Don't Join. The biggest scam. Place is disgusting, staff huddle around each other gossiping about guests and members. Racist staff and dirty. Equipment broken, jalopy of a facility. They also won't respond to cancellations and cling to a game of gotcha threatening collections. The worst club in the West. Horrendous service, out-dated bizarre they are in business. I expect they just want to make enough money each month just to sneak buy til the whole place is purchased, the land worth more than this business by far.

☠️☠️☠️ Beware they lie when you sign up! Robert the membership agent signed me up on a 3 month contract. I went to the gym a few times, and it was not for me! I ended up paying all the 3 months. I sent in a cancellation 45 days prior to my last month per our agreed contract which was only a 30 day written notice. They charged again on the 4th month which was not supposed to be! I called several times and spoke to Jeffrey in membership and explained the situation. He told me they would refund my money. They did not so I called several times again after 30 days and he referred me to the cooperate office Well Bridge who where very uncooperative and said any verbal promises made by there employees are not valid. Horrible company!!!

This place has not been up dated since it was built. The ceiling tiles are falling, carpet is so worn and old, and the equipment is ancient. The one star is for the diversity of sports you can play at this location and the friendly staff.

Was a member here for years because it's so close. But the facility is a dump and the staff is completely apathetic. Don't even get me started on management. Anyone worth a dime was always gone in under a year. Finally quit and just use the Denver Rec Centers. They're actually nicer, a little smaller but nicer, and cost me about 12% of what this club cost. Cook and Eisenhower Park are nicer facilities for a fraction of the cost.

If you are a swimmer, this is what you get for $140.00/month at CAC Monaco: the outdoor pool may be nice, but the pool furniture is showing its age and all of the table umbrellas were broken by July of 2023. The outdoor lockerrooms are so filthy that I wouldn't step foot in them and I think you will find more modern bathrooms at a rest area on I-76. The indoor pool is serviceable, but there are significant issues with the drainage as sand consistently comes into the pool (and because this is a costly fix, WellBridge will not address it). The indoor pool is also like a cave because management refuses to replace light bulbs (and these light bulbs have been out since late 2020). This July and August, the women's hot tub was out of service for 2+ months. it is also worth noting that this facility is not ADA complaint, so no ramps or elevators. If you or a loved one is injured or elderly, you get to climb stairs up to the lobby and then down another flight of stairs to access the indoor facilities. During fall / winter, the foundation of this building leaks, so as you are walking to the indoor pool, basketball courts, racquetball courts, or weight room, you will be stepping over towels soaking up moisture. And if you look up, you will see missing ceiling tiles throughout the season. You can find a much better product for a lower cost and better guest experience within a few miles of CAC Monaco.

Go to ANY other gym. There is a clear reason why its empty. They could care less about you, just what account they can charge. Decided to signup for the summer while I was back from school. Was forced to sign a 3 MO agreement (May-July), which I hesitantly did. Upon cancelling they stated I never gave a 30 day notice, I turned in my cancellation sheet 30+ days prior, they said it wasn’t scanned In. Had to pay for the month of August when I wasn’t even in the state. The next month, I am charged again, (been out of state for over a month), the gym then somehow won the dispute. Do yourself a favor and go to Lifetime, for the price you’ll get respect you deserve.

Have been a member for almost 20 years and cancelled recently. I have often talked with management about the lack of "perks" for long-term members. A pancake breakfast or a happy hour does not cut it. I took family members off my membership over a year ago and it was never processed. I would give five stars to the training staff on the floor and one to the corporate policies. Going elsewhere that is easier on my wallet.

I love my gym. I'm so at home here. Sure, it's not the latest-greatest suburban monstrosity like 24 hour fitness, but it has everything I want in a gym and more. My son has blossomed as a tennis player under Wendy's expert tutelage. I use the steam room, sauna, and hot tub almost daily. It's right on a fantastic bike trail, so I can bike there. I love CAC Monaco. I hope they never sell out.

We were told one thing when signing up, but it changes after you are a member. Disappointed with facility, and l feel like we were told what we wanted to hear in order to get us to sign up. Canceling and using the rec center, which is much less expensive and more along the lines of what we actually need.

