Great Doctors and nurses ,however one of their “Regular Day Receptionist” with short hair does not have a calm and polite manner and appears to be condescending at times, she seems to be rushed with point of contacts. She needs to be more polite ,kind and welcoming towards people as she is representing Green Bay Medical Center Front counter !

I agree with the below comments, one receptionist is rude, abrupt and at times condescending. It's incredibly frustrating when you are unwell or just trying to figure something out and she makes you feel ever so small and insignificant. On the other hand though she is just the receptionist and now you can bypass her all together and book online. The doctors and nurses are amazing! Cannot fault them. They are worth putting up with that one receptionist for.

After coming here for over 15 years, and writing good reviews, this business is not what is was. I suspect a change in ownership.

I really hate to write bad reviews on any hospital or medical business.. they never see the patients on time and has to wait atleast 15-20mns on ur appointment time totally understandable. This time i missed my appointment by 5mns and waited for 1hour and finally has to go home without seeing a nurse or doctor.

Shocked at how rude the receptionist was, she hung up on me before I had even finished talking!

My family's medical centre, We have been using this facility for thirty odd years and have been lucky enough to have had Morag, Paul and Gina as our go-to docs. Great team down there...

The staff are great if you are not well and do not have a doctors appointment they will not turn you away instead will go all out to get you seen by someone

I don’t go here but I know people who do, and when you book an appointment they’re never on time. You end up waiting 30 minutes past your appointment time.

I have been going here for 20+ years. Fantastic doctors and support staff. Always very supportive and take the time to listen to you and provide the best treatment possible. I live down in the Waikato but will always keep GBMC as my medical centre! Thank you for the years of support you have given me.
