Staff were unfriendly and not helpful. Generally felt like they did not care about your comfort, especially when the hospitality sector is struggling.

Ok, it's definitely ok for the price. 10 min walk from Hyde Park , tube, and bus stop. Walk distance to shops and restaurants , the hotel is not luxury but for the price I paid was definitely ok . It's not that bad , only a few more things weren't the best, like door with no handle ,shower water pressure was poor. But overall, it was ok.

Wish I'd read the reviews because it was honestly as bad as everyone has said. I wish I could give it zero start. Bed collapsed because it was broken and there was a huge blood stain on the mattress honestly disgusting They have a sign saying no refunds under any circumstances and now I see why! Asking booking.com for a refund as booked through them and will be giving a full review there too. I hope they take this hotel off their list Please avoid this at all costs.

Without question the worst hotel I ever visited. There was no electricity in the bathroom, no hot water in the shower. The room is small, furnished with old ugly items, and is very cold. I had to listen to the neighboring room's television from 2 to 11 AM. The building is being renovated outside, which means men were doing their job in my window actually (listening to the radio loudly all day long) = no privacy in your own room. Edgware Road underground station is in a 5 minutes walk - that's the only good thing about this truly horrible hotel.

It’s basic and old fashioned, but if you need a cheap place in London to sleep, it’s fine. The shower worked. Bed was fine. Reception were friendly. And it was a quiet night, despite being a Saturday.

Tiny room, I would say it's alright for a one night stay. Good location. No elevator, just stairs. Don't think of bringing any heavy baggage here if you're living a few floors up as the stairs are narrow. Weird thing was you couldn't take the key with you when you leave for the day. I found this annoying because when I came back there was a different attendant and he was trying to find my name in their handwritten records. I said my correct room number, and he said it doesn't exist - when it absolutely did! Terrible. It took a while and made me scared that this guy couldn't find my name, it was 12am in the morning (I already checked in earlier that day at 3pm). I managed to rightfully get into my room at the end for a night's rest.

Nice simple place to stay for a couple of nights. May not be for people with heavy luggage, however.

just let the pictures talk. The first morning we felt sick by the mold & canceled our booking and switched to another hotel for the rest of our stay.

The hotel provides you the minimum you need to stay for few nights, for this price it is good choice. The local is great, just in the centre and close to underground and buses, near Hyde park. The rooms are small, the bathroom is very small, but again that it what the hotel shows on pictures. Just look attentively before you book and you would not be disappointed. Take care

The reviews definitely scared me but honestly, you can’t expect better for this price and the location is really good. The receptionist was always friendly and helpful, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was clean. I was really happy that we didn’t hear any of the outside noise to our room. The furniture is outdated and our bathroom light didn’t really work but it wasn’t that bad. Our window didn’t have a great view but it let in a lot of natural light and we could open it for fresh air. The room got cleaned every day around 3pm and they brought fresh towels every day. I recommend this place if you just need a place to sleep and shower. For a 2 star hotel it was okay and not at all that bad. We felt safe there and that’s the most important part.

Despite some negative reviews, we found our stay quite satisfactory, especially considering the affordable price and excellent location. The receptionist was consistently friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Surprisingly, the bed was quite comfortable, and the room was clean. We didn't hear much outside noise in our room. While the furniture may have been a bit outdated, it wasn't a significant issue. Our window, although lacking a spectacular view, let in ample natural light and could be opened for fresh air. What impressed me was the daily room cleaning service and fresh towel delivery. For a 2-star hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, we felt safe throughout our stay, which is paramount. If you're looking for a place to simply rest and shower, I'd recommend this establishment. Overall, it was a decent experience and far from being as bad as some reviews may suggest.

This is a joke, i have to carry my heavy luggage to third floor without lift. The pressure of shower is low and no hair dryer in the room.

Now the hotel looks like have renovations in some area, I see new showers and they renovate with new paper wall. Other than that this still ok with budget that you pay for one night. Minus is heater temperature for room. It’s still fells cold in the night with outside weather drop to 5 degrees celsius.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. As soon as I saw the room I started looking for a new place to stay. It was dark and dreary with awful decor. They had animal skulls hanging in the room which really turned me off the room. The room was far to hot and no fan so it would have been very comfortable. The worst part was that I hadn't even booked this hotel! When I went to my original one it was closed and I was directed to this one. No discount for the inconvenice or even an apology. I found the staff difficult to deal with in terms of refund when I cancelled as I was told when checking in that it was cash only. Looking at other reviews their contactless payment has been broken for months. In the end I only got a partial refund but by that point I was to annoyed and just wanted to leave so I left £40 shorter than I should have.

I am not the type to usually write reviews. However, I’d be delighted to leave a review regarding this place. This hotel by far and without any doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It were honestly that bad it made it comical. In fact, I suggest people book a room here purely to witness the conditions for themselves. -

The photos say it all. As wish I had read the reviews b4 staying. Stay in a travelodge 20 mins on the tube. Would be cheaper and much nicer.

I called them for a reservation for the weekend for a gateway with my husband, Mice. They hung up on me saying that I had the wrong number just because I have a strong Colombian accent. I will never ever recommend you guys to my friends or family my baby to be. You guys don’t deserve two stars honestly. Hahahaha

Worst hotel which I visited. We arrived during the night and after long trip we trought that we wil lhave a rest, but we stay in thist hotel just 15mins (of course we had to pay for one night). I am really not demanding but this hotel was night mare. Result: if you dont want to make a movie like horror I definatelly dont recommend it! Dirty ugly hotel with horible stuff, beds and showrs were cleaned maybe in the alst century.

Wouldn't return. Booked through work so couldn't see the ratings beforehand. The room is cheap and a good location for travelling to Heathrow. Staff were OK. Signs immediately say that there are no refunds under any circumstances (which shows they clearly do not understand laws and also have issues). The reception looks nice and then as soon as you leave for your room you time travel to the 1990s (literally a line where the carpet changes). The room was OK but was not clean and there were stains on my bedsheet so I took it off. The entire hotel smells of cigarettes even with the window open meaning its hard to sleep. The floors creak with every step so I feel bad for whoever was underneath me. I was staying there for the return flight but i've cancelled the booking.
