group of us were supposed to go to carwash however, refused to move our £400 package despite working for and being advised not to attend busy locations by the NHS. We have now lost £400, we would have been happy to still pay for the table, but we are also paying for drinks we will not get to enjoy. Completely unaccommodating management team. Shocked at the way we were spoke to and treated. Do NOT go here.

Please be very careful if you ever book in this club. They write ( you can just check their website) that you can book a ticket for 10£, and 12£ with one drink and etc. But they don't tell you from the beginning that this drink is one shot or a glass of wine. I went I to order a rum with coke and after the bar woman made my drink I gave her my card ( that they gave me in order to have a free drink that I paid in advance) and what she did was just to fool me. She took the card, and the drink, told me that if I don't pay I can't take my drink. I told her just cancel the drink and give me back the card. She ignored me and also her manager did the same. So in the end I paid for an extra drink that I didn't drink it. Another negative thing that observed is that there were a lot of people that were looking too young (like 15 year old). There were so many that honestly I hope I am wrong. Prices are very expensive ( imagine two rums with coke 30.8£!!!). The security guys push in order to pass without even saying sorry and their attitude is racist and they believe that they have some kind of power ( I laugh here🤣)The only positive thing from my night was that the security guy in the smoking area was very friendly and cool.

80s night are becoming a scarce creature glabally... So I pleased to have found and visited here. Professionally run club. One does require ID for scanning. However, staff were courteous and friendly. The music was a mix of the last 4 decades. Dance floor in basement was kept drink free without drink spills. Could have done with a touch more 70s disco (especially Donna Summer) but that's just my personal preference. Pre entry customer service was great too and efficiently helped me swop an entry ticket around to after 00:00. Keep up the solid work. "I feel love xxx"

Was in London for a nice long weekend. Driven down to London from Burnley thought Saturday night will go out for a drink and see what the clubs like in the area. Noticed this club listed and saw the website initial impressive looks ok, I feel the website is misleading and the club is no where near as good the website makes it out to be. The admission price is between £7-15 to get in if you book in advance or pay on the door. The drinks are not cheap in there and two Jagers for £10 is expensive in my opinion. Was going to go out and get something from my car and member of staff stops me and says if Ieave now I cannot come back in, I paid £24 for me and my brother who is she to tell me when I can leave or not. Not impressed with this place and won't certainly bother coming in here again. Music is good vibe is average and crows is the same not really engaging.

Unprofessional security , treating people like we entered in prison ,speaking route if you ask something they don’t explain.The packages for VIP what they have it’s very poor -Champaign of £10 sale in the package, waitress very unprofessional just bringing the drink with no asking or explaining what they bring to the table . No recommend , and for sure was my first and last visit in this place . Music unfortunately it’s depressing , plus the tables they can give you any (because in the vip package it’s not explaining you what table can be and where located -had the most tight table for 4 people . Very dirty , using the plastic glasses they are so used as you can’t see true them the drink. It’s not a night club it’s a kinder garden -nursery for kids .

Fun crowd (a bit older on average… +30 mostly) and good music, but not super busy. Cool dance floor but the bouncers are super strict about where you can take drinks.

I love 80s music and was looking forward to this, but was really disappointed. Didn't look like the photos online and smelled like dirty toilets! Staff were quite rude, didn't even check our tickets on the way in so had to go back to the door to get our free drink vouchers. Really small areas with a tiny dancefloor and no where to sit because all the seating was reserved. We felt so uncomfortable about all the creepy men dotted around standing still and just staring at us that we left early and found better music and atmosphere in a cocktail bar...

I also discovered that a single person with a ticket can't get inside. Nothing on the website warns about this policy. They just cashed in my ten quids and that's it. The staff was incredibly rude at the entrance - no reimbursement. "Next time bring a friend" - no, there's no next time. Crooked place, avoid. You can see in other reviews that they are scamming people for months, there's a promise to fix it, and here I am. [Edit after the response]: Thank you very much for the clarification! Now the whole world knows that you apply gender discriminatory policies at your venue! One more reason to avoid.

