Ein schönes Hotel direkt an der Autobahn gelegen, waren jetzt zum zweiten mal Gäste dort. Die Zimmer sind groß, teilweise sehr hellhörig. Beim ersten Besuch hatten wir eine Badewanne und einen Balkon diesmal leider nicht, obwohl es dieselbe Zimmerkategorie war. Nur mit dem Unterschied das wir dieses mal ein Baby mithatten, da wäre eine Wanne von Vorteil gewesen. Das Essen im Hotel schmeckt sehr gut, nur leider gibt es zu wenig Personal welches deutsch versteht und man deshalb etwas falsches, zuviel oder zu wenig bekommen hat. Der Sauna/Schwimmbad-Bereich ist richtig schön und im Preis mit drin 👍 Die Lage ist gut, man ist nicht weit vom Strand oder anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Trotz der Sprachbarriere kommen wir gerne wieder.

Went here for dinner with the company. Amazing staff, very nive food.

We booked an arrangement during Corona with dinner and breakfast delivered to our room (in front of door). However we needed to pick it up ourselves in a very crowded waiting line at the restaurant. After speaking with a very rude manager (Peter) it was possible, after a long discussion, to deliver it to our room. IF WE PAID EXTRA. Wow what a joke and bad service. Hotel vd Valk is one of the reasons we stay in lockdown. Also the room was not clean. First and last night in this hotel. P.s. finally we got our dinner served at the door ON THE FLOOR.

From the outside hotel looks like some kind of classic motorest, but inside it’s a very nice hotel with a good room service and nice staff. But the very bad experience we had at the terrace - they were very, very slow there. But then the food was good at least 😁

Nice hotel at a convenient location. Didn't hear anything of the traffic though. Wellness and swimming pool are small bit really comfortable. Breakfast was really nice. Small coffee/tea maker in each room! Loved it!

I always feel welcome here, quick and friendly service. Our order; fish and schnitzel. The fish was good And fresh. Only the schnitzel wasn't. The waitress did her best but the kitchen failed. A shame I still had to pay for it, this is something I didn't expect from a Van Der Valk. Would I eat here again? Yes, because I know the food is always good. So I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

I don't usually give bad reviews, but this was exceptional. We were given the most remote room (several minutes walk with 2 young children and luggages), the air conditioner was not working well at all, and it was hot during all of our visit, their solution was a heater they gave us to turn on the fan option (it was like sleeping with a truck in the room) We got 3 beds when we were 4 (they assumed the little one doesn't need a bed). We got no small towels, and when we asked for fresh ones the following day, they gave us only 2 sets instead of 4. The coffee machine was jammed and unusable. And the worst thing is that nobody cared about all those things. Not even a little cup of coffee for some compensation. Nothing. Even after our visit they wrote me an email, claimed I haven't told them when they can come to the room (when a service guy actually visited our room!) and didn't take any responsibility. Overall it is a nice hotel, thus the extra star, but out experience was awful.

We had dinner here everything was very tastefull and delicious and finally I could order sweet red wine after my dinner. I m very sorry I didn't make a photo about my dish.

We were given a room, which had lots of mold along the edge of the window. The next morning when we got up, the window was all fogged up; and at the bottom of window, it was like a pool. We complained about it and were told all the rooms were the same. However, they did offer us another room, which was near the front and the stairs. We didn't take it due to noises. They had a good size pool there; however, it could be a bit cooler. It was hard to swim in a 29+ degree Celsius pool. The food was good.

Food in Akersloot 100%beter than Sassenheim although service was excellent. I recommendit, service excellent. But why oh why on a same priced meal is one skimped and the other more than ample.

The room wasn’t what I expected for the rate. It had a stale odour and over 25 black marks all over the walls and ceiling. Later that night I realised they were from the previous occupants swatting the midges. I didn’t have any windows open, but somehow they found a way in.

Very well appointed hotel. It seemed a very popular hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Invalid room not suitable, especially bathroom. Noisy terrace because of motorway.

