    This is one of the few McDonald's that you won't get basic consistency of service, quality or even menu. They don't have an ice cream machine...its been down for years. The owners here are absolutely not in compliance with McDonald's standards and if there was more options in Whitney they would have gone out of business in my opinion. I went in the other day and placed an order in the dining room...a basic one person order with no complications or substitutes. I was the only one in line and the drive through wasn't crazy busy. I waited nearly 45mins. I got half my order after a half hour and waited an additional 15mins for my drink...a regular cold beverage. I don't plan on returning in the future for anything except possible the oatmeal. But in my opinion they should be held accountable by the McDonald's standards for all their non compliance.

    Not only were my fries dumped out all in my bag, but I open my burger to barely being put together, I had to reassemble it myself when I opened it,

    Everytime I come here, some part of my order is incorrect. Usually it’s very minor but today they didn’t put a meat patty on my sons happy meal burger. He kept saying it was yucky and I opened it and discovered there is no meat patty 🙄 seriously.

    My mom ordered a bacon biscuit and a Dr Pepper. We got our order in the drive though window. We drove home to eat and my mom went to eat her bacon biscuit and there was literally 2 broken off very small pieces of bacon. There wasn't even enough bacon to cover not even half of the biscuit. She literally got a biscuit with a hint of bacon. She was frustrated and wished she had checked this before we ever left the restaurant. She was not a happy camper.

    I don't usually post a good review about fast food chains unless they are really good or bad. This McDonald's has fast service, hot food, and clean facilities. Very clean. I'm impressed. Keep up the great work!

    Today 3 April 2022 order #1601 - I just found out I was eating a partially cooked --almost raw burger. See picture! --- REMOVED 3 STARS --- So many improvements since the last tonne I visited. A well deserved 5 star rating! This is a small McDonald's. One person restroom (one man and one woman). The manager promptly fixed the dryer in the men's restroom. The place is surprisingly super clean since I was here two weeks ago. There's no drink machine for customer access. I ordered my order on the app. My order came out perfectly. So, I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. They deserve 5 stars. Overall, this McDonald's had the best customer service in Texas!

    This place is constantly messing things up. They have given us burgers made wrong (no onions due to allergy), they have given us a completely different order (burger instead of chicken), they have not given us a completed order (missing burger), given frozen fries and undercooked burgers. They make you park when using drive thru, they mess up orders, bunch of young people who don't care. You get what you pay for. The only good thing is it is pretty clean inside. Bathrooms are never scary. So, if you are at the lake and need a place for your kid to change out of a wet swimsuit, stop by. Just order only a drink-they should be able to hand you a cup without messing that up.

    Always nice and I've never had problem with food. (McDonalds was never meant to be a 5 star restaurant but McDonalds located on Bosque in Whitney makes every effort to be good) The 2nd time I went, I became so frustrated with the App. The Manager was very busy with lunch crowd but helped me thru process. I very much appreciated. Next time I used app, everything went smoothly and same Manager brought my order out to me. She is making a great Manager. I will keep going back because of her patience and courtesy. No doubt her skills will pass on thru her employees.

    For a fast food restaurant, they really do try their best. The orders are not always right the 1st time, but they will go out of their way to make it right for you! They have a great crew working there.

    Drive thru goes quick but check your bag before driving away. Twice now, I've been given either the wrong item or been shorted an item. Had to park and walk in to get order made right. Staff was understanding and helpful on the corrections.

    The "team trainer" took my order on drive thru. Didn't sound like she wanted to be there. Got to the window to pay with her, no greeting, no smile, and no personality. I ordered Big Mac with no onion and no pickles and medium french fries. When I got my order, I verified that it was made correctly and was assured it was. I got home and there was a sticker that said it was made right, but when I opened it it had everything on it and the meat patties were cold. The ff were so full of salt, they were inedible. My first time at this location and will be my last. I didn't even call the store because I don't want their food and service again.

    I visit frequently,the breakfast is my go-to quick meal. I had a few troubles with the other menus, but the drive-thru and app-order service is terrific. Staff is very prompt and the lobby and bathrooms are well taken care of!👍🏼

    During the week the service is fast and accurate but on the weekends not sure what happens. Drive thru today sat still for 10 minutes no one in line after order speaker, finally got my order put in paid was instructed to park in #3 spot another 10 minutes. Got my food headed down the highway discovered 10 miles down the road it was not my order. If we walked out the door and not pay the correct amount it would be theft yet these places continue to short us on orders or give us the wrong things. Get it together kids.

    This particular store has its ups and downs. The food, well is more than not SLOPPY, poorly put together sandwiches and cold. Lots of mayo, lettuce, pickles. Yes sometimes more is better but not in the way they carelessly prepare your food. Who needs 8 pickles on a dollar cheeseburger. Management hires teenagers but then doesn't teach them properly or supervise them in doing their job. Some young employees are so incompetent they can't even read your order back to you. After being charged for an extra meal. Bottom line poor Management. Nothing here has changed.

    I stop here just about every morning during the week for a coke and a frappe... it's a problem! Plus randomly throughout the week when the kids beg for a quick snack. That being said, every single time that I go thru the drive thru, each person that I encounter exudes kindness. There are several who put a smile on my face as soon as I see them. We've also never had an issue with the order being incorrect. I will 100% continue spending my money there and seeing them just about every day of the week! :)

    Customer service sucks here, the employees are extremely rude. Rush you to order and pay but then takes forever to get food including making you psrk to the side for 25 mins...everytime i order here the order is made wrong or i get a different order and have to wait additional 15 mins for my original order. The food looks like it was sloppily made and looks like the bag thrown around or something. 1/10 I highly do NOT recommend buying food from this restaurant

    It's consistent, and fries seem to always be hot each time. Just very salty and there is always way too much Ketsup on the cheeseburgers. They literally ooze put with so much of it. Team is nice and our orders are always right!

    I ordered ahead on the app. The app said it would be about 5 minutes. After 20 minutes I walked inside. No one inside was in a hurry to do anything. I showed them my order on my app and got "I'm sorry". They told me, "it looks like your order was started but never finished." If I hadn't walked in, I might have been waiting indefinitely. They very proudly told me that they got fresh nuggets instead of the ones already in the bag. I also ordered shakes, they were the consistency of water. There was no frozen component to them.

    Very nice place! Friendly staff, clean dining area, and serving speed typical of McDonald's. Parking area can be a bit tough to maneuver in a larger vehicle and spots are limited. Food has always been hot. I'll be back!
