Cute little spot. The owner needs to be a little more friendly with customers and children. Always nice when you go to a shop and there’s a warm welcome. You’re paying a lot for their yogurts and goods so you expect good customer service.

My go to spot in Brooklin.. Cosy atmosphere, Staff were super helpful and have an exceptional customer service.. They have their own frozen yogurt brand and same thing for tea and homemade cookies ! I would definitely recommend it, if you are looking for a place to see a friend or even a business meeting

Gave it 2 stars only despite other ratings due to many things. Lost its first star at the lack of customer service. I’ve been to goodberry on multiple occasions and have seen decent customer service from the younger employees however every time I have been served by the elder employee the customer service has severely lacked. Barely a smile or hello comes from that woman and it truly makes my time at the cafe less than enjoyable. Lost its second star at the insane pricing. Seriously charging over $10 for a smoothie?? Cmon, booster juice isn’t even that expensive. Lost its third star at the inability to make consistent coffees. Every time I get a cappuccino from here it is always different whether it be bitter, too milky, or barely any foam. Seriously disappointing. If I wanted inconsistent coffee I would go to Tim Hortons. Only reason it has 2 stars is the pleasant environment and vegan yogurt.

Very good experience at The Goodberry. Kind staff, beautiful space, and delicious food. Ordered a latte and an oatmeal raisin cookie. Will be back next week!

Coffee was great! Two things they can improve on imo - serving coffee in ceramic cups rather than disposable ones. Customer service definitely has room to improve. Smiling and chatting never harms!

I stopped in for a cappuccino for the first time. . Unfortunately I left my wallet at a table which I didn't discover until home. Sales staff were amazing and friendly, found the wallet and held for me. Also the cappuccino was fantastic !

The goodberry is a very special and unique place everyone should visit when they stop by in Brooklin! The selection of specialty foods and drinks are amazing. Best coffee and tea place in town. The owner Sheila is a treat! She is very dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming experience to all of her customers.

Quiet, friendly, warm environment. Great place to just escape and go for a coffee or tea with snacks, smoothies, and even frozen yogurt! Employees are lovely and add even more charm that the cafe itself already has.

Impromptu stop in for an iced cafe mocha and iced chai tea latte. The Mocha was the best iced mocha I’ve had in a long time, my wife compared it to one we had in Maui which is high praise. The chai tea latte was a bit weak for her taste, she likes a bit more bite to them.

This a cute spot in Brooklin. Has coffee and tea, smoothies, food. The atmosphere is very welcoming, it’s clean. The inside is very cozy, the owners are very welcoming. You can also buy coffee bags and tea bags at a very good price. #supportlocal

If you have never visited this place, you should definitely add it to your list. The Goodberry is a cozy, friendly, casual tucked away place that will make you feel warm and fuzzy. Service always come with a smile! Stopped by before going out for a ride and was amazed by how good my #cappuccino and lemon cranberry #scone were. It's local places like The Goodberry that make a community and give a personal vibe to everyday tasks like getting a coffee. the owner's are fantastic, good and drinks are always consistent and the high end frozen yogurt & smoothies are very underrated. Don't sleep on the Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies....

So many vegan options! What a beautiful little café in Brooklin. The ambiance here is sublime. Peaceful, but unique and artsy. My friends and I came in and we're immediately impressed with the decor, cleanliness, and service provided. The Vegan Chocolate Soft Serve was delicious, and the Matcha Lavender Latte I got with Oat Milk was SO GOOD! I put some of my Vanilla Bean Soft Serve into my Matcha, and it made it even more indulgent! Thank you so much for making our time so pleasant, we will definitely be back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️

We love coming here for frozen yogurt & smoothies with the kids. They also have great sandwiches for lunch. Coffee is delicious too & the cafe is the cutest little spot ever.

I love, love, LOVE this place! The owner is always so kind to my kids and the treats are absolutely delicious. Every time we drive by my kids ask to go in! Not only do they have something for the kids but it’s also a nice quiet place for me to have a break and enjoy some tea.