Had lunch, ordered Ceasar salad. Service is a bit slow but nice location to meet up.

Das Hotel ist sehr nah an der Autobahn gelegen, dennoch hört man keinen Lärm. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr geräumig, sauber und modern. Der Empfang und allgemein der Service ist außerordentlich freundlich. Es gibt ein großes und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet und die Gerichte aus der Speisekarte sind sehr lecker. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nette Hotel Anlage mit freundlichem Personal, die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein. Wenn man etwas Ruhe will sollte man darauf achten das man kein Zimmer zur Straße (Autobahn) hat das könnten wir zum Glück noch tauschen. Sehr schöner großer innen Pool was ich persönlich sehr negativ empfinde das jeden Nachmittag, Schwimmkurse für Kinder stattfinden ( denke das wäre ein Information die vorher kriegen sollte). Sauna und Dampfbad etwas klein.

Hotel sehr Sauber Service super Wassertemperatur viel zu heiß Parkplätze kostenlos und Rechtlich in Umkreis von ca 15 km kann man sehr viele Orte anfahren Schwimmbad und Sauna und Fitness Studio kostenlos von Hotelgäste zu nutzen leider etwas Fluglärm! Aber ist noch an der Grenze zu laut ! Trotz allen für Familie zu empfehlen

Wir haben die Tesla Ladesäule benutzt das Laden geht dort sehr schnell so dass man sich beim Essen beeilen muss. Wir haben dort sehr leckeren Apfelkuchen (appeltaart) gegessen. Der Service war freundlich und schnell. Wenn wir mehr Zeit gehabt hätten, hätten wir auch mehr bestellt den an den anderen Tischen wurden schon sehr leckere Sachen gereicht.

Viel besser als erwartet !!! Wir hatten uns unter einem Autobahnhotel nicht viel Hoffnung auf ein schönes Hotel gemacht,aber wir suchten etwas das in der Nähe zu Egmond am Zee, Bergen und Noordwijk lag und da bot sich das Valk Alkersloot schon an, vor allem weil wir letztes Jahr in Alkmaar ein 4 Sterne Hotel hatten und das war schrecklich. Der erste Eindruck als wir von der Autobahn abfuhren und das Hotel gesehen haben war nicht so überzeugend, aber als wir in die schöne Lobby kamen mit seiner schönen Brasserie und Kuchenvitrine waren wir schon sehr positiv überrascht. Eine nette Mittagskarte bieten die auch an und Pulled Pork Burger und Thunfisch Brötchen waren sehr lecker. Die Rezeption ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Am besten hat mir der mega großen Pool gefallen...toll !!! vor allem konnte man dort schon um 7 Uhr schwimmen gehen. Fitness Raum ist auch ausreichend mit schönem Blick auf den Pool. Das Frühstück war mega, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, Pancakes, Leckere Salate,Wurst,Käse,Glutenfreie Sachen,Säfte und vor allem die Kaffeeautomaten waren super und der Kaffee schmeckte mega lecker.....alles da. Da wir mit Hund unterwegs waren musste man in der Brasserie frühstücken, die befindet sich aber direkt vor dem Restaurant. Das Abendessen fanden wir beide nicht gut. Allerdings darf der Hund Abends mit in das Restaurant( erweiterte Brasserie).Weder Burger noch mein Fisch schmeckten wirklich gut und viel zu teuer. Wir waren einmal in der Bar und hatten das Glück noch draußen sitzen zu können,weil ich die Klimaanlage in der Bar,die auch sehr schön ist zu kalt empfand. Mit Hund kann man nur die Katrgorie Standard Deluxe buchen. Unser Zimmer lag im hinteren Teil ,neben dem Casino 047 und wir fanden es schön und vor allem sauber! Da es nach hinten lag,fanden wir es ruhig. Super modernes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und Badewanne, sehr Modern. Großer Fernseher und Roomservice ist auch möglich.Gut war auch der Innhof,man brauchte nur die Terrassentüre aufmachen und der Hund konnte mal raus. Einen kleine Kühlschrank gibt es auch. Allerdings hätte ich gut gefunden,wenn man das Fenster hätte aufmachen können,aber leider ging das nicht und die Türe wollten wir Nachts natürlich nicht auflassen,also mussten wir die Klimaanlage anstellen....naja Frischluft wäre schöner gewesen. Um das Hotel herum ist nichts,aber 5 Minuten mit dem Auto ist ein Diner, noch etwas weiter ein schickes Restaurant direkt am See,allerdings mit Hund darf man nur draußen sitzen und eine Cocktailbar,Fahrrad Verleih...Nach Egmond am Zee sind es noch ca 12 km. Also wir werden beim nächsten mal wieder das Valk buchen...schön groß, mega Pool, mega Frühstück schöne Bar...und mit dem Abendessen müssen wir uns noch etwas einfallen lassen. Vielleicht in Egmond oder Bergen essen gehen und dann zurück zum Hotel, oder das Hotel bekommteine 2. Chance.Ein riesen kostenloser Parkplatz ist vorhanden und tolle Spazierwege für den Hund. Und wer ins Casino will....ja das ist direkt nebenan. Einige Damen am Empfang waren nicht so freundlich, aber im allgemeinen kann man sagen das alle sehr bemüht waren. Wir kommen wieder!!!!!

