Had a Wonderful time at IFly!! Instructors were also excellent. Once you get into the tunnel the whole experience is surreal. we took the family pack of 5 flyers with 2 flights each and the high fly add-on was amazing. Worth It.

What a blast! Birthday adventure for my nine year olds. I could have only dreamed of this as a kid! The young instructor there was a budding skydiver building hours for pro level sky diving. He was SO kind and fun with the kids, and he looked d as o comfortable whizzing about in the air. The business was clean, staff were friendly, it was well staffed and seemed safe. As a parent I really enjoyed how accessible it was to watch my kids participate.

It is a cool experience, but way less intense then I expected. The price however is intense. 92$ for 2 x 120 seconds of flying plus 15$ to go higher and 10$ for the photos. The staff is amazing

Such a wonderful place to try something new. It’s actually not as bad as I thought it was going to be and the instructors really walk you through everything and remind you of how to position yourself to have the best experience. They even have a room set up for kids birthday parties and spots to take pictures to capture such a memorable experience.

Great experience, you start about 45 mins before your actual appointment, your assigned instructor will go thru the basics and get you all suited up. While in the wind tunnel you are always with your instructor to help guide you on your way. There were 2 flying sessions, the first one was to teach you posture and bet used to it. The second was if you wanted to "high fly" or just float around.

It was an amazing experience. A wonderful family activity and the personnel were nice and professional. The instructor was just amazing!!! I strongly recommend it. Remember!! legs straight, chin up, arms stretched and smile!!!

Such a fun place to go to. I had an awesome time with my family. The staff are 1st class and just a happy bunch who make the experience even more enjoyable. Nick was our instructor and was just wonderful and a joy to deal with. I highly recommend trying it out. The only bad thing about the place is the time spent inside the "wind tube" isn't long enough. Oh and you don't get to go in by yourself and flip and fly up the tube. That's reserved for experienced people who do it often and train for it. Which comes with a paid membership.

I went there with my sons, they had a lot of fun flying around. But for the amount of flying time you actually get (2 rounds, 2 minutes each), it is quite expensive. Then they charge you an extra $15 to have you fly higher in the tube during your second session. I was taken aback by that, and the upsell to try and get you to buy additional packages at the end of your session. At the end of it all, my sons had a good time and great experience

This was an awesome experience for my wife and I who were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Special shout out to our host Ben who gave us the best introduction, information and assistance to fully enjoy this activity.

It is a great experience for sure, but not worth the amount they charge or time duration they allow individuals to actually experience. To explain this: We group of 10 people went on 26th of Feb 2022, At the beginning of trip they tell you the procedure - pretty neatly , nice explanations there, according to which they take you you in the tunnel 2 times. However, 1. For 1st time in tunnel - Flight time was very short hardly between 1 to 2 mins , this isnt mentioned on there website. 2. For second time in tunnel - again very short period between 1 to 2 mins. Our response : For 1st time it makes sense as we were learning , to just spend less time. however for 2nd time we all hoped for at least 5 mins to enjoy the experience. 3. what about recording experience , they had video camera not working , which we have been told prior to that. Our issue is: they couldn't produce good pictures as well. Hardly took 2-4 pictures from which we needed to select for ourselves.

Indoor sky diving is lotsa fun. Perfect for those who do not see any logic jumping out of a perfectly good airplane! The staff are friendly and helpful. The instructor very professional, ensuring the students safety and enjoyment of their first flight sessions. They have group and corporate rates with plenty of parking at the facility.

Giving it 5 star because this place deserve nothing but that! Starting from receptions to the person who fly with you everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I purchased gift package for my husband's birthday and he was so impressed with his experience. Our son also joined him and both were thrilled. Nicholas was the one accompanied them and he made sure everyone was enjoying it. We had a picture sent and I couldn't find the email, but I called back and Aiden and his colleague Dave went above and beyond resending us the photos taken during the session. Thank you for the service and unforgettable experience you guys gave us. I highly recommend anyone to have fun with this skydiving experience, and their top notch client service. 😉😍

Checking this off my bucket list. This was so much fun. Nick was our instructor and was excellent! He made us feel at ease and gave thorough instructions. The facility was clean and a welcoming space, great for spectators. This experience was worth the money. Go for it!!!!

If you’ve never been skydiving before then this is a pretty unique and fun place to go. Don’t get put off by the short flight times. I would recommend booking at least 2 flight sessions. You will feel tired and maybe dizzy after a third one. The instructors are super nice and the place is really clean and organized. They even do birthday parties.

The staff are exceptional and the facility is clean. We had a great time and my daughter cant wait to go back. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is I feel the website does not give enough information about what you are paying for: the date night experience is 4 one minute flights and the instructor's feet never leave the ground. In order to really "fly" you need to pay an extra $15. I do think the website could better explain what you are paying for as I assumed we would actually be flying for $129 + tax for 2 people. I wasn't prepared to be asked for more money and I feel as though these extras should be offered at the time of purchase, not minutes before you go and are already there.

We loved our experience at IFLY today!! We brought Nana and my 8 and 4 year old boys and everyone had a wonderful time. The staff and instructors were amazing and made us feel completely safe and at ease. This is something everyone should try! I can’t wait to get back in there so I cam start learning some cool tricks!!

