Nestled within the city's budget-friendly offerings, this charming hotel boasts convenience for travelers and a plethora of dining options that make it a delightful find for those seeking sustenance at any hour. Whether you're an explorer on the go or someone in pursuit of pure relaxation, this establishment caters to both whims with a warm welcome. However, a note of caution surfaces, as the walls of this haven, though they stand as sentinels of comfort, are surprisingly thin. The symphony of voices throughout the night might serenade you in a cacophony that lacks the grace of consideration. It seems the walls have shared tales of many lively conversations, perhaps a tad too loudly. Furthermore, the sanctuary of the bathroom, often a retreat for tranquility, holds a precarious balance between dry and wet zones. The water heater, once a beacon of warmth, appeared to have taken a pause in the room I occupied, leaving the promise of a steaming shower unfulfilled. In the grand narrative of this budget-friendly abode, echoes of conviviality mix with the hum of minor inconveniences. Yet, in the spirit of adventure and the charm of imperfection, one might find solace in the dance of stories that unfold within these walls, where even the quirks contribute to the character of this unique haven

Dirty old dated rooms with small old TV and just very dark and depressing. I do not recommend a stay here unless you cannot afford anything better. It's OK for $20 but pay another $5 and stay at the Hop Inn.

I've been the suite room around first week of December. An unacceptable things are .. patch bathtub, not enough light (light layout only one side of room, that make the room look scary night) Located in the city that convenient to dinning, chilling.

I have stayed in many hotels over 40 years of travelling and this is by far one of the worst hotels in Memory. If you enjoy the strong smell of sewerage from your bathroom than this place is for you. Was told 500 baht a night then charged 600 baht but after a long day's driving in the rain didn't want to argue, just wanted a shower and sleep. The bed was no better than the floor. Found a great place the next day called Work Den Hotel.

The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The check-in process was fast and without any hassle. The room is considered good, with a comfortable bed, basic toiletries, towels, tv, mini fridge, Air-conditioning, and a water heater. There is no hair dryer, and a security safe. The water pressure is good, however the water heater is not powerful enough during the cold season. There is also a communal area where you can hang out to have your meals.

This was possibly the most uncomfortable stay I’ve had before. The mattress was so hard that my back hurt worse each day and every night my nerves were pinched causing my arm to go numb. I’m very much convinced that sleeping on the floor would have been an equal experience. We asked for a room change and got the same thing but then with a worse shower. It was clean on the initial appearance but underneath the side shelf was collected with too much dust to be considered regularly cleaned. Also I believe that they are aware of these short comings because they offered makeup to positive reviews upon checkout. There are significantly better places to stay in Chang Rai that uphold the good reputation of Thailand. B2 means Bye Bye.

Is an okay place just to sleep for a night or 2. The facility is average, the staff don’t speak English nor they are helpful.

The hotel is well-located for visiting the town. Large car park, but the parking is a bit 'tight'. The hotel is showing its age a bit. Shower was only lukewarm and the room was quite worn. There is a room keycard deposit of ฿500 payable in cash on check-in - don't lose the receipt they give you otherwise they don't refund your deposit. DIY launderette across the road, good Khao Soi just around the corner and a 7-11 about 10 minutes walk.

The room is ok for 400 something a night. Although, room, hallways etc are not cleaned properly. I can see spider web in my room. Lots of dust under the A/C.

This is a great hotel for its price! the hotel is within walking distance to everything you need. It's easy to find. The street is very calm and quiet. I slept with the window open and for the first time in a year nothing disturbed me. I was glad to spend 3 peaceful nights there. The room is not new, but it looks good, clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, water is replenished every day. The shower mixer is a little inconvenient, but it is not critical. When checking in, they take a deposit of 500 baht, but I understood that this is a common practice almost everywhere in Thailand. if everything is ok after staying in the room, the money will be returned without any problems. if someone needs a kettle, there is none, but there is a fridge. Wi-Fi is normal, but not great, sometimes it worked poorly. There are a good massage salon, cafes and laundries nearby.

Had the Suite room. Room is nice but only sealing down-lights on one side of the room so the other side is rather dark. Two pillows. Electric outlet on one side of the bed. Blinds for windows in bathroom needs cleaning or renewal. Living room doors opens out to really ugly outside area so you really don't want to open that door and its best just to have the curtains shut. The location is very nice and only about 5 minutes walk to the Clock tower and 10 minutes to Walking street market. Self service laundry just outside the parking lot. Pleanty of parking space.

Good location within walking distance to most of the attractions in town. Although close to the town centre it was in a quiet location. Room was clean and comfortable although there were some ants in the room. Price was good. Ample car park lots. Would stay at this hotel again.

Nice, clean, and comfortable, you get full value for your money. If I must complain about something, it will be it is not very well sound isolated, so you can "follow" what is happening in the rooms around you, flowering conversations and other sounds.

I stayed here 3 nights. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is little bit old and they was water leaking from the bathroom. The staff is nice and welcoming. The location is great. It’s near everything in the center. For this price it’s very good!

Good location, not far from walking street on Saturday and some restaurants. Room is quiet but not keep sound from outside and a bit old. All facilities is standard of B2. Easy and lots of parking. Reception is friendly and helpful.

Lady on reception was very rude and docile, wanted us to pay more for a room that we already booked and payed for, after 30 minutes arguing with her it was very frustrating, stay clear!!!

Not a good experience. The bathroom was disgusting, the bed was really hard and don’t even try to sleep late. You hear everything that happens in the hallway. If it was clean I would probably give the expletive another star

I don’t think I will stay there again, I am not sure about others B2 branches. Room is dirty and smelly. The basin in our room was clogged and creepy dim light. Really uncomfortable, rooms are connected from others.