Don’t be fooled! The website claims there are squash courts. We even called to make a reservation for squash and was told the courts are rarely used and available anytime. We drove from Summit County only to be disappointed when the courts were actually racquetball courts. We usually play on racquetball courts and we were looking forward to playing on true squash courts. Edit: The Monaco location website states there are squash courts file:///var/mobile/Library/SMS/Attachments/bc/12/28C04F42-6208-479D-B3C3-F20AC6DF6B00/IMG_1565.jpeg

Ample tennis courts - indoor and outdoor and all are in excellent shape. Tennis Staff is organized, and experienced and caters to members' needs. Management is friendly and professional. The indoor and outdoor pools and locker rooms are well-appointed and clean. Gym equipment is modern and with multiples of most types, one can always find a machine or station that's available. Indoor basketball court is in great shape and multiple hoops allow for ample practice spots. Bar is well stocked and the food options are excellent. Member events are varied and well organized. If you're looking for an athletic club membership for the family that emphasizes variety and value over "cheap" CAC-Monaco is the place for you.

Membership says one thing over the phone to get you in the door and the contract says something else. There is no reasoning with them to ensure customer satisfaction and rude and dismissive when trying to find a solution. Also a high price for a gym that doesn't appear to have upgraded the interior for decades. The tennis courts are the only redeeming amenity.

Had a good experience with Jake down at monaco! As a cardio exerciser, I love what they offer. Never have to wait for a tennis court because they have so many.

General manager (short young lady) is very disrespectful and unkind towards guests. This place is in shambles and they couldn’t even get a movie night to work because they are so disorganized. Thank god I’m not a member.

I don’t understand why this club has low reviews! I understand that the club needs some updating but the Tennis courts indoors/outdoors are in perfect shape! They provide clean towels, there’s water containers everywhere in case we forget to bring water, there’re 2 areas to park, the cafeteria is comfortable and the view to the courts is great. I enjoy the gym, the indoor pool, the hot tub, etc. I’ve learned SO MUCH in the Tennis drills, the pros are experienced, and motivate you to improve your game. I’m grateful to Steve and his coaching style, the music, his jokes; to Matt for his feedback, and in his drills we practice every aspect of the game: service, return, volleys, etc; to Kuba because he cares, and all of us can tell he enjoys what he does, creating a beautiful environment for every drill. Every pro that coached me was assertive, and helped me become a better Tennis player. Also, I’ve met wonderful people in the club.

A professional and reliable fitness club. Top notch experience. Not overcrowded. My favorite club in Colorado.

Came up from Colorado Springs for a USTA tournament but due to rain I ended up having to play in this club with one of the members, when time was a little short we stopped by at the front desk to ask if we could finish the tie break of our match and the general manager was rude and condescending. Basically kicked us out of the place, before even allowing us to talk to the closing manager because “she’s his boss”. Unfortunately, a great time turned sour due to her behaviour that as a manager she could have handled a lot better. She needs to have an intensive course on how to improve her customer service, because there is no need for her to laugh in our faces and be disrespectful. There are better ways to let us know you are ready to go home. I will NEVER be coming back, even if I got paid to do so. Side note: the bathrooms resembles the Walmart bathrooms, it’s a reflection of their poor management.

😠 This is not only a very unkept gym, but I was harassed by one of the coaches, Eric. I was doing yoga on my personal mat and he came up and told me it was disgusting to have my socks off and that I can do yoga at home. I’ve never felt like this before in my life and I couldn’t even finish my workout....

🫤 I resisted the urge to write a review, but honestly this club has so many positives that I feel compelled to point out the glaring negative. Awesome actual gym, tons of good equipment, good empty space, and a great layout. This club would be one of the best 24 hour fitness’ in the area if they had...

😠 To whom it may concern, I used the gym today over at 4876 Chambers Road, Denver, Co 80239 and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that I received from manager Tee. He refused me entry into the the gym because I did not have the planet fitness app. I have never had an issue with prov...