We were passing through Whitby Ontario heading back to Montreal and had to stop due to the weather, we decided to stop here and chance that there was space for the kids. That being said the staff checked and were able to squeeze the kids in at 3pm. The staff was super nice and very informative. They answered ALL my questions and concerned (being this was our first time). The place itself is very clean and organized. A BIG thank you to Nick the instructor who really took the time to explain to the kids the do's and don'ts and reassured them if they weren't feeling up to continuing that he would bring them back down. He was Super friendly and really knew his stuff. The kids really loved him. It's definitely worth a visit if your passing though Whitby Ontario.

It was our first time doing this and Nick was Superb!! Our boys had loads of fun and we definitely recommend this place! Every time we visit Canada, we’ll be looking forward to it! I highly recommend this place. It's worth it paying $280+ with photos and extra flying higher.. with my kiddos even my 4 yrs old special need child had an amazing fun day flying. The staff are nice and very professional on their work.

Amazing place! We've had instructors Ty and Nick. Both were super patient and amazing with my special needs brother and children. Super friendly staff and very skilled at what they do. Every time I've been (3 times now) I gotten to witness difference levels of students and skill levels. It's a place of pure joy!

No amount of words could summarize my experience here, I had the time of my life. Absolutely will be going again, I even purchased additional flights and upgrades while I was there because I was too in love to stop. The instructors were extremely nice, great communication and support, and they were very skilled - they even did a mind-blowing demonstration at the end. My daughter is a pro flyer at iFly Whitby and she took me flying for my birthday. She made sure I was in session with her coach Nick, who was super informative and make sure I was very comfortable in the wind. Nick is very funny, patient and obviously passionate about his work. Made this beginner mom feel at home!

As someone who harbors a fear of heights, I was hesitant about trying indoor skydiving at I Fly Toronto. But I am genuinely thrilled to admit that Ben, the instructor, transformed my trepidation into exhilaration with his warmth and skill. From the moment we met, Ben's friendly nature put me instantly at ease. He greeted me with a welcoming smile and took the time to learn my concerns, ensuring a level of comfort I hadn't expected. His jovial demeanor made the daunting experience more approachable and less intimidating, which I found really heartening. During our training session, Ben’s expertise shone through. He patiently explained the mechanics of indoor skydiving and made sure I understood each step before we moved on. The way he articulated complex maneuvers in layman's terms was simply impressive. His hands-on approach and guidance through each stage made the learning curve much more manageable. When it came to the actual flying, Ben was incredibly supportive. His reassuring presence in the wind tunnel, the timely hand signals, and the attentive adjustments he made for my form, everything was spot-on. There were moments when I felt unsure, but a glance towards Ben and his encouraging nod was enough to instill the confidence I needed to carry on. Post-flight, Ben took the time to provide constructive feedback, pointing out areas where I did well and offering suggestions for improvement. It felt like a discussion between friends rather than a critique, making the whole experience enriching. In conclusion, if you're considering trying indoor skydiving at I Fly Toronto, I couldn't recommend Ben enough. His blend of expertise, empathy, and enthusiasm for his craft makes him an excellent instructor. He not only quelled my fears but also sparked a newfound interest in this adrenaline-pumping sport. I left I Fly Toronto feeling accomplished, and I attribute a lot of that to Ben's exceptional guidance.

Nick was the best instructor. He was so great with my son, who was a little nervous at first! My son had SO much fun and can’t wait to come back!

First time trying this out. I was a bit iffy about the length of the experience but I have to say, I’m very glad I did it! The instructors were incredibly kind and friendly, made the entire experience perfect! Great for young kids and adults. We got the package with 2 flights, about 60 seconds each (although, it feels much longer once you’re flying!). You have the option for a high flight for the second round for an extra $15, which I would say is worth it. Great way to practise for real skydiving! Definitely recommend trying at least once. Tip: Be sure to have someone outside recording your experience as they only sell the photos, not videos. :)

Our group had an amazing experience with Casper as our guide. The training was excellent even with the wide age range of the group. The two skydive experiences were so much fun we all left with smiles. Having the Casper and Nick helping us in the tube gave us confidence to go higher on our second flights. So many great memories.

Such an amazing experience! From my first phone inquiry during which Tristan offered to make the reservation for me which saved me $5 for online booking fee to accommodating us to an earlier "departure" since we arrived early and the excellent instructor Nick (Nicholas) who was very patient, passionate and professional all along! Kudos to your staff! Soooooo glad to have tried this and will definitely return with friends and family. This first indoor skydiving experience further deepens my interest to try paragliding. Had a 13th birthday event here. Only a few kids, thankfully, as it is not cheap. But they had a blast, was only about 90s x2 of actual "flight" time, but they had no complaints. Felt a lot longer to them than it did to us watching. A LOT of time spent getting into the jumpsuits, some training talk, and then debrief. But they might want to go back and do it again, so they had a good time.

Amazing place for skydivers to develop their flying skills. I had a great experience with all the staff, and especially Ryan Siddall who coached me through belly and back flying! I’ll definitely be back to learn sit flying.

Let's start with the sign up... EASY!!! So so easy to sign up for a flight time. The whole process before you even enter the building is seamless. From sign up to waiver... its easy. Now when you walk in... the staff are so friendly and the environment is so clean. The instructors are friendly and the Staff are honest and helpful. I highly recommend you try this place and this experience!!!

A worthwhile experience for anyone of all ages. Staff was very accommodating to my scheduling blunders and all staff members and instructors are professional, fun and exude passion for what they do. My son and I have flown 3 times and each experience has been top notch. Special thanks to our incredible instructors Emanuel, Nick and Ty. Would highly recommend.
