It's nice to see a mall that is thriving in America and lots of great places to shop at with plenty of eating options. My favorite is the Italian restaurant outside the mall near the Apple Store so far. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Dino Sweets LLC is AWESOME! The food is fresh, warm and delicious. They offer a Jolly Rancher Slushie that is so good. Tastes exactly like a Jolly Rancher…one is just never enough! You can even watch the mini donuts being freshly made on their machine. If you have a sweet tooth….this is wonderful place to go to satisfy those cravings. I personally recommend the donuts and a slushie!!!

A nice clean Mall. Old school two-level indoor mall and nicer newer outdoor mall. Indoor mall is great to walk around and get some steps in when the weather outside is frightful. Lots of snack and food options. Something for everyone.

Shopping at the Lehigh Valley Mall is fantastic! It's spotless, smells great, has lots of places to sit and unwind, lots of shops to browse, and a more recent outdoor retail section. Yet I think there's something lacking. A Brazilian Steakhouse, a quaint, elegant dining establishment with a bar to replace one of the eateries that is no longer operational, has the potential to become a beloved Lehigh Valley institution.

This mall has everything you need. It gets quite busy on the weekends but for good reasons. Tons of restaurants around the area. The real gem is the gyro place inside across from Barnes and Noble though. Good lord. I had a big lamb gyro with crispy fries and my choice of drink for 11 bucks. What a steal. Stop in there if you're shopping for sure then go grab a lemonade from Auntie Anne's. You'll thank me later.

The Lehigh Valley Mall is wonderful place to shop! It's clean, it smells terrific, there are plenty of places to sit and relax, there are numerous shops to visit & shop, there is a newer outdoor shopping area. However, I feel as if one thing is missing. What could become a beloved staple of The Lehigh Valley... *A BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE!* a cozy upscale dining expierience with a bar to replace one of the restaurants that no longer is open.

Good mall with lots of great brand names to choose from. Retail is struggling and you can clearly see that by the amount of people there as well as the constant change in stores and vacancies, but I like having this mall nearby. The store I visit most is the Apple Store, and I love having it easy to access in the outdoor section of the mall.

Really nice mall would definitely go back! Went down to the Lehigh Valley Mall to pick up some sneakers at Foot Locker and it was a very easy experience. This mall is definitely way better and busier than the malls up in Northeast PA. I would definitely recommend you going and checking out this mall. Footlocker was great and the employees made me feel right at home.

Had a great time at the mall shopping for school clothes for my daughter. We found alot of the things she needed for school. Prices were very good. Love Ardenes for young ladies.

As an employee in the mall, things have been doing better. Less hours for short staffed stores, but y’all need to SALT YOUR PARKING LOTS WHEN IT SNOWS/FREEZING RAINS. You all only do it the day it first snows.

Someone needs to tell Simons and whoever the mall manager is that covid is over and the mall should resort back to normal hours. 12-6 is a joke!! Yet they continue to raise the rent of store merchants because there money hungry. You might as well not even open the mall at all 12-6 on a sunday. You are destroying businesses by reducing the hours....

Plenty of parking, convenient location near major roadways, many stores with a wide variety of merchandise from which to choose. Inside is spacious, well-lit, clean. On my last visit, it was hot inside. The individual stores had their own temperatures separate from the rest of the mall, so it wasn't too bad when you were inside a store, although the temp did fluctuate from store to store. The second floor of the mall was so uncomfortably warm that we decided to leave. It was so warm and humid that we couldn't enjoy ourselves. My mom and I were sweating, so we decided to leave. They didn't turn the AC on and the sun was shining through the skylights, which contributed to the heat. We would've stayed and continued shopping, but it was just too hot–significantly hotter than outside. This was a bummer, because my mom was searching for an anniversary gift and neither of us had been to this mall in a long time. We had planned on spending much more time there that day. Other than the heat, we had a decent time and I look forward to going back again soon (hopefully with the AC ON!)

Very active Mall, did not see any vacancies. Anchor stores include JC PENNY'S, Macy and Boscov, plenty of known name smaller stores. It's two level with stairs and escalators. There is a centralized elevator. Noticeably missing a food court. There is pizza place close to Kay and pretzels stands. There are options outside the mall with quite a few restaurants that include Shake Shack, Dave & Buster, Bonefish, Cheesecake Factory and other fast food. Plenty of parking. Worth exploring!