I enjoyed the good music- pop, throw back music in a 3 floor venue with different music. Unfortunately, this is London so the basement smells of humidity. Downside: Wrong crowd- there were a racist boy, a creep who keep trying to touch girls despite we said no and people who are aged 50+. The drinks are very pricy of £15 and above apart from tap water. I’d say security was okay, he tried to take action for the racist person and always standing nearby to remind people no drinks on the dance floor.

Honestly this place is great for the music. The demographic is a bit older. No issues at the door as some people have said. Better than listening to edm all night.

Ace is amazing on its skates, and great music. Amazing DJs spread over two floors, you can find music for every taste. Staff lovely, taking care of you . Amazing cocktails. Big recommendations!!

Very unfriendly and poor service. I sent the organizer some questions about a Halloween party I booked since their conditions were not clear regarding dress code etc and I was shocked by the bad reviews I saw in Tripadvisor. I bought tickets under the conditions shown on Designmynight and then the venue told me there was dress code etc which was not mentioned anywhere. I never got a reply with an explanation nor a refund. If this is how they treat customers online u can imagine how it must be in person. Many reviews say that the staff is uncivilised and rude to customers as well, no surprises there.

pretty mid. people are rude. you can find this kind of music on any generic spotify dance playlists. Also don’t trust the 5* evals, they give you free shots for those.

I had such an amazing night, Nikki was such a lovely host and the staff in general were great! The music was very versatile and it was open till 3 can you imagine!!!!! And Trinity gave such a great atmosphere behind the bar. I defo recommend and will be going again soon. Thank you ❤️

This was the worst club I have ever been to in my life. The service was absolutely revolting, never in my life have I been treated as poorly as I have at this nightclub. The security guards will treat you terribly as they are on a power trip. The bar will also have no limes for tequila shots. Like what bar doesn’t have LIMES for tequila shots? It is also over a 100 degrees at this club so be prepared for that. 0/10 would not recommend.

Early January is always quiet everywhere - but DJ Donald regularly livens the place up with some great tunes and expert mixes! A lovely friendly guy who always makes me feel welcome. Dee was also lovely & friendly as she was constantly moving around all 3 floors, greeting people with a top hat full of candy & sweets, and providing guidance to new Loopers! I love having 2 floors with different music playing - if I don't care for this tune I can check out what's playing on the other floor! One of my favourite Saturday night venues.

Absolutely horrible place with the most rude manager I have ever had to deal with.. Absolutely rude person who thinks he is better than everyone else, rude and rasist i belive if I was English I will be fine, he even record me as he was to scared to talk to me and answer my questions... Myself and my friend we bought tickets online for we never read T&C Well small print when we arrived we was asked to present ID, however my friend only had a bank card with her, they treat us as we are criminals.. After explaining that is my friend birthday and we never been asked for that request before we show them my work ID, bank card, driving licence and Polish ID, they still become so avressive. Lack of customer service from the manager, he needs special training. He's description of the 5 foot blond skinny, not friendly at all. I will never ever come back there. Also o want my refund.

Do not come here ! Had dinner at the Shard and then came here after for a VIP table, turned up and the man on the door was Immediately rude to all of us and said I was 'swaying' despite not having drunk alcohol all night. Then sent one of my guests back to her hotel to get ID (she was 32) and then had security crowding round our table for the next 30 mins so we decided to leave. Such a shame as the event staff pre-night were amazing but ruined by the security at the venue. Won't be returning again.

Everyone from our group had a fun time shaking their stuff on the dance floor to 80s, some disco and 90s. They have a middle floor playing R'n'B and some Hip Hop which was a good contrast to the Carwash floor. Thank you so much!

Been wanting to come to this club for months and it did not disappoint. One of the best nights of my life. Ace on skates is THE BEST. Thank you Carwash.

Paid £53 for two double gin and tonics and two desperados. Around almost £20 for a double gin and tonic and £7 for a beer is too much for what this club was like. My friend also bought 4 drinks and asked the bartender for the receipt. The bartender refused and said these are Mayfair prices. I'd rather have a higher entry fee than overpriced drinks so I know what I get myself into. Also I haven't seen a dirtier floor at a club in a while. Most other places try to keep on top of spilt drinks, but not here, here you could see grime (drinks mixed with dirt) on the lit up dancefloor. While waiting at the bar I also noticed how one of the bartenders dropped an opened uncovered prosecco bottle on the floor and proceeded to put it back in the fridge and later pour from it. It was incredibly hot in the basement level, even when it wasn't that busy. Not worth it.