Service was good but the food could be better, ordered the mixed gril and got a flat basic taste witch was a shame because everything else was good, it had nothing special regarding the tase, price and taste where not in equilibrium, it was to expensive for what you got.

Had a lovely lunch with the family. Great service and delicious food. Definately coming back again. !

The room was very nice. Everything was neat and clean. There was a nespresso machine with some coffee cups, a safe and a mini fridge. The room was absolutely beautiful. There are vending machines in the hall for when you need a quick snack or drink. Staff was friendly and room service was orderable through a qr code. Room service was only available in the evening, though. Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommend.

What a lovely buzzing hotel. We loved everything. Staff is fantastic, except 1 elder member, who looked and acted like he had enough. A Special compliment to a young man DAAN , his service and attention was fantastic!!! Tumbs up for this hotel

Pool room 57 is certainly not worth the price of around €500 per night. The room was dirty, dusty and very hot, the pool was rusty around the edges ther was chewinggum on one of the pool edge etc. We were without power and no help came fast so the service is poor. all in all a poor value for money room. There were dead bugs in the pool the phone did not work and the hotel has an old worndown look.

We had dinner and that was okay. Wondered why there is still a very large smoking terrace compared to non smoking. Also, prices have definitely gone up. Good to have non alcoholic beer from the tap.

Room was spacious and well maintained. Staff seemed busy all the time and therefore less friendly and welcoming

Lovely hotel, clean, spacious and with average price. The room has wide comfy bed, all the needed amenities: bathroom toiletries, safe, bath tub & shower gel, coffee machine, hot water for drink, mini fridge. Staff is nice, welcoming, helpful & friendly. It has a nice gym, sauna, awesome nice big pool & jacuzzi. it’s far from Amsterdam city center We came by car and It has free parking. Not sure how far & accessible it is by public transportation Their breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of food, fruits and veggies and healthy options too. Coffee is ok but not so good.

Had to walk a long distance to the room. Receptionist gave tip to park car on the other side. Perfect.

A modern classic. Excellent on all levels. Even the hotel restaurant is so good that locals come to eat in regularly it seems to me . Easily accessible.

Stayed on a business trip, only an overnight, but very lovely staff, clean, good restaurant.

If there is one word to describe the food here, it's "Safe". The service is always fantastic, and the food is good, even if the pricing makes it it less than stellar, but that's about as far as praise goes. You'll not have a bad meal here, but it's also difficult to recommend when there are so many other restaurants in the region.