We went to the Winter lights extravaganza. No animals out just lots of lights. Santa, the Grinch and princesses to see. The refillable cup is a great deal! Would have been nice to see some animals out.

I love coming to the mall. There's always something to do and things to see. Very unique stores to shop at and plenty of places to eat. I recommend going with friends. Also since a cheesecake factory just opened in there, definitely recommend it.

For my main complaint, there are no maps for navigation. Finding stores in the mall isn’t the easiest, if you don’t know where exactly a store is you will have to ask people around you to find it or just walk around until you do. But, It is a lovely mall to say the least, most malls are the same nowadays so it’s not that different from any other mall, the variety of store may be the only difference. It doesn’t have a traditional food court that I’m used to, but then again that is what I’m more familiar with.

Despite the fact that malls are on the decline, something of a dying breed, this mall was bustling and still full of modern and flourishing businesses! It was bright and welcoming, didn't feel outdated, and it was good to see so many people. My biggest gripe was the lack of directories. I couldn't find one anywhere and had to look on the mall website to figure out what stores were available and where they were located.

This review isn’t for the mall itself but for one of the stores within the mall. Otaku House this is a store that sells a wide variety of anime items. I was impressed with all the different products they sold, but this is why I can’t give them a good review. I bought an item on Friday(a picture hoodie) the sales associate told me that the picture would get better by the next day. I gave it over the weekend to see if it would have gotten any better but unfortunately it didn’t. So, I took it back, come to find out they don’t do returns. The sales associate told me that the manager wasn’t there and he said that they can’t take it back. I told sales associate that the picture on the hoodie is not what’s being sold to customers. I highly recommend that you should not shop at this store. Absolutely a scam.

The mall is nice, and there are many popular stores to pick from. I like having this mall so close, despite the fact that retail is having a hard time (as evidenced by the large number of empty storefronts). My favorite part of this mall is the outdoor section, where the Apple Store is located.

This is definitely a place that you can go and hang out all day. The dining, shopping, and service selection is among the best in the Lehigh Valley. The mall is clean, and it is child & pet friendly. Not to mention, LVM is also home to All Weather Selvedge, which offers some of the best high-end denim jeans you will find anywhere, all of their fabrics are imported from Japan and the styles are curated by local sports star, Andre Williams. Very cool, very unique.

I'd give it 5 stars, if the property management would enforce Ada compliance in the shops. I no longer go since my service dog is an issue in some shops.

well maintained , always clean with just about every type of store you can imagine. be prepared for typical mall prices .... my favorite is Boscov's Department Store , decent products , selection and prices are usually lower than the competition. I go to the mall to shop , then I go to Boscov's to buy.

Tis Mall has a good variety of store with most storefronts occupied. Looks like Management has done a good job with retaining businesses. Nice small play area for younger kids to release some energy. Only Chick-fil-A is a major food vendor, would be nice to have a Food Court for a better selection.

Nice mall to walk around with lots of stores. This was our first time at this mall, and we couldn't find a directory to locate certain stores. I guess there is a high turnover of stores since a visual directory is not available at any of the mall's entrances.

Who's kidding who malls were awesome at one time but they are definitely nothing like they used to be ten or twenty years ago. Whatever happened to the Orange Julius, Mr Dunderbaks, Spencer gifts, Spaceport, Zales, Bamburgers, Sears, etc. Only had to go to that one place for Christmas shopping and always taken care of. Everything under One roof and affordable and also a lot of fun! But things just aren't the same anymore amir shimmer of what things used to be when times were good.

As always The Lehigh Valley Mall runs number 1 Mall in our area. You can spend hours in this mall. Lots of stores on 2 floors. Clothing, shoes, makeup, department stores, Perfume , jewelry, Build -a- Bear, and of course 2 of my all time favorites...Hot Topic and Spencer's...And so much food to eat.

Love this mall and always stop when I’m in the Lehigh Valley area. Great anchor department stores, multi level mall with food court and a great variety of stores. One of the better in eastern PA.

Pretty standard mall near Allentown. A nice variety of the typical mall stores. Mall was clean and stores had enough employees. Bathrooms were seemingly so far away from everywhere.