Had a fantastic time celebrating my 40th with the Diamond VIP package at Carwash. The staff were fantastic! Security is very tight on getting inside, but this seems to ensure that very few dodgy people get in - which makes for a really good, friendly atmosphere inside. My group stayed in the main room downstairs for all of the night, where the average age tends to be more around 30s. The dance floor was active all night! The package drinks were all top notch (Champagne, Prosecco, Spirits) and I went home at the 3am close having had an amazing night.

Offered me a free drink to rate it 5* thought how bad could it be. This place was so terrible. Every where we went there was a knew weird rule. No drinks at the dance floor no drinks at the clock room 0/10 fun with friends to make fun off

Truly overpriced compared to the likes of say Heaven. £8+ for a bottle of beer. Stay away. No student pricing for entry £15 for a small BO smelling box.

Excellent 80s music with a wee bit.of 70s and 90s on the lower basement floor of this club with a nice bar and a light up disco floor. Highly recommended, however the drinks are pretty watered down as you'd expect. Sound volume can be a bit too high.

Went for a 40th birthday. Vile place, miserable bar staff. Especially the young black girl who looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but working there. Serving expensive drinks in tiny glasses.

Had a really fun night, very good music, level -2, 80’s 90’s songs which me and my friends really enjoyed and level -1, a good mix of R&b and reggaeton. UNFORTUNATELY, the security guy (really short one) was rude and had a big attitude for no reason, should respect customers as we are the ones who keep your business going.

Rip off. They drive up their reviews by offering you a free shot for 5 stars before you get downstairs. The shot has next to no alcohol in it. Once you get downstairs, there’s no one there. Arrived at 11pm on a Friday night and it was dead.

Nothing on their website about having to come in pairs or group, yet when i got there alone ti make friends they sent me on my way because i came alone. HORRIBLE! Rudest club staff in all of london! Great 80's nightclub. Amazing vibrations; good music. That's a place to go in group to have fun. 1 - the price of the drinks is okay; not so expensive. 2 - You can dress in a 90's, 80's or 70's style, but it isn't mandatory. Actually, you can dress yourself in any style that you like. 3 - it isn't a up class attire place; they're open mind about that. 4 - They do not discriminate against sex, preventing men from entering and favoring only women (beautiful and sexy); because there are clubs, such as Scandal and Toy Room, that are elitist, allowing 80% or more to enter( women), and leaving less than 20% of the places for men.

Great music, great atmosphere, great night. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go again.

Came here two times. Both time me and my friends became sick after coming. The air is really bad down there. But the drinks and the entrance fee are cheap.

Was refused entry due to not having 2 Covid jabs, we said we would do a lateral flow test on site as this would gain us entry under he government guidelines, they said they would not accept it even if we passed very unprofessional, and when we ask for a refund they are refusing even tho we was not given the chance to do the lateral flow test very rude staff and none are helpful! Avoid this place

I just have to say that i have had an amazing night. The staff here is absolutely unforgettable and literally so nice and sweet. I had no expectations when i arrived but i am so happy that i got to experience one night at this club<333 love julie xx

WORST NIGHT EVER!!!! SCAM!!! HORRID STAFF AND SECURITY OVERPRICED NO DISCO MUSIC arrived 10 mins after midnight having purchased a general admission ticket for £10, was told that i was 'too late' and that the ticket was only valid until 12am (the website stipulated however that the ticket would be valid from 20:00-03:00) so I had to pay £15 MORE!!!! my boyfriend was INSULTED based on his looks by the bouncer. Inside was horrible, terrible music claiming to be disco themed security guards stationed at every corner with terrible attitudes exhibiting agression and resorting to physical contact practically shoving people for STANDING NEAR THE TOILET or if they were taking too long to get coats. Bartender charged us £15 for a SINGLE vodka lime soda, i asked the price later on only to find we had been charged DOUBLE. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Great music! I loved people being so committed to the theme and arriving in 70s attire! Quite a young crowd when I was there. Early 20s but that's just not my preferences. Better than a lot of other London clubs

Didn’t let me get the free drink even though I came before 11, gives a free shot for a review so that’s why all the reviews are good but it’s not true. Very Overpriced drinks- even for London and bad vibes from the people/staff.

