I have given a 1 Star For this hotel due to service. Booked a room for 1 night on a Saturday paid £300 checked in at 3pm to find no Tea or Coffee facility's in the room and no fridge. The room it self was lovely and clean. When I called reception to ask about this issue I was told with a attitude that this is how it is . I then asked what time would I be able to get coffee in the morning I was told 10am. The following morning I went to reception and asked for some tea for my wife and coffee for my self. The chap said where would you like it up stairs or out side. I said out side please. We waited 30min still no sign of him or the tea. So we ended up walking to a coffee shop. It's such a shame because the hotel and home house is a beautiful place but unfortunately the staff are slow and the service is sub standard.

Great location for a club. Near everything. Had a light lunch with a friend who is a member. It was fine. Selection of club sandwiches, burgers etc Entertaining rooms are very nice. Did not stay, so can't comment on the overnight offering. Staff were lovely.

Been a member since September. The restaurant, bar and garden have been nice. However, the drawing rooms and house 21 have been a bit disappointing. I love the drawing rooms during the day and they were one of the reasons why I wanted to join. But the music selection is weird and random. Often there’s one good song followed by a bad one with no consistency in genre or style. Lighting is really bad, which is really a shame because the setting is so beautiful. House 21 is a let down in very similar way. Music does change but the lighting is horribly outdated and cheesy. The service has been a let down really. We had some major confusion over the portions of drinks where different staff gave up conflicting explanations. When the confusion (caused by the staff in the first place) was cleared, there was no apology. Rather, it was considered to be the result of our ‘lack of understanding of the standard portions’. Additionally, despite specifying I’d like to pay monthly, the club has charged me the full annual fee without any explanation. I’ve emailed and called with no response. It’s rather disappointing how members can be treated with this level of negligence. Honestly, one could expect way more from a club at this level. You can easily get a wider and nicer varieties of drinks and entertainment with much better service in other establishments. At the end of the day, what’s the point of being involved in a club when there is no real quality substance?

Not a bad membership club with antique like interior, slightly overrated in my opinion. Didn’t feel very appreciated as a guest until the member has arrived. Asked for a fresh ginger tea and they brought something else instead. Then another time I asked for it again and my companion for rose tea. Different waiter came and said they don’t actually do neither of those. Another time I asked about the cocktails and the waitress didn’t know anything about it. Not very well trained staff. Which just makes your visit unnecessarily unpleasant. The food is average. Chicken was dry and steak too. There’s a lot that could be improved, just needs a little investing in time, effort and money.

Great members club, very stylish and elegant. Food was exceptional five star service. Beautiful architecture, if you get a table near the window you can see the lovely views of Portman Square. London always looks nice when the sun is out.

Used this hotel and restaurant for 1 night at a cost of £300 a night with no tea /Coffee facility's in the room which should be standard with all hotels. But the service of the staff let this hotel /private members club down. I think the owner should hire a new manager as the staff seem to be gathered together most the time chatting. While the guests are being neglected which lets this place down. I think the most important thing in a hotel is the service and the staff being respectful which this hotel lacks.

Nice atmosphere, and the restaurant in the garden is really nice. The food not so much, was just ok. Interior is a bit dated, but has its charm. The staff are warm and friendly.

Awful. I discussed my disappointment with the condition and state of repair of the suite my family stayed in with the duty manager. He said he would email me and advise me what he was going to do for me this was on the 5th of April 2022, never had an email. Avoid this hotel!

I've been there a few times, and I must say I love how they present the food, although the portions are consistently a bit small. My absolute favorite is the pistachio, pineapple, and lime tart; it's really good. I also enjoy their chips, and the ambiance is fantastic.

I am a member here and love it - wonderful staff, location, events and people! I also love the gym it is great to have a sauna :) The ONLY issue for me is the lack of vegan options - while it is good there are some, it is much less than other clubs/restaurants nearby. I wish there were more available across the drawing rooms. restaurant and House 21!