I visited L’amour Monday at the Lehigh Valley Mall. They gave me a few samples and talked me into trying some other things, so I sat down and let them experiment on me. I loved the Premier Dead Sea Scrub for your hands, so I purchased it with a body butter included, to ensure me that I was getting a good deal he threw in an extra set! The proudest itself is amazing, I’m just extremely upset with the fact that I found out I could’ve bought it online for $60-$70 cheaper than what I purchased it for there. So beware! Do not let them talk you into any of their products, they’re conniving!!

It’s 4 days to Christmas and I stop in to pick up some stocking stuffers. All mall directory maps appear to have disappeared, only to be replaced with advertising posters for different merchandise or stores. With approaching Christmas, shoppers are looking to optimize their time shopping...this only hinders a shopper’s efforts to get shopping done as efficiently as possible. On a side-note, the main entrance doors on the MacArthur RD entrance have a set of doors blocked off. This seems to be a constant thing that one of the outer-‘auto’ doors is closed off...it has been that way all year every time I come. Being disabled, the auto doors are very beneficial for me. With the mall directory and COVID, the ease of getting in and out as well as the more doors the better social distancing. Another Simon blunder! Well, I just left to shop elsewhere. Not wasting my time. After taking the pics, it shows a barcode scanned for the store map. Clock on it and you have to click again and again to get to the Simon Malls homepage where you have to click again to search for the mall to pull up the map. Way too much! 3 sides to the signage in the pics, and they couldn’t simply put the Mall map on just ONE???!!

It is a mall. There are a few empty spots but still enough to make it interesting. Spend alot of time in the larger stores, J.C.Penny, Macy's, etc..and online buying is convenient but wandering and just looking is fun and not still better than looking at computer screens.

  • 5/5 Hannah M. 1 year ago on Google
It was a reasonably good location for what I was looking for. It's not large, but there's plenty to look at. I like the distinct section that resembles a food court but is not located within the mall. The salespeople at the jewellery store were extremely pleasant and helpful. I also voted for Spencer's and Macy's. Keep in mind that this is just a small neighbourhood mall. There are "I need it now" stores there.

  • 5/5 Elton T. 1 year ago on Google
Great central location with tons of anchor stores. The discovery section of the mall has the high end stores. Plenty of parking, easy access around the ring, plenty of smaller stores inside. A lot of eating establishments in and around the mall area.

  • 5/5 Aticilef F. 1 year ago on Google
For what I went looking for it was a pretty cool place. It's not huge but it def has enough to check out. I also like the separate area like a food court only not in the mall itself. The sales ppl at the jewelry place were super cool and helpful. Spencer's and Macy got my vote as well. Remember it's just a Lil local mall. It has those "I need in a hurry shops".

Store manager Tara and staff at Lehigh Valley mall worked above and beyond to help a customer service problem and turned out to be one of the best experiences we ever had at the men's clothes shoes department at Macy's. Will definitely have coffee on a Saturday morning. Thank you for all you have done!!

Not much to really say. The place was overall in a pretty well maintained state. Workers were making sure the mall stayed clean as well. Stores were about what you expect and I find myself losing a few hours wandering about going from store to store.

A complex of big box stores. Convenient if you want to plan a day of shopping at multiple places and get lunch. Not good for quick stops as the traffic entrance and parking layout create a good bit of congestion.

The mall is pretty much your standard mall. Has basic shops you need like clothes, gaming and accessories. Good place to go and spend time relaxing and hanging out. Has other small outlets surrounding the mall and have good food outside and inside the mall.

Mall is very clean and has very big department stores, I liked that there was a small business place .. love when I see unique things and stores at the mall! One major suggestion would be to add more areas for seating.

Employees are nice and helpful but giving 1 star because the company and process for making appointments is horrible and answering service is rude. Twice this has to me. I make the deposit and have an appointment and both times I show up for the appointment and I am told they have no information of a deposit or appointment. The answering service said even though I made a deposit, they have many clients and I need to wait for an additional response from them after i make a deposit to see if i can get an appointment. I was also not aloud to stay at the store with my 14 year old son. So I walked around the mall but when they called me, I said immediately I am heading back to the store I am right next door but the lady on the phone said dont bother because she is not in the store and no employee can help me. I must talk to her. I sent her a copy of my deposit and appointment time confirmation. But while on the phone she just hung up on me. I was not told about these processes of how I need to call back and wait for an appointment even though an appointment was actually made when I made the deposit. The way this place does business is horrible, their service is unprofessional, rude and I will be looking for another place to do business with.
