Small cell phone repair store will ignore customers that are in his store buying phone cases, screen protectors, etc, once a cell phone buyer comes in. Even if you just have to tap your card and go and were the first one there he will make you wait until the other customer leaves with a new phone before finishing serving you. 0/10. Not to mention him answering phone calls (not customer calls) on speaker while assisting you. Oh, and the stores selling fake designer for over $100 while they're stained, or Talize selling used bras & panties for $30. Overall awful environment.

I find this mall interesting in a simple and quiet way. It has stores for clothes, cell phone accessories and repair, health care outlets, coffee and snacks place, pizza place,, service Canada and Ontario respectively...I find it interesting that it doesn't attract so much people traffic.πŸ€”

Good mall that as been around for a long time and gone through a few changes. There is a variety of stores here , not a lot of major chain stores. there is a number of clothing stores . Service Ontario always has long line ups. Quite a few smaller chain fast food outlets.

The eighties called...they want their mall back! While this place does qualify as a mall by definition- It is indeed a collection of stores indoors under one roof- I would avoid it. No really useful stores, and it's old and raggedy.

Came here to get our passports done. Their computer system failed, and the one staff member reacted fast, wrote down numbers , cleared the people waiting, and then moved into processing everyone in line with numbers. Even with this error, we were processed super fast and were in and out within 30 minutes to 1 hour!

Love shopping here but had an item with two different price tags (one higher then other), cashier rips off lower price and charges me higher price. Disappointed.

That mall has become a let down over the years. I remember going there back in the late 70's and through the 80's. Back when Woolco was in there.

Service Ontario - first come first serve. Prefer when they have someone at entry making sure people have all their paperwork or documents. Lines didn't move fast because of people who were ill-prepared, not because of the staff; they were efficient.

Loved this place! It has the best shoe and women's clothing stores under one roof. The summer clearance sales are happening...if your looking for the best quality shoes...sandals...bathing suits...etc...nows the time to shop !

It’s a pathetic mall, but smaller than big malls so at least it’s not the worst mall. It’s still a mall. Store selection is bad, even for a small mall.

A bit dated and empty but the staff from the stores we did visit were all great and the mall had lots of parking .

Back in the eighties, this mall was pretty good. There was a Woolco at one end and a Miracle Food Mart at the other, with some decent shops in between. Now it looks terrible and has no store I would want to shop in.

Considering how small, and how old, this mall is there is actually a lot to offer here! Especially the very convenient medical offices, makes it so easy to get multiple errands done quickly while offering a McD's in the plaza to grab a coffee from.

This place is close to home and has essential offices such as family doctor and Service Canada but that is about it. For those of you thst do not know, I would not classify this place as a mall but rather an "indoor plaza". There is really not much going on for this place.

The Whitby mall feels so run down, especially with the majority of the stores closed. There is such an amazing potential for this mall, but major renovations are needed.

Poor old Whitby mall. Even when malls were a much bigger deal - the Whitby mall was always kind of a sad wasteland of D List retail. It's pretty much the place you go to get a passport or register a vehicle.

There is NO FAMILY EAT IN DINERS here!! Little coffee shops don't cut it for me!! Offering to take my father out for lunch while waiting for his doctor's appointment did not work out well for us. A dry Sobeys sandwich πŸ₯ͺ is what he got and couldn't even come with me because of where it was situated. The McDonald's drive thru was open but wouldn't allow me to walk thru the drive thru, seeing as the restaurant part was closed for Reno's or whatever!! He just needed something other than an open to the hallway eatery

It's a garbage place with sub par stores, but it is always upkept and has a Canadian government office and Ontario office in one place so that's nice. Has a life lab's and a diagnostic imaging place in there too so it's a ice one stop shop if you need a few different medical tests, and it's big enough to walk around to kill the time

I love Talize, always a go to place to find stuff. My visits this time was to Service Canada and the Lakeridge office. Generally a nice place with lots of parking and lots to eat.

Mall needs a desperate update. It is old and looks it. Some convenient places here like service canada and ontario. Also some clothing stores but nothing high end.

I visit this mall when I have to go to service canada. It has so much variety of stores like photo lab, coffee shop, shoe repair, so many clinics, life labs, dental office, kids walk in clinic, etc. The plce is clean and tidy.

I only ever go here for two things: the urgent care walk-in clinic and the thrift store Talize. The urgent care is very proffesional, and very knowledgeable about what they are dealing with. Talize has amazing second-hand items at reasonable prices. Overall the entire mall is very quiet, but nice.

It's too bad they had to take out all the seating in the mall. There was no place to let my disabled brother sit and relax for a couple moments

I went to the Service Ontario office here. I quickly got done what I needed to do as it wasn't busy. All of the staff are pleasant and very helpful.

This is a very small compared to other malls. Only local stores and some clinics are there. Parking is bigger than the stores.

Went to the restaurant called "Butter chicken Roti". Loved it. Great staff. The owner is such a nice and friendly person. The best part it's Halal. I tried the signature dish πŸ˜‹. The chat is yum. Oh and not to forget the wings. My kids loved it. Right now they have a deal of buy 2 Butter chicken roti and get a mango lassi free. My family loved it, will definitely be our go to spot.

I do like a few of the stores that are in the Whitby mall. Always clean and never really busy.

Dingy stores, nothing ofuch value being sold. Service Ontario and Passport Canada services are both inside, Talize thrift store is huge and quite good. Other than that, not even a proper food court or spot to get food, save one shawarma place. The bubble tea stand is closed until next year.

Great Value for your money! Got George brand Minnie Mouse Pink Jammas my grand daughter's favorite for $5 like new! I probably saved 20$ on something that may have been worn a handful of times! I love thrifting! Upcycled things are the best, they get a new life & you save!πŸ˜ŠπŸ’°

Large mall, well kept inside and out, has almost everything you would need in one location. Lots of parking, haven't seen it overcrowded.Has a Staples store and Bell Centre.

  • 4/5 Rob M. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty good store. It's big with lots of gently used clothing. Other stuff like speakers, remotes, dishes and other knick knacks. Check it out.

This mall is a little dated but has some good stores. The Ministry of Transportation is also located within the mall and McDonald's shares the same parking lot. Great for Grocery shopping and grabbing a bite at one of the five food places located within the mall.

There's a walk-in clinic & doctors offices in the building.A Service Canada for passports. Across from this there's an Ontario Canada where you can renew your license and healthcare. There are also several other shops for clothing, footwear & furniture plus many more.

This mall looks like it came out of a dreading history. Ancient egyptions had more modern stores. Shady and sketchy shops and the never ending line of people waiting in front the passport canada office. I witnessed two violent confrontations between people in line and the passport canada security guards.

Useful services such as Passport office and several medical labs. Ample parking. I don't find many stores here of use, but I appreciate having the services nearby.

  • 5/5 Ali A. 1 year ago on Google
I went for Passport service at Service Canada. It’s good, very less time if you go early in the morning. Not big line up even if you be there by 7.30 coz they usually opens at 8.30. Security ppls are friendly as well as the ppl in the desk.

My typical destinations here at Urgent Care, Talize and Coffee Time! All have knowledgeable staff who answer questions fairly and promptly.

  • 2/5 Gavin L. 8 months ago on Google
It does not get more rundown than this mall! If it weren't for the government (Service Canada) and medical services (Lifelabs) this mall would have been closed down by now. When the bubble tea store starts selling jewellery and trinkets on the side to survive you know times are bleak. You would expect that the region or municipality would invest in the location but they are more interested in increasing taxes and keeping themselves employed than the economic development of Whitby - complete lack of vibrancy and planning.
