Had few bad experiences with Physio with my previous injuries but went to Body Workshop and had Pong look after my shoulder - for the first time I found a physio who understood my problem within 5 mins and worked out on treatment. I have been seeing Cindy, massage therapist, at The Body Workshop. She is an experienced, knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist. Her rates are very reasonable for the service she provides. I saw a noticeable improvement with 2 sessions regarding some chronic neck and shoulder muscle tension. Highly recommend!

♿ wheelchair accessible and parking 🚻 I brought my grand son here for his acl therapy. The team here were excellent and professional with explanations on what to expect and the ongoing treatments . When entering for consultation my grandson was led to a curtained room. As there a few like that and in the middle of the room was the physical therapy equipment.

After the first session i was 90% better, and also knew 'd been referred to the right place! Professional, caring, and skilled. After a number of treatment my shoulder / "rotator cuff" / tendon issue was fixed: happily avoiding steroid injections and surgery. Highly recommend this place.