Oh my gosh so much fun. Retro tunes and dress. What more could you ask for night of the foam roller girls on skates. free sweets hats etc. Just outright fabulous discount 🤩🤩🤩🎉🎉

the environment was good. at the bar no drink menu was shared upon request and for the same drink I was charged differently at different times. the drinks were costly and were not made in authentic way.

I have never been to a club where every single staff member has been so incredibly rude. Fully ruined mine and my friends night. Couldn't even give my friend a hug goodbye without being hassled by a bouncer. I love clubbing but honestly the music is just too loud as well, to the point where my ears are still ringing 2 days later. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I had an early birthday celebration here with friends yesterday at the bottomless brunch. We all felt well looked after, the food was good and the Prosecco was flowing. We were served quickly and there was a great atmosphere. The drag queen had us in stitches. Definitely recommend.

The first time I came here the place was good. The second time I came the staff were incredibly rude for no reason. I do not recommend if you want to have a good night. I don’t normally write negative reviews so I’ve written this only because I’ve genuinely had a terrible time.

Good fun clubbing experience. Drinks are okay and not too overpriced. Maybe I got lucky with bouncers/security but we got in just fine (arrived before 10.30), danced next to security all night who was very respectful and even helped keep an eye on the purse/drinks of our group. Also no problems going out for a smoke/fresh air and coming back in multiple times. I will say the DJ's transitions were a bit rough, and he played Mo Bamba twice. Which was fine cuz I was outside for the first time lmao

Brunch was good fun, decent food and drinks kept topped up nicely didn't have to ask for more as they brought it round regularly

They give you a free shot of what tastes like juice at the front door if you give them a 5 star review. Also showed up ~25 min past our time slot to get a free drink w the tickets we bought and they refused let it slide and we didn’t get the free drink we paid for in our ticket :(

Been to the car wash so many times and everytime it’s such a vibe!!! Deffo one of the staples of London, if you love a throwback, you need to attend!!! This time we came for a hen do and it was such a good night!! Would recommend

I really like this club because it has two dance floors. The Carwash floor is a retro mash up of 80s, a bit of 90s and they still play disco which appeals to a slightly older crowd. The other floor is more urban and with a younger audience. Staff are ok and the security not too bad. Drinks are a bit pricey but I guess that is normal for the West End. Overall, the music is what does it and I been a few times because of that. DJs are good.

What a great Party atmosphere. Fantastic music across the whole club, something for everybody and friendly staff too.

Finally a night to forget about COVID for a while. Staff is very friendly, special hooray for the dj!

Really good music on both floors. The Carwash under lit dance floor was especially fun and it was nice not to hassled by boys. Will come again.

I went with a bunch of girlfriends to celebrate Halloween yesterday. What an amazing night it was! We had so much fun. We loved the music, decorations, costumes of the crew, the venue. It was fantastic that we could be in a pub upstairs where it was more quiet to talk and then could go dancing on two different floors with different type of music. I did not know there is such a cool venue in London, as all of them seem to be huge factory style places where its loud and crowdy or small pubs where you easily get bored. I was wondering if you are going to organise any party for Xmas ie something in a Great Gatsby/classy style. More theme parties would be great!

Dee is the most fabulous host! She made me and my friend feel so welcome. From helping us with our coats to ensuring we had fun on the dance floor, there is no words left to describe her. The bar staff, security and managers are full of smiles and ready to help at any point. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun night in london with no hassle! ENJOY!

Young crowd and of course the Dj has to play something to please them, so don’t expect a lot of 80’s and 90’s music. The DJ tries his best, but the choice of music it’s not the best. Very Poor knowledge of 80’s and 90’s hits. Anyway we had a good time there!

This is by far the best Bottomless Brunch we have been to in London. Service was so friendly & the Prosecco is actually bottomless!!! The food & the entertainment were also excellent. But above all that the care & attention of the staff was fantastic. Thanks so much for a great afternoon.

Such great fun, really well organised, fab music and loved the Drag Queen. A brilliant way to celebrate my big birthday with my besties.
