I'm so sad to give a bad review. When I use to come often 10years ago, this was the best hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. I experienced the most comfortable bed ever in this hotel... But I came back recently and it was a catastrophy. The bed weren't comfy at all, I had neck ache, the bathroom was quite disgusting and the shower head was broken. The sink was also broken and I met a cockroach in the bathroom. The breakfast is kinda minimalist whereas it used to be delicious. Very sad to see what used to be my favorite hotel becoming like this. The only good side are the people at the reception are very nice. But that's it. So sad.

The hotel was not easy to find. I can assure you, it was almost like searching for a needle in a haystack. It’s something they should work on, going forward. One of the things I love about the area is the fact that there are a lot of accessible places for food and drinks. Fast food places like McDonalds and healthy food places like the Greek restaurant across the street. When we found the hotel, we discovered it was sharing a building with at least 6 other hotels. At least you get variety😅. The room was tiny. Very tiny. Not fit for someone claustrophobic. The bathroom was just average. The bed was old. The place looks very old to be fair. From my experience, it’s more of a Bed and breakfast place. The breakfast was also average. Not much staff and all. I rate it a 3 star. I’ve stayed in better hotels for almost the same price. In my opinion, with this hotel, you are paying for just the location and not excellent service.

Loved the experience there! Rooms are clean, staff is helpful, 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station. A great choice when visiting London! Nice views from the rooms.

The location is the best part of this hotel, it’s a short walk to Paddington station. The room is small. Showers are okay. The breakfast was fine, not a lot of options. The coffee machine was great, though! Staff at the front desk could’ve been friendlier. If you don’t need luxury and want a cheap stay close to the city, I would recommend this.

Central location of the hotel close to Paddington station, but aged Hotel with tiny rooms and older equipment, bathroom was disgusting and not clean, staff not very friendly. Very noisy due to street traffic and small room walls. Bad breakfast in a crowded room with tiny offer. Stay there is not recommended.

We were 3 to travel. Had a room that was the tiniest room I have ever seen. Our widow was looking at the cleaners room directly so as soon as there started filling up there bucket of water they were at our widow directly. No way to open the widow for fresh air or a bit of sun. The breakfast was awful, no coffee machine and old croissants were served only from 7 to 9. Old equipment everywhere in the hotel and a bad smell of fish all over tha place. One of the host a bit flirty for one them which isn’t great… the others were nice. Only positive thing is the location. I do not recommend

the staff working at the front desk were so lovely and friendly!! the location was absolutely great, very close to the station, shops and food establishments. the room could have been a little bit cleaner and was disappointed to see no dairy free butter or milk at breakfast. overall a good stay and great value, would stay again :)

Friendly staff at check in. Room was dated but clean. Towels are rock hard. Terrible night's sleep from a constant banging from either a lift or air con. Drilling started before 8am in a Saturday and noise from breakfast guests very loud. Glad we were only there 1 night. Wouldn't stay again. Staff shrugged and didn't care on check out

This was the first stop on our trip to England. Hotel was in a very nice location. Less than 5 min walk to Paddington Station made it easy to explore the city. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Spacious and had everything one would need for a hotel. Will recommend staying here to anyone and will likely stay again ourselves

Room was large and quiet, and everything was clean. The location was spectacular, so close to Paddington Station, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was good, all cold items but plenty to fill you up. Dining area is kept clean and tidy. I only downgraded because of the price which was exorbitant and because I couldn't open the bathroom door without banging it into one of the beds. The price is to be expected I guess, due to location. Just be aware of the difference between GBP and US dollars so the sticker shock isn't too bad. Our room came to about $1600 total for four nights but it could have slept 6. I might stay here again but in a smaller room next time.

For the price, it was great. The room was small but clean, everything worked, there was housekeeping, kettle + nescafe + uht milk, breakfast included (which admittedly I didn't sample) and the staff were friendly. Less than half the price of similar - more central - accommodation, yet so close to the Elizabeth line that the distance is no problem.

We stayed here our final night in London. We choose The Days Inn because it is just a couple blocks to Paddington Station. The Staff at the Days Inn were both welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is simple but very fine for our needs. The room was clean and spacious.

My stay at days Inn was not what I paid for. If buying the "courtyard view" or double bedroom I would strongly advise not to. I paid for the above and receive the lovely veiw of another room/building and 2 beds closely stacked together. I would not recommend staying here

My son and I stayed for one night as we were only in London to see a show (Good - with David Tennant) and enjoyed every minute. The staff were very welcoming (we arrived before check in and it was no problem to them) The room was clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was lovely too. I would most definitely stay here again.

I arrived hours early, yet they happily found me a room that I was able to use to prepare before attending the Festival of Remembrance at the RAH. However the room was tiny, and the light immediately outside, shone through the gaps all around the door throughout the night. Breakfast vaguely continental but was not good & definitely not veggie friendly. Can't recommend.

The room was not so clean. I found some left over marking from toothpaste and som garbage left in the toilet, dust in the corners and underwear that belongs to the previous client under the bedside table 😐 The breakfast didn't offer much choice and was pretty cheap. The location was great and the staff pretty flexible. However we saw the same man at the reception for over 24 hours and we were a bit concerned about that.

It was great we had a family room with a double bed, 2 single beds and even a spare camp bed! Although bathroom was very basic it was just a base for us while we were out and about in London. It was also quite quiet considering how close we were to the centre

Stayed here for an overnight business trip. It's a great little hotel just 5min walk from Paddington. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok if a little dated but they do throw in a free continental breakfast so all in all a nice place to stay 👌

Really not a good hotel. Do not understand how this is a 3 star hotel. The room was super small with no AC, really hard bed and pillows, and the cleaning was really not good (if there ever was a cleaning done between the guests ) The carpet floor looks like it has never been vacuumed, and the bathroom and shower was not clean at all. The shower had old hairs laying around, lime and scale all over it. Insects crawling out from the pipes. Breakfast was basic, not bad not good. I would not recommend this hotel. I have lived in 2 star hotels that were cleaner and better than this “3 star” hotel.

Excellent hôtel, clean rooms, normal breakfast but amazing staff, all without exception! As a IT consultants, Cris from the reception let us work from the lobby the whole afternoon even after the check out. And offer us a coffee and some fruits. This hotel will stay as a good memory!

Great hotel central to Paddington station and tube. Room we had was quite small but adequate for a short stay in London. Team are great, nothing too much trouble and complimentary breakfast was also great, plenty of food and choice!

This Hotel is very well situated, with a 2min walk from Paddington Station. Room is small, but good enough for 2 people. Clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was more than enough with good coffee to start your day. Will use this hotel again in the future.
