Went there asked for no sour cream. Got sour cream one certain employee shannon was very rude will not be coming back.

That guy thinks he owns the place @thomas Waited 30 min from 1:21am to 1:52am . my order was wrong 2 people helped me and Thomas wanted me to pay and wait 30 more min for 3 chipotle melts . wile he was distracting the 2 prep eployees . he was drive tru . also long as line on drive tru . I stead of he help he was bsin taking who was actually working times . not so sure I be taking my family there anymore .

Super slow they only care for drive through i waited 40 minutes my order was not ready.i am trucker and we can’t stay 1 hour for food this taco bell is in truckstop they should have priority for truck drivers birthday on the people who work here they are so rude and they even don’t refund your money so what I did I left and given my slip to other person so he can have my food I am staying hungry now really really bad service they only care for drive-through order shame on this kind of place like i paid for food and didn’t even get that when i asked for refund. Lady on register said she can’t do it only manger can i wait 5 minutes for manger too even he didn’t show up now i am hungry and driving straight for 6 more hours

I went here on July 20th had great service no issues with my food mike was really helpful I didn't get rushed while I was ordering he wish I had a good day and a great meal definitely one of the best interactions ever from here thank u for making me feel welcome at this taco bell location

I can not rate this place. Terrible service.. Every Taco Bell from Washington down to the bottom of California if i want to substitute for a soft taco they do it. Not this place the female who took my order proceeded to tell me they cant do it cause its too messy to put it in my Cravings box. Im a Truck Driver with limited places to eat on the road. No stars. I will be contacting corporate!

Waited 30 minutes to be handed the wrong drink, which oh well no big deal. And then after another 5 minutes of nothing we were finally handed our “deluxe cravings box”. Turns out after we drive off it was the complete wrong order. It can’t be that hard of a job!

Trash. the manager with the urkle glasses very rude. they forgot half of our food they can't hear anything. this place needs help especially be the one for the truckers and people traveling.the food we got taste like chemicals so we didn't eat my wife is pregnant and if something had happened to my unborn or my wife because they can't do there job or can't take consumer feed back I swear to the heavens above I used to love taco bell and damn now days I think I'm just half to say no more fast food especially this taco bell stuff is to expensive for horrible quality food

don't normally have an issue at this location however this time around I may never come back, ordered my food around 5 am a steak grilled cheese burrito and a steak quesadilla now clearly there's no steak on this quesadilla, nor Is the cheese melted. not to mention another patron complained about their food being cold, too add to this the gentleman working the counter wasn't very friendly and visibly seemed to be in a bad mood, after paying nearly $20 for food you'd expect decent service and good food, this visit was the complete opposite

So I went through the drive-thru and the person who came through the speaker was very nice and let me take my time ordering (I never can decide and luckily no one was behind me). I even asked for beans instead of meat and he made sure to ask if I wanted both items in my meal that way. At the window I saw his name was Joe, I hope he gets kudos. He has great customer service. My food was made correctly and was delicious! Thank you!

What a rip off, barely any meat or beans in the burrito Supreme, mostly lettuce and sour cream, and barely any meat in the taco, totally ridiculous, what a rip-off. When I asked about it, he said that was normal

just drove thru for a huge order. spent just under 50 bucks on taco bell. crazy I know. felt bad for the folks working hard to feed me and my family. gave him a 100 dollar tip. felt good then get home to half my order completely missing! too far to drive back and not worth complaining but with the 100 extra bucks they could have at least made sure I had the right amount of items to feed everyone something! worst fast food experience ever will never go back

This has never happened to me. I'm going through the drive through and placed my order. When I arrived at the window to pay for my food, the young lady told me the person in front of me paid for my meal. I have no idea who this person is. I wish 8 knew because I'd reciprocate. A+++

Had to ask for hot sauce twice. I stopped there on my lunch break for cheap FAST food. While the employees chatted amongst eachother I waited patiently for 5 minutes for one item. Bro, I get talking to your coworkers but do your job at the same time. Got to work with 10 minutes left to try and scarf down my food with what time I had left, reached in my bag, hah no fork. People have things to do.

This place had truckers lot lizards 🦎 and tweekers. One guy was waving a knife outside. The chalupa was good 👍

Best Taco Bell experience in a long time, especially given it's a late weekend night. The cashier was very nice and double checked he had the order correct. Food was made quickly and also very well.

I just had the worst tacos ever made by man. The staff was rude and acted like I inconvenienced them just by showing up to order food. The food was missing ingredients. The tortias were stake and hard. The wrappers were literally rolled into the tacos. I am never going back. I highly recommend you do everything you can to avoid this subpar rude poorly run franchise.

I had a great experience I got there about 6 o'clock in the morning Went through their drive-through Ordered about $14 worth of food All I had in my wallet was a $100 bill The manager came over to the window and said We cannot break this $100 bill quite yet so I'm going to give you this on the house on the house made my day

This was a disappointment. I ordered 2 items and it took 20 minutes to get my food. They seemed well staffed so I don't know why it took so long, but once I got my food it was also undercooked and barely warm. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the employees were nice to me and apologized for the wait

Really $5 dollar meat Supreme burrito. And 4 dollar potatoes... literally only 2 bits!?!??!... I spent $30 for basically $8 worth of food seriously... I don't mind the chorro! But fill the bowls and tortillas up aye!!

Stood and waited for nearly 10 mins to order. A guy came from the back and told a coworker "Im back" so Im assuming someone else was supposed to be covering and taking orders but just didnt bother to take mine, however every employee there out of like 9 people stared at me as I waited in line. I know its fast food, but this was the absolute worst taco and chicken quesadilla Ive ever had. Didnt even finish it.

The stupid Hispanic employee on night shift 0300 on 07/15 refused to serve any food. I told him on Google and on the store hours listed outside the store it says this taco bell is listed as 24/7. He still refused to take my order and the white kid next to him gave the excuse as they are short staffed and couldn't serve me....I was the only customer that night.