As advertised, this is not a hotel, it's a members club. As a tourist coming to visit and experience London, I would not recommend staying here; if you're coming for 1-2 nights on business, or you're a member, then it's a nice spot. There is no concierge, there is no lobby or signage out front. To get to our room, we either rode up a service elevator or walked up a back staircase past stacks of chairs, extra refrigerators, etc. The room was comfortable and spacious with charming decor, though we had a not-so-nice view of the back buildings and the bathroom was cramped. The breakfast was nice, and the location is good--in the Mayfair area, walking distance to Hyde Park and the tube. Overall, it was fine, but too expensive for what it is. I wish we had paid a little more for a nicer hotel experience.

We attended a training session here at Home House, which was exquisite. Home House is a huge building and I initially entered via the main entrance on the square, only to be told I had to go in another door around the corner. The entrance via that door wasn’t as ‘grand’ as the main reception, and my expectations were quite low. But the room we had our training in was absolutely stunning! The whole style was very much ‘shabby chic’ and it was love at first sight for me. The room and tables were dressed beautifully, and the Afternoon Tea was delicious. Staff were lovely and attentive too. This was definitely one of my favourite venues I’ve attended for training.

Fantastic private members club in the center of London. Stylishly combines several building, lots i bars and a few restaurants plus gym, nightclub, pool. Upmarket clientele. But of a rabbit warren inside but you’ll get the hang of it.

I have been a member for a very long time and I can say that tonight has been the best experience in the whole time I have been a part of this club. Thay, Jeremiah and Estern have shown me a remarkable service and a heartfelt caring nature. Garden has the best people

Before we started the dinner, we enjoyed a couple of drinks before, we were greeted and looked after very well. The food was great, started with a nice carpaccio followed with fish and a couple desserts. After dinner, we enjoyed a nice party on multiple levels! Exceptional service and great vibes.

Well looked after bythe staff. A lovely building and fabulous interior for important occasions. Daughter's wedding reception held there.

Unexpectedly spacious. A large selection of rooms and surroundings to match the occasion, enough bars to cater for various personality styles. If a member invites you of course.

Fantastic member’s club in Central London. Outdoor space was just perfect for lunch and to do business. I loved the arrangement of flowers on the building projecting through the garden and grand staircase with flowers centrally positioned to draw your eye to them. Great place to talk business in calm, elegant and exclusive setting.

Excellent members only club, great place for a meeting, bite to eat or some drinks.

The food was OK and the service was friendly but I really hate the fact that these private clubs won't let you in until the host arrives. My host was late so I was left hovering in the entrance for a while. I'd never join a club that treats guests like that

Beautiful venue... The staff were excellent (miles better than Black's in Soho).. And surprisingly good value.. We had a perfect launch there for 200 people with excellent cocktails and no long queues anywhere... Defo be back there for our corporate events.. Here's Satoshi Nakamoto.. Inventor of the Blockchain and Bitcoin.. 😁

Members only club with lots of perks. First time being here and had a great night. The house accommodated well designed party rooms which can facilitate many party lovers. The staffs are friendly and helpful, and made our night unforgettable.

A nice eclect place to chill or dine. Just when it gets busy, they havent enough staff so it gets very slow service. Oh and make sure you check your bills as a few times theyve made mistakes, double charged or added drinks on.

Very nice members club and good service but one staff member was abit intrusive. Some people may see this as a positive.

Great, relaxing time for drinks with friends while catching up. One member of staff was rude ("your time is up so drink up and leave" having given us no warning) on this visit but this was an outlier versus many other very pleasant visits. Wonderful to sit in the walled garden on a sunny day where there is always a buzz.

Solid members' club in a beautiful Grade I listed building, immaculately preserved from the 1700s. The ambiance is fairly casual and friendly, and certainly not as stuffy as you'd find in many other of these clubs across London. The interior garden is perfect for a weekend afternoon.

I’ve star my visit in the afternoon in the garden, Christian the f&b manager look after me and my guests. Pleased with the experience I’ve stayed for dinner in the restaurant where Simone take extra care of us! We then move back to the garden and enjoy the after dinner in a fairytale venue. Christian again welcome us, take care of us and give us a 5 level service that nowadays is so hard to find in London. Home house is the club where you want to be after a long day to relax just to feel like home, also the best venue to enjoy with friends!! We’re now having the last drink in one for the room upstate near the bar after the waitress and bartender recommended us drink and did not disappointed!! Great venue, but more than anything great service
