😠 I have given a 1 Star For this hotel due to service. Booked a room for 1 night on a Saturday paid £300 checked in at 3pm to find no Tea or Coffee facility's in the room and no fridge. 👍👍 19/3/23 Came for my grandmothers 80th birthday which she had here. Multiple rooms, Great food, lovely decor, friendly staff and there is the option to spend the night there.

👍 Very nice Club, have been a guest at Burns Night and one or two other occasions. Friendly staff and the bar is great. What makes it for me is the patio in the sunshine with a drink followed by dinner upstairs.

👍👍 I was privileged to work here as a waitress in the Ladies Side dining room. This was in 1979 and it was such a wonderful time, while I was on my overseas experience from New Zealand. And we had excellent accommodation in West Kensington and food as part of our wages.
